Excellent service, Julian N and DJ went way beyond to get the job done on this 1964 residence. Courteous, and professional, highly recommend them.

Had an unbelievably bad root issue in an upper end multifloor commercial building. First drain company basically shrugged their shoulders and left. Walter had his guy out there in an hour. Managed to get the water below flooding level that saved us thousands on building damage. Had diggers out there 1st thing in the morning and pumped out hundreds of gallons of back up. Within 2 days Had the building completely back up where any other company, and I've worked with many, would have taken a week. Sincerely the most competent drain man I have ever worked with. Highly recommend!!!

Discount Drain answered my call on a late Saturday afternoon and I had a scheduled appointment Sunday morning at 9am. The service tech was on time, polite, explained and showed me every change and fix. Payment was a breeze and pricing is fair. We had 3 showers and 3 sinks that were very very VERY clogged and in no time all was solved. Thank you:)

Walter and his team did an amazing job. They let us know step by step what had to be done. I had a clog in my shower drain that could not be unclogged by they're hydro jet service. We needed new piping for our shower. They were very professional protected our floors, carpeting and cleaned after theirselves once they were done.

HONESTY! That’s the first thing that I have to say about Walter and Discount Drain Cleaning. Walter sent his personal out to address an issue with my drain and unfortunately there was more of an issue than expected, however his guys did an amazing job. They succeeded in unplugging the drain but work still needs to be done that may exceed their capacity. But unlike some companies, Walter explained some options and even provided the name of another contractor to assess the situation and give me an estimate. Additionally, even though their efforts far exceeded the original estimate, Walter worked with me and billed me honestly. I would highly recommend this company for your drain and plumbing needs.

Very fast and reliable service. I got in touch with them on an evening and they were doing the sewer scope the next day fiest thing in the morning.

I called them at 1 PM and they had a technician at my door by 2 PM. My toilets weren’t flushing and were backing up into both showers. The tech arrived quickly, diagnosed the problem, and cleared it fast. Great service!
