This company is outstanding! The gentleman came in diagnosed & took care of the problem for a very very reasonable cost! We had another company come in and only diagnose the problem & would come back to finish it. My family was desperate as the toilet was spilling over for days & he came in & fixed the issue in less than an hour! Super thankful to have came across him & this company. I will definitely recommended him to ANYONE & EVERYONE who has plumbing issues very knowledgeable, fast & again reasonably priced another company came in & was charging $900 to “fix” the issue but said needed to make a huge hole in the wall he charged significantly less than that & didn’t have to ruin our walls. Also, wanted to mention, he didn’t just fix the issue he additionally let us know what the issue was and ways to prevent this from happening again. Thanks so much for your great service & thanks for being so easy to get ahold of, and fast to come and take care of the job. Great customer service & job that cannot be beat !!!!

Came home to find our main drain line was clogged up and water was backing up out of the downstairs shower and toilet. It was 6pm and the first couple places I called said they could not come until tomorrow afternoon. What a mess!

I drain my pool once every 2 years and I have done this to the street, until the city notified me that, there is a better alternative and there should be a washout line on my property. Since the previous owners covered it all with gravel I only had two choices get the plans for the home or call a reputable plumbing company to find it.

I called two companies I found on Yelp. Walter with Discount Drain Cleaning Co was my second call, he picked up where the other plumber/company did not.

Walter was clear and precise on his costs and the process, he had availabilities that worked with my schedule. Using a camera to find the drain and sewer washout etc.

We planned for a time that was convenient for both of us, very quick turn-around mind you. Walter also accepts text messages as confirmations of appointments which I thought was very convenient for me. On the day of the appointment Walter showed up early, after texting me to see if it was ok. Clean and professional appearance with a smile and confidence that he will be able to find the washout. Got out his cool toys/equipment and went to town. All the while engaging me on what he was doing and how it was going. Needless to say Walter found my washout under some gravel in an obscure place it in no time and also gave me a discount on the original quoted price.

Walter is what I call the definition of good customer service and skill all packed into one package. I will save his number and use him for all my plumbing needs and share with friends and family. He is affordable and very professional. Prompt and courteous. What more can I ask for when spending my hard-earned money. Thanks again Walter.

I always use discount drain as much as I can. Walter is very responsive, always answers the phones or emails and gets the job done the same day. He always provides photos and videos of the issue and recommends the best way to resolve the problem. I've never had any issues with them and will continue to use them.

Walter is incredible, kind and honest. I called him to remove a blockage from my sewer drain that a prior company charged me $600 for but did not resolve. The prior company could not visibly see anything blocking and gave me the parade of horribles that they would likely have to dig up my entire yard and that it would cost thousands of dollars AND that they may have to keep coming back for future problems. I called Walter for a second opinion. Walter gave me the cost upfront before starting work. He quickly found what was blocking the drain and found a creative solution to retrieve the item. He then told me that his work was GUARANTEED for a year and that he would come back out, free of charge, if the flow stopped again. It was refreshing to find a person with integrity, knowledge and great service who doesn't need to scam people as a business model. That is getting hard to find in Las Vegas.

Discount Drain Clean has come through for me on clearing a compacted drain and running a camera to inspect a pneumatic tube system.
They are fast, reliable and their work is top notch. I highly recommend them for all your drain clearing and inspection needs.

I was referred to Walter from another plumber who was unable to respond to a same day request. Walter was very professional and responsive. He even taught us how to inspect and clean drain for future problems which he did not have to do. I would highly recommend Discount Drain Cleaning Co for your plumbing needs.

Please be aware of this dishonest plumbing company. Over the phone they quoted me $150 to clean my sewer line at a 30 day guarantee, and for an extra $100, if needed, they would use the camera. When the tech was done, he stated it would be $350. When I called the manager and told him he quoted me only $150, he told me that I had misheard him. I did not because I wrote it down while he said it initially. Make sure any quote you receive over the phone is in writing. He agreed to the initial $150 quote but rudely told me to never call them again. Like I’m going to call them again after this occurred. Please be aware if you have an accent with getting quotes on the phone! Ask them to email or give you a written quote when they come to do the job.

Great honest company. I will call again and refer to friends. Didn't try to sell me anything, just fixed what I called about, which was a serious kitchen clog.

Update. I had a badly clogged toilet from my son accidently throwing disinfectant wipes down instead of flushable wipes. Terrence came out and was able to unclog the line in no time and he's very personable and friendly.

Walter was great very personable n reasonable. He explained in detail what was wrong my plumbing and fixed it at half the price that another plumbing company wanted to charge very clean picked up after himself n left his work area n the order he found it . Excellence n integrity is what we all long for thesez days cuz it's rear but this company is one of the few . Thank you discount drain.. I will definitely recommend you to friends n family..

I'm pleased with their non-invasive approach to dealing with roots in my drain. They are professional and responsive and I definitely recommend that you give them a call for a second opinion, or just routine preventative drain cleaning. The price was fair and they stand behind their service.

after wasting our money on RotoRooter, Discount Drain came out and we had a leak under the slab on our house. Discount did an outstanding job. Professional, on time and kept us informed. Fixed the problem. Left our house clean and made sure we were happy. We would recommend this company to everyone. If we ever needed services again would use them.

We received a call from one of our tenants at a commercial retail center that all their toilets and sinks were backing up. We manage the property from out of town and rarely have plumbing issues, but now needed a plumber in a hurry. The tenant runs a childcare center and small children need access to bathrooms!
