Great and honest service who didn't try to push something I didn't need.
The tech that came out, Justin, was friendly and very knowledgeable about my stove.
He actually said it was a good one to have.
I will definitely use Absolute Appliance Service again if needed.

Absolute Appliance Services have always been there when we needed them. They are consistent, on time and very fair with their pricing. We have used this company since they started their business. The quality of work is always excellent. They always go above and beyond to get the work done well. Rom, Keith and their other techs are all very friendly and nice. My family and I feel as if a friend is coming over to fix our appliances. Lol. We are lifetime customers!! You wouldn’t be disappointed to use their service.

I appreciate the honest and professional assistance from Justin! He called to ask if he could come over earlier than the original time slot which was great for me. Then once he pulled out my washer it was discovered that the leak was from an ac pipe. The company waived the service fee. Which I am so grateful for. I will be using this company in the future!

A fabulous company! Owner, Rom, is extremely responsive. I had a problem with my washer not draining the water.
They scheduled an appointment for the same day and the technician called 30 min. prior to arrival.
Tony was the technician and he diagnosed the problem, picked up the part and fixed my washer the next day. Tony is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and polite! Washer is working good as new!!! I’ve never been happier to do a load of laundry!
I would HIGHLY recommend this company!!

I had an excellent experience with Absolute Appliance Services, specifically with Justin. Our dryer was making a grinding noise, and Justin came out to take a look. He quickly identified the problem and provided a clear solution without trying to upsell or charge us for any unnecessary services. He was clean, courteous, and very professional throughout the entire process. It’s rare to find such honest and reliable service these days!

We hired Absolute after a terrible experience with Wilshire Appliance and they were very responsive about the repair of a part that was damaged by Wilshire. They worked with urgency to replace the part knowing that we had been without our refrigerator for 4 weeks. They took our bad experience from another company and made it right.

I am writing this review to document the superior experience I had with Absolute Appliance Services. My GE cooktop stopped working on Monday, March 3. I looked on Yelp, Nextdoor and Google for reviews on appliance repairs. I chose Absolute for an estimate because of the great reviews on YELP! I completed an online request and requested the appointment was for the next day, 3/5. I wasn’t contacted for a couple of days to finalize the appointment so I contacted a competitor, Sears Home Services as an alternative. Sears Home Services reviewed the cooktop and diagnosed two parts one of which they could not get.
I decided to get a second opinion and contacted Absolute Appliance Services via phone. A live person answered and I was able to book an appointment on Friday, 3/7. Justin was the technician assigned. He called approximately 30 minutes prior to coming, letting me know he was on the way to my house. He explained that there were two parts needing replacement but one was showing out of stock, but the warehouse may actually have it. He would research and get back to me on Monday, 3/10. Over the weekend I did more research and realized it would be prudent to buy new since the repair would be approximately 60-70% of new cook top. I called on Monday, 3/10 to let Absolute know that I purchased a new cooktop and could they install it for me. Absolute was able to book an appointment for the install on 3/11. Absolute contacted me on 3/11 to let me know Justin was slightly behind and provided an ETA. He arrived shortly later and the install of the new cooktop was completed in approximately 45 minutes.
The communication and service was outstanding from Absolute Appliance. I had not used this company prior so I was hesitant. My customer experience was great!

I would recommend Absolute Appliance Services to anyone requiring appliance repair.
I contacted them after receiving very poor service from my home warranty company and could no longer trust them to do the repairs.

From the moment I contacted Absolute Appliance, they were very professional, courteous and understood my problem. My first contact was Destiny and she promptly scheduled a technician to diagnose the problem I was having with custom built-in refrigerator. The technician, Tony, arrived right when she said he would and I could tell immediately, that he knew what he was doing. He was very professional and informative, but most importantly, he was honest. This particular refrigerator was a challenge because some of the electrical parts are no longer manufactured. Tony was able to locate a used control board that we needed and we’re just waiting for it to arrive.
He is doing everything possible to get the refrigerator working properly and if it can be fixed, he’ll do it. You can tell this young man loves his job and he’s dedicated to doing it right.

Kudos to the owner. If all of the employees are of the same caliber as Tony and Destiny, Absolute Appliance Services will be around a long time.

Justin was our Tech that R&R'd our failed LG front-load washer drain pump. He arrived promptly (actually early) and got right to work. Justin was very pleasant, professional, and quick - he knows his stuff!! He pointed out several points that we need to keep an eye on while noting that we are actually keeping on top of the key cleaning points of these front-loaders to ensure longevity of the washer. He shared a couple of additional recommendations to ensure we get as much mileage out our washer as possible.
We highly recommend Justin and the Absolute Appliance Services team (this is our second time in using them)!
Justin is great and we look forward to work with him in the event we have future appliance repair needs!!!

BTW: he has one SUPER and clean off-road rig that he wrenched on his own! I saw his attention to details for his own rig in his attention to our repair job - TRUE MARK of a guy committed to customer service and getting the job done right the first time.

Justin came out to look at our dishwasher and washing machine today. He was friendly, professional and very informative. He let us know that it would cost more to fix our washer than buy a new one and even gave us some recommendations on what to buy. He fixed our dishwasher and cleaned the drainage pipe for us. I would “Absolutely” recommend Absolute Appliance to anyone!

It's tough to find honest service people here & it can be traumatizing to say the least. (I know. I worked in the service industry for 30 years.) I call it Grifter Town. So, it pleases me to be able to write a RARE GOOD REVIEW. And these guys are the REAL DEAL! All the 5 Star reviews are no joke! I won't go into all the drama we went through getting my refrigerator fixed. Let's just say, the owner Rom bent over backwards just to make me happy. Who does this? Absolute Appliance Services! That's who! They're prompt, friendly, professional & caring. Rom is a funny guy too. (Hey, good lookin'! lol.) Look no further. Hire these guys! Shout out! to Justin, Dale & especially Rom! You guys ROCK! It's like I've got a NEW refrigerator at a GREAT price. And Dale, my offer still stands. Come & get some music if you want it. Any time. I hope you kept my number.

I thought I had a leak in my dishwasher. Josh showed up to look at it and in under 30 seconds assured me it was normal and nothing was wrong with my dishwasher. He was professional, courteous and so reassuring. I would recommend this company 100%! Thanks for being so kind Josh! Dispatch was really nice too. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

I’ve been using Absolute Appliance Services for years, and I can’t say enough good things about them. Recently, I had an issue with my dryer.

From the start, they were kind, understanding, and really took the time to listen. We worked together to come to a fair solution, and I could tell they genuinely care about making sure their customers are happy.

Absolute Appliance were very quick yo respond when my garbage disposal went out. They work with my Home Warranty Company and the process was seamless.
The tech they sent over was courteous and professional and had my disposal changed out quickly. He did a thorough job in ensuring there were no leaks and assured me if there were any subsequent issues they would be respond right away.
I highly recommend this company.

We've had the Absolute folks out a couple times now and with each visit Daniel and Rom were on time, knew exactly what to do in order to fix the problem and charged a reasonable rate each time. We have tried others before finding Absolute Appliance and we were either stood up or they refused service in our Southwest location. I have waited over two weeks waiting for my washer to be fixed. Tried using my home warranty policy with delays confusion and finally giving up on them. Justin and the crew at Absolute Appliance Services could not have been more accommodating, helpful, and quick. They were easily able to identify the issue with my dishwasher, had the part ready, and the repair was done in about an hour. The 5 star reviews they get on google are most definitely merited.
