They did a good job hydro jetting my drain and was very pleasant. However quite a lot of water was leaking from his high pressure machine and it got under my wood laminate flooring and it warped. It looks and feels terrible.

Super responsive on a Saturday night to schedule service on Sunday morning. I’m sure I paid a small premium for emergency service but it was not an easy job and I needed it done before Monday. I will definitely use them again and completely satisfied with my whole transaction.

Had called about getting an estimate on a tub drain fix. Asheton came out and quoted me and fixed the issue. he even recommended so safe features to not have the clog happen again. Great person and a Great Company.

Despite a glitch during the service, the technician maintained his professionalism and customer-service. Overall, I am happy with the customer-oriented, reliable and no BS service.. I would definitely use the trustworthy service again.

I used another company prior to contacting Zoom Drain.

I had a clogged and the previous company wasn't able to fix the problem after I spent about $500 with them. They actually wanted more money to keep testing other methods to see if they'll eventually fix it. I told them I would get a second opinion and go from there.

I contacted Zoom and they came out the next day and fix the clogged for half the price in about 30 mins or so. I wish I would have contacted them first. Lesson learned I guess.

I had a shower that wasn’t draining at all. I scheduled an appointment through the phone, which was super easy and they even had a same day appointment available! The guys were punctual, wore shoe covers and explained the costs up front. I was a little shocked to hear the sound of a drain being cleared - it sounded like my bathroom was being demo’d! (I just didn’t know what it would take to clear the shower of two teenagers). They cleared the shower and the two drains in about 1/2 an hour. Great work!

Asheton Stoever ! And his helper came in very clean and presentable .presented me with two ways how to cure my problem. One of them was for 249 to put a snake down my drain .and if all else failed, we would be at a charge of 440 for a Water jet. To clear it they worked for about 45 minutes and after 45 minutes they cleared my drain. I had three other major companies come and all they wanted to do was upsell me so I am extremely happy and recommend them to everyone. don’t waste your time with all the other imposter.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Just before Thanksgiving we had a major plumbing issue, got quotes from multiple companies. Zoom Drain came and gave us options and worked with us. While talking to JJ and Jack you could see they really cared and wanted to help and tackle the problem. They were able to fix our issue very quickly even with the holidays! They are amazing and would very highly recommend them to anyone!

Summary: Hire them!

JJ, Ashton, Max was the trio that came out to help clear out a sink clogged that was clearly stopped by large amounts of years of grease build up. Showed up on time, straight forward pricing that was $1000 less than the original plumber which was a total scam through my "warranty". They had a huge truck with everything they needed. They did a hydro jet to clear everything, then camera to see if it was perfect.. noticed some hard grease was still there, so they had to pull out the chain that chopped it up, then camera and water to show everything was flowing perfectly.

Can say enough good things. Hard to find trustworthy companies these days.. but I did.

NO Stars, they make promises, no results. Don't pay all that money for 0 results. I had there staff at my home 3 times, once to detect a leak, couldn't find the leak because it was to winding, came back 2nd time and still couldn't find a leak. He check the skimmer still couldn't make a decision. My lawn guy came to my back yard and discovered my simmer was leaking due to the roots of my tree. I wasted my money. Then they were to repair my pool light, there staff stated he could repair the light...0 results, paid $75 for this and 0 results, pool light never worked and now he's stating he never stated he could make the light work!. SCAM Company

Recipients are not answering the phone & hanging up the phone during business hours. Called several times and could not reach anyone, during normal business hours, 2:50pm. As of writing they are still open and will not answer.

At least when I called American leak detections they had the ultra sound equipment available when they showed up at the house. Many other companies, came out with no ultra sound equipment to detect your leak. So be careful who you choose to use. Also get multiple bids, my bids ran as high as 6,500, I choose American leak detectors because of there price, I just had the leak capped off instead of having my whole sidewalk and garage torn apart.

They pulled a fast on on me. They didn't will find my leak, but charged me full pricel They're liars, say whatever is necessary to get your business , but then don't live up to the word. They have super high prices to fix what they find. I do not recommend them.

Jon came out on Saturday afternoon and he was great. He found the leak and he took the time to explain the problem to us. Jon was easy to talk to and really friendly. Thank you Jon.

We had an appointment with Eddy Otero today 9/14/20. I had a great experience with American Leak Detection. Eddy was professional, informative, and friendly. He found our leak in less than 45 minutes. The process was quick and easy. I highly recommend this company.

My water main was leaking 1200 gallons a day, and causing me tremendous stress. I called American Leak Detection, they sent a tech out on the Friday before MLK weekend. He could not find the leak and said he would return Tuesday to find it. Tuesday comes, no communication. I call the cell number on the card he left me and another tech answers saying the original tech no longer works at ALD. I tell him my issue and he says I am welcome to call another company if i'm not happy with the service. I call the office and am told the supervisor is "on it". I never get a call back from her and when I complained to the receptionist, she said I am welcome to call another company. These guys are terrible don't waste your time or money. If I could leave zero stars I would!

Found a leak where none existed. I have been having a high water bill for many years, so decided to narrow down if/where a leak existed. I narrowed it down to a line supplying a pool auto-fill. I knew the origin and the termination of the line, so I called American Leak Detection to localize. After working for about 45 min, the technician marked out an approximate 12" x 18 inch rectangle on the ground. I dug down and found the line, but found no leak. I dug 4 ft around both sides of the area marked and found no leak. I then realized that there was no leak as I had forgotten to make sure the auto refill was not being triggered, and I was mistakenly noting the meter run when the auto-refill was simply operating normally (my bad). So in conclusion, I got charged for my stupidity in believing there was a leak, and American Leak Detection found a leak where none existed.

I wouldn't use this company again. They said I had to get the pool drained so they could check my pools popups. I had the pool drained, and they came to check for leaks while I was out of town. Then I got their bill for $425 and it said they couldn't check the popups because I hadn't removed them from their casings. My response? Why the heck didn't they tell me to remove the popups instead of just having me drain the pool? Carelessness? That would be the most generous assumption I suppose.

Beware they want to charge you even if they don't find leak. I called American Leak Detection, because I have continues water leaks on my property. The quote me 275$ to pin point the leak in 3 feet radius. They send a technician to find the leak and he wasn't able to find it. The next day they send second technician to find the leak and he said I am sorry I can't find the leak and left without finding anything
This company didn't help me or fix anything for me and now they want to pay them for just coming.
