quickly scheduled.. came on time.. and found the leak exactly .. in the front yard
-
They never answer the phone or respond to the "contact us" submission form/voicemails- are they still in business? Ive been calling for about a week and no response.

Ino found our pool leak and fixed it in one visit. I would not hesitate to refer this company. He showed up on time and did what needed to be done.

Vallywide came out to find out leak. We don't have a shut off valve, which makes the process more complicated. The guys who came where trust worth, and this will be the company I go to in the future. Also, they have good prices in comparison.

Ino said he would be here as close to 7:00 AM as possible. He and his co-worker showed up at 7:14. They were clean, courteous, fast, efficient and very competent. They had specialized equipment and did their jobs quickly. Found the problem and suggested a low-cost solution. Ino did not try to up-sell me and made sure I understood what was wrong and how to fix it. He made sure I had no questions and volunteered to talk wiith my pool maintenance service if they had any questions. I would HIGHLY recommend Ino and Valley Wide Leak Detection for any suspected leak problem. They were great.

Very friendly and they communicated well. They showed up on time. Went over everything with me. They found a couple of leaks in our pool plumbing system above ground and marked them for the plumber doing the repairs.
They were also very reasonably priced. -
Somehow, in a town full of pools, finding a reputable leak detection company is difficult. I went through one company that was really good at taking my $400, but really awful at accurately finding leaks in a pool.
Finally, I was recommended Valleywide Leak Detection. This company is a keeper. On their first visit, they arrived on time and went about systematically locating the area of the leak. Then, both guys on site ran their own inspection to make sure they both came to the same conclusion of the exact location of the leak. Half the battle won already.
I hired the same guys to come back and make the repair. Again, they arrived on time and methodically and carefully removed the patio pavers next to the spa that were over the leak and laid them out in order for exact replacement. And, of course, right under the hole was the spa drain with a big cut in it. Perfect find.
They cut out and replaced the offending pipe and then perfectly relaid the pavers on top. Other than our pool maintaining its water level, one could never tell we had work done.
I give them an A+. I have already recommended them to others and will continue to. They aren’t a big name with fancy logos and billboards and 800 numbers — but their work and skills are impeccable. A local gem. -
BUYER BEWARE!!!! Valley Wide had Robert come out to pinpoint a leak for $300. Since they don’t actually do any repairs, we hired a plumber to fix the leak. The plumber opened up a couple walls and tested the suspect water lines only to conclude that the leak was not where Valley Wide indicated. Since Valley Wide guarantees to pinpoint the leak or redo the detection at no charge, my sister and I tried through multiple phone messages and texts to get a redo. NO RESPONSE at all after 5 days. Very disappointing! They obviously don’t back their work. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

So relieved we found Valleywide to detect and fix our pool leak! We knew we had leak for a few months now but had a hard time determining where it was coming from - it progressively got worse the last couple weeks- losing about an inch of water a day. Plaster and equipment is all fairly new - about a year old but the pool itself is about 30 years old. Our pool guy wasn't able to determine where the leak was coming from so I contacted another pool leak detection I found on google with a lot more reviews.. he came out and spent about 30 minutes fiddling around before telling me he had to leave and gave no indication where leak might be. So I gave Valleywide a call - they set up a time to come find the leak. Super professional, efficient and reasonably priced. They found the leak in about 30-40 min. They were able to schedule a time to fix the leak as well later in the week but did not pressure me at all to schedule it with them. A pipe had cracked right where they detected. The job took a few hours and we are not losing any water now. With all the flaky people out there don't waste your time - use Valleywide for your pool leak detection!

Originally, I had said this is a very good company that helped me find my pool leak and fixed it at minimal cost. But then he was helping me find a leak in my spa. He had asked me to find a company that could take off the jet heads, and when I found somebody in the head questions, all of a sudden, Ino totally dropped me. I texted and texted and called and called, and I was just totally and utterly dropped. I had tried to delete my original good review, but I couldn't, so i'm having to update it. This happened a couple of years ago now.

1st quote over 10gs needed all new pipe due to age of cast iron. 2nd could save me money replacing all was not necessary, showed me a monitor pointed out things too blurry to see going to cost that little over 9gs. In my head I'm freaking out ! Just refinanced home then broke my leg less than 2 weeks later when I was run over by a golf cart driven by my boss. No way I could sue and plus we were both drinking. Point is I don't have that kind of money right now so I had no choice but to get a third estimate, which Ive never done before and glad I did. Eric came out that evening ran his camera in there and showed me, which I could actually see the problem, tree roots were growing through about 3ft section needed replaced. Gave me a number to call and mention his name, fixed the next day, 350 plus I bought the guy lunch. Can't say thanks enough Eric next time you're going to be in the area gimme a heads-up and I'll fire up the grill

Called on Sunday at noon, Eric came right over & was very prepared & very knowledgeable, he diagnosed my collapsed pipe with in 25 mins, & instead of suggesting a costly repair on the old disintegrating pipes like other companies would, he came up with a sensible solution that not only solved my problem, but saved me alot of money!!! It is nice to know that good honest people still exist...Thanks Eric!!!

Contacted Mr. Resma as he was recommended by a friend. After discussing the issues I was unimpressed and did not trust this guy.. The friend and he later ended up stealing my car from my home space! All on camera. The key had been taken. It was parked at Mr. Resmas home. When Police found it. Mr. Resma busted out my ignition and lost the key. He was arrested. Looks like his Honesty and Work Ethic leave much to be desired. Totally lacks any professionalism. The plumb job was not something I wanted him to do. Didnt want him in my house. Better make sure you don't pay him a cent before the job is completed as promised. What an unexpected and shocking experience I had. My car was totaled!! Wow. His license should be taken, but I don't think he has one.

Eric is not a professional plumber. I asked him to repair a shower faucet. I paid him in full, but after he got the full payment, he left the work half done (see the picture; that is what he left undone), I called him many times and sent him many text messages to ask him to finish the work. Therefore, we waited for him for 7 days, but he never came back. We were unable to take a shower for 7 days. He is a money cheater. Please never ask this guy to do any repair work.

Called for drain clog in the master bedroom bathroom. Walter called back immediately to set up service and Terrence arrived promptly within 30 minutes...The drain was successfully unclogged, quickly and professionally. I am thrilled with the results. I will highly recommend Discount Drain Cleaning.
