Matt and George did an excellent job this morning installing my new gas valve. They also went above and beyond and installed a gas trap because they saw my system was lacking one. Great observation and good service!

The company showed up 3 days later after the bathroom flooded the downstairs area of the home and pretended to fix my issue. Only to find out it is was not fixed and I was not advised until I called my insurance company regarding another matter a day later. The company should advise when there is a foreign object in the main line or the problem will never get resolved. It is hard to find good and honest service.

Armen was great. Took care of everything as needed. Explained what was wrong, replaced the part and tested it a few times.
He even looked at something else that wasn’t on the original work order that I asked him to look at.

I highly recommend Alpha Plumbing if you have any plumbing needs in your house.

The communications with the office as well as with the installation was superb. The only delay was with the Home Warranty people. Armon (the installation professional) was polite, courteous and professional. Old water heater was removed new hardware installed and the new water heater up and running was just a little over an hour. He even walked me through the temperature settings and annual draining procedures. Super happy with this company, thank you!

George and Osman were amazing. They were sent out by AHS to inspect a suspicious water heater. They traced the problem to a sediment clogged line and cleared it. They went above and beyond and have earned customers for life! They ran circles around the last company that came out and attempted to place blame on the water softener. Don't hesitate to call them. George and Matt were wonderful! I was told I would need a new water heater due to the high heat sensor going off. George and Matt were here five minutes and had my Whirlpool water heater up and running! So thankful I got a second opinion and really thankful it was Alpha Plumbing that was assigned!
