I appreciate the honest and professional assistance from Justin! He called to ask if he could come over earlier than the original time slot which was great for me. Then once he pulled out my washer it was discovered that the leak was from an ac pipe. The company waived the service fee. Which I am so grateful for. I will be using this company in the future!
A fabulous company! Owner, Rom, is extremely responsive. I had a problem with my washer not draining the water. They scheduled an appointment for the same day and the technician called 30 min. prior to arrival. Tony was the technician and he diagnosed the problem, picked up the part and fixed my washer the next day. Tony is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and polite! Washer is working good as new!!! I’ve never been happier to do a load of laundry! I would HIGHLY recommend this company!!

I had an excellent experience with Absolute Appliance Services, specifically with Justin. Our dryer was making a grinding noise, and Justin came out to take a look. He quickly identified the problem and provided a clear solution without trying to upsell or charge us for any unnecessary services. He was clean, courteous, and very professional throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find such honest and reliable service these days!
