This is an outstanding group of folks. I had a terribly odd situation arise. Let’s just say I had to look to a different location in my house for my leak. I had it repaired and called American Leak Detectors and told them the situation and provided them with documents and they reviewed my situation. They resolved the request right then and there.

Just had American Leak Detection fix our hot water pipes. Eddie and his crew were prompt, polite and very hard working. They had a lot of work to do
with our home but all is done. They cleaned up after themselves and barely stopped to take a break. If anyone needs this kind of repair I highly recommend this company.

ALD was very responsive on the phone and scheduled us for a fast appointment. Eddie and his partner called ahead, were prompt, and very professional. They quickly found the source of our leak and had repair estimates emailed to us the next day.

What an incredible resource! My poor pool guy was in over his head with this air leak that was driving him crazy. The pool pump would prime whenever it felt like it and things kept getting worse and worse despite his best attempts at finding the culprit so I called in the big guns.
Eddie came on time (and called ahead of time as promised) and found the leak in minutes (a bad gasket on a brand new Jandy valve, I was lucky) and also pointed out issues that needed to be fixed with my waterfall to avoid wasting water.
I only have one regret… Not calling these guys sooner. Thank you so much for the five star service.

The company is amazing. Juan Bueno was our Leak Detection Specialist, he did an outstanding job. He arrived early, had great communication and was obviously a pro. He was quickly able to detect our leaks and provided a detailed plan to help correct the issue.

Can’t say enough positive things about Eddie, my service technician. His knowledge, care and attention to detail was superb. From the initial investigation, to finding my leak, the repair and follow up was the best service I’ve seen from any trade in recent history.

Jerry and Steve were very diligent in seeking out the cause of our leak; as it turned out, it was three feet down and under a concrete slab. I am very thankful to have been recommended to American Leak Detection services. Once the initial excavation revealed no leak, Jerry and Steve returned and this is when it was discovered they were off of their initial determination by three feet which was under the afore mentioned slab. Again, thank-you for your persistence and professionalism.

Today we had work done. They cut multiple holes in the wall which I wasn’t aware it would be that many between the outside and inside of the house. But my problem is that they left a mess on the ground as well as covered my mirror and ledge in dust and debris. But they left the outside holes to my house completely exposed and told my wife that they would be back tomorrow to cover the holes up. And they only said that as she asked if they were leaving it that way when they said they were done.

I went to Home Depot and didn’t it all myself. I will be going to some other companies and getting of this is common practice. But from my experience, and my family’s experience with plumbers and being home owners, this would have been at least covered up. I really don’t want any animals getting inside the walls of my house.

After how this was handled at the end and calling the company and asking why it was left exposed like that, I just got a song and dance about he ran out of supplies and would come back tomorrow. That was unacceptable to me.

Attaching pictures and videos. I would highly recommend reading the contract they send with the quote. Lots of fine print. I also wouldn’t go back to them if I had an other leak after how this was left left at the end of the job. Feels like they were here longer than they expected and at the end it was Beer 30 and time to get out of here. I don’t believe that they would leave these holes exposed like this. Seems to be bad practice in my opinion. Also clean up the mess you make when you work in some one’s home.

I called to make an appointment and was promptly told that they could come the following day. I asked approximately how much it would cost to find this allusive leak that has been difficult to find. They game me a reasonable cost. Next day they showed up very prompt and performed a very professional and thorough series of tests. I recommend them highly

Eddie is next level outstanding!! This extremely 5 star professional came to my house in a sewage emergency in between work orders, had a very attractive green thong on, and had the biggest smile on his face when he and his coworker Micah arrived! They immediately diagnosed the issues with my sewer and drainage pipes under my house, and on the side of my house where the waste and sewerage was spilling out! They jet washed and snaked my entire system, cleaned everything out, threw down fresh lime to kill all the waste, and showed me on their camera exactly where the problem started.

After concluding the work, as a gift service, because they told me this wasn’t a part of my recent repairs their company had done, that I could easily go buy my own snake for a few hundo and handle this myself in the future! Because otherwise this service would have cost me hundreds, if not thousands!

The men from American Leak Detection were fabulous. First, they found the leak in our pool system quickly. Second, they didn’t dig up anymore than they had to. Third, they did great work repairing the broken pipe, even though it was in a difficult location. Fourth, they were true to their estimate. And fifth, they did a wonderful job cleaning up after themselves. I wish I could give these guys more stars. I have been in the service industry myself for 30 years and this kind of service and workmanship is rare.

Juan was great! He was very professional. The final bill and the estimate matched without issue. We greatly enjoy being their clients. They were able to fix our problem immediately, schedule us quickly, and make sure that we are taken care of. They truly are the best and they are the only company that we call when we have have a need.

If I could give 10 stars, I would! American Leak Detection of Southern Nevada did a terrific job identifying and fixing a leak in my pool which was associated with the auto fill. Technician Eddie was amazing -- highly skilled and competent, professional, works efficiently and neatly, and nice. His assistant was Micah -- they worked incredibly well together ... you could just feel a positive vibe between the two. I was so happy to have this finally fixed after getting 2 other opinions previously which were both incorrect. I highly recommend American Leak Detection of Southern Nevada and I would definitely request Eddie.

From the first point of contact with Brittney in their office, when I discovered I had a leak in my main water line, the process went super smooth. Tasha kept us updated throughout the permitting and work scheduling, and Juan and his crew did an amazing and detailed job at the repair. I even called to speak with the owner to give praise and ended up speaking with his assistant, Chloe, who was gracious and attentive, and addressed me by name.
