I had a great experience with Zoom Drain when they came out to clear a clogged kitchen sink. From start to finish, their professionalism stood out. The office team made scheduling easy, texting me a 1-hour arrival window and following up with a call 30 minutes before the technician arrived.

The technician JJ Warren was a longtime tradesman who clearly knew his craft. He immediately introduced himself along with his business card, wore shoe coverings to keep my home clean, and efficiently snaked the drain through the clean out pipe. After completing the job, he made sure everything was spotless. The work even came with a warranty, which gives me extra peace of mind. Contract was signed on a tablet & immediately emailed for my records.

I wanted to have a plumbing company come and put a camera down my sewer clean out. Some of my neighbors have had issues with tree roots and we’ve been in the house for 22 years.I called Zoom. This was a wonderful experience from start to finish. Courtenay, who arranged the scheduling was great to work with, JJ and Max came out to the House and were very knowledgeable, and discussed with me what I wanted to have done. They gave me a good price, and the camera scope didn’t show any roots so that’s a good piece of mind. All in all, I highly recommend these guys.

I reached out to Zoom Drain for a shower drain that wasn’t working properly. The scheduling process was a breeze. The next morning the technicians Javier and Max, who were very professional and friendly, showed up on time. (A little early, in fact.) They diagnosed the issue, gave me three different options to correct the issue, and were done in under an hour. I wouldn’t hesitate to call Zoom Drain for future needs.

Zoom Drain is amazing! I called and Courtney responded right away, answering all my questions with patience and professionalism. Within 30 minutes, Asheton and Maxwell arrived. They were friendly, respectful, and worked efficiently. They did a hydrojetting and gave us a free camera inspection to make sure everything was clear. They found the problem and cleared all the clogs – no hassle at all.

We also received a military discount, which we truly appreciated. Overall, their customer service was outstanding from start to finish. Highly recommended. 5 stars!

My kitchen sink would not drain. Its been a recurring problem. Other plumbers simply snaked a hole in the clog but this "fix" didn't last long. -Zoom Drain- Specializes in tough drain clogs. They used a snake device like a pressure washer to flush and clean the drain pipes. Very effective!

I called them with my emergency at 10:30 am Saturday morning. They came out within an hour and finished about an hour later. Max and Javier were very quick, professional and kind.
If you have a drain problem, don't call a general plumber, call Zoom Drain and you will not be disappointed!

Our kitchen sink was blocked and backed up and what started as a nerve-wracking experience for us turned into a great experience. The technicians were prompt and professional and quickly knew what the issue was and provided multiple options to repair and did not pressure us at all. We opted to have it snaked out and they provided a good warranty to help with peace of mind. Courtney was amazing on the phone and got us scheduled quickly. They were upfront about pricing options and there were no shady sales tactics or pressure up selling. They are now on my speed dial for any home plumbing stuff.

Zoom sewer and drain did an outstanding job. The technicians were prompt extremely nice and courteous. I had a different company come out, they told me the pipe was probably broken and I needed to dig up my yard. For a $250 additional charge, he would look at it with a camera. The Zoom quote was less than the original guy who came out and it included the camera. The Zoom technicians are extremely knowledgeable, used the camera and tried a different clean out. They fixed the problem in about an hour. I believe they were heaven sent.

Asheton and Javier fixed my bathroom sink that was clogged. They came to check for free then explained what was wrong with the sink and provided multiple options that I could take to fix the sink, whether that be by myself or with their help. I went with their help and they fixed the sink very quickly. Highly recommend!

ZoomDrain did an excellent job on my drain. Another company had misdiagnose the issue. They came and were able to fix the clog in about 30 minutes and at a lower cost than the other company.
