Jon and co. refinished the plaster, tile, and replaced a glass-block wall with concrete & tile. Excellent job with with timely updates along the way! Two years later and no problems!

This has been a horrible experience. Terrible follow through. We signed our contract almost 60 days ago and very little progress. A worker out 4 hours per week in the last five weeks. Estimated time of completion was 5/2/2019. We are not even close.

Thank you to Nationwide Pool for going above and beyond.
I needed some tile from a previous project and Beka found me some. She was kind and efficient and completely delightful. Thank you.

Worst customer service ever, the woman on the phone just hung up on me and wouldn't let me speak, me being extremely polite and her just yelling, "if you don't know how to talk to customers try another job". Today is the last day that I will be their client, one less for you guys!!! there are many more pool companies in las vegas, don't waste your time with these... too bad because Art was the only good person there!!!

Nationwide provided excellent service and a great value. They performed all of the work in a timely and professional manner and I highly recommend them to anyone needing a remodel or equipment update.

It seems like it took forever to get the correct estimate, and even then, it was unclear about the work to be performed. When I called and spoke to the representative, he made it quite clear that the work only included a certain amount of tasks. Thank goodness I didn't sign the estimate accepting the proposal prior to that because it was very vague and I would have been screwed. I had to ask and ask and ask and to get the correct proposal. My opinion is that they probably subcontract their work out and they really don't care about the consumer or their work product. They only want money money money. In my opinion, they probably seemed more like Liaisons to subcontractors. No thanks Nationwide; your business is very unprofessional and for the high prices that you charge for minimum work and your attitude in providing the estimates and telling the truth, finally, tells me all I need to know.

It has been an excellent experience working with Nationwide Pool Design. The quartz design in the pool and decking look fantastic. Mike and his team are professional and a pleasure to work with.

Ghosted by this business. They came out to do an estimate and promised it the following Monday. When I called the following week, I was told the person who came out was on vacation. He had given the estimate write-up to someone else, who never called me. When I called again the week after that, the original person was "out of the office" but my message would be left on his desk the following Monday. I even asked if he could call just to let me know they didn't want the job, so I would know to start looking elsewhere. Couldn't even make that phone call. Unless you have thousands of dollars to spend on a full remodel, I wouldn't bother reaching out to them.
Also notice they replied to my review within 4-1/2 hours, but no phone call in three weeks?

Had them redo our decking and redo our whole pool , from replaster and retiling about a year and a half ago. Spent over 12k..closer to 20k ..They did a wonderful job , my pool looks amazing . I would love to give them a better review BUT they have horrible costumer service. Called numerous times for warranty repair and NO CALLS back EVER and the repair would be so simple . Still here waiting if they would like to make this right so I can change my review

So we have a deck surrounding the pool at my in-laws house that was in bad shape. I found Nationwide pool on HomeAdvisor and contacted them.

They were quick, professional and warrantee their work.

I cannot tell you how wonderful it is now to have a pool deck that looks brand new.

If I could give them more than five stars I would.

Worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. Long story short paid over 20 k to have after 2 months, the grout in between the tile line is cracked and breaking. Manager told me they forgot to "upsale"me on grout sealant. Told me they would inspect spa jet pressure, never did. Heater was installed totally hazardous with electrical equipment exposed, smells of gas, heater doesn't work. After all the plastering was done, had the pool pump break, pool was totally green and a health hazardous swamp. Manager was MIA not responding. Have had puerile knock on my door for payment when work was not finished. Can't say run far far away enough.

On 3/1/17 we had our pool re-plastered. The price was good and well below some other companies I got proposals from. Jon was wonderful to work with and arranged to do the job very quickly. Once it was completed he sent Tom out to do a complimentary sweeping which really help with the plaster dust. The pool looks great and all employees were a pleasure to work with. Christy Pommier

They resurfaced my pool and did it incorrectly. I became aware of the problem 4 years after install when I was draining pool to replace the water. The pool had circles and cracks on the surface and when I touched them they sound hollow behind those certain areas. The pool is experiencing delamination which is a workmanship error during the resurface process. They gave me a 7 year warranty against delamination but will not honor their work or contract. They also installed drains that were not up to code in my pool as well. I became aware of that when I had another company come do an inspection because they wouldn’t even come out to look at my problem at all. They don’t care about the customer and provide a very sub par service. They don’t stand behind the work they do. Do not do business with them or Jon Winn. He doesn’t care. They have also been cited with a violation by the contractors board for not using properly trained licensed employees on contracts and using incorrect 1099s.
No one from the company ever came to inspect the damage. The pool was serviced by your company for the first year and we stopped service because your employee was keeping improper chem levels and wouldn’t show up. So any damage caused by chem was from your employees which could be the untrained improper licensed workers you were sited for.
Also the contractors board said they don’t investigate after 3 years , so basically you shouldn’t offer 7year warranty if you don’t stand by it. The National Plasterers council reviewed my damage and photos and agreed that’s it was a workmanship error causing delamination. But you still won’t honor your work.

Nationwide Pool is a Great Company. We first started out getting our pool drained and replastered and retiled in many areas and the job was done great..!! We continued using Nationwide as our Pool cleaning service and repair company. I would highly recommend them for any of your Swimming Pool or Jacuzzi or Filter needs and related issues. Thank you Nationwide Pool.

We were so happy with our pool and spa design and installation! The overall project turned out beautifully in fact we sold our home and the new buyers said they bought our home because of our pool and backyard space! Thank you Nationwide!!

Jon and his crew built our dream pool. His estimate is exactly what our pool cost and his timeline was even better. The pool was finished earlier than expected without any hiccups. We have referred Jon to several friends who also ended up using his company not only for new builds but remodels as well. Best pool company in Vegas!!!!!!!!!!!

We have two on-going projects with Nationwide Pools. One project has already received a one star review with great detail as to the countless problems/delays/poor customer service we have experienced. I will keep this one short, but encourage people to read through our other review. This second 1 star review is for the job they have simultaneously done on a rental home. I would highly advise using a different company.

I used Nationwide to automate my pool system. They were very flexible in scheduling the work. The technician came out and was very courteous and he cleaned up the jobsite. Mike came out on the second day and explained how I could operate my swimming pool equipment from my smartphone. It was a great service experience and I could highly recommend Nationwide.

BAD COMPANY. The subcontractor replaster my pool. They plastered over the pool drain on the bottom of the pool. My water fall gets the water from the bottom of the pool drain. After John tried looking at the wrong place with a camera. He looked at the drain for the waterfall. John thinks he a professional. He did know how the water gets back to the pump. Nor did he think to call the subcontractors. Didn't call me back to fix it for 2 months. Then John said he doesn't fix my problem. So I said am I going to have to get my waterfall fixed and the sue nationwide pool. He went ballistic. If anyone needs a job done go to the subcontractors directly. By the way I got my waterfall working. Thanks John for reminding me to get u my bill.
It took u 3 months to respond to my review. If anyone needs help on getting subcontractors let me know. Keep watching. I'll post there responses. It might take months.
