Poor service by girl at front desk. I have had good service by the guys in the back before, but today was very much the opposite. Disappointing.

My company has an account with Ideal and all I can say is all the parts counter guys and the two girls who work in the front office are great and professional people and work nonstop and deserve a pay raise.

There were a few bumps in the road for compleation of my plumbing needs, but the great crews from the digger, pipe layers, the inside men, the tile layer all in all im very happy with what was fixed at my home, all due to the crews that came, all for a different reason, but all well done jobs

I HAD A HORRIFIC HOT WATER LEAK FROM UNDER MY HOME'S SLAB[FOUNDATION].HAVING HAD SEVERAL ESTIMATES I WAS SO VERY PLEASED TO HAVE MARK AND HIS HELPER FIND THE LEAK ALMOST IMMEDIATELY,SAVING ME A HUGE WATER/GAS BILL,THEY CAPPED IT,REROUTED THE PIPE AND CAME IN UNDER ESTIMATE.EXPERIENCE COUNTS.THEY WERE ON TIME,,NEAT CLEANED UP AFTERWARDS AND AFTER 25 YEARS OF BEING A HOMEOWNER I CAN ONLY WISH THERE WERE MORE TECHNICIANS LIKE MARK OF ORCHARD PLUMBING.
