This was a really professional job! It was completed on-time, correctly, and the pool is absolutely like new! Tom and his team communicated all the time, and kept me updated on the project. I hired them to re-plaster my aging pool. It was looking pretty bad, with lots of missing plaster. They would clean up the jobsite daily, and hauled away all the debris. His workers are all employees of the company, and not just hired off the street. They were careful not to destroy the yard with all the equipment and countless trips in and out of the yard. Overall, I was extremely happy with the entire project, the price was better than I had estimated, and the results are amazing. They buffed out my tile instead of replacing it, and it looks brand new. The final result was a beautiful, brand-new looking pool! Super happy and highly recommend them for your pool project. I even changed over to them for my weekly pool service.

We would definitely recommend Nationwide Pools! Mike designed the most amazing pool/spa and backyard for us. He was always professional and responsive. He answered every question and helped navigate us through the entire process. We had never built a pool before, and have a big yard and really didn’t have a design in mind only few ideas. We gave him those ideas of a couple things we’d like to have…a fire pit, pool/spa, swim deck and a water feature. Mike designed the MOST beautiful backyard resort paradise that incorporated all of our ideas including an area to play corn hole!
All of the guys that worked on our property were nice and helpful. They were definitely the BEST of the BEST. All of our neighbors have said how great our design looks and how timely it was completed…it wasn’t without minor delays or hiccups but nothing compared to the months of delays our neighbors experienced with other builders. We are so glad we took our time and found Nationwide Pools.

Did a complete renovation of our pool.Very professional work and we are very pleased with the result. Great job at a good price. This was our fourth estimate and then decided to go with Nationwide Pool.
Be careful of way overpriced pool contractors.

Jon, Carlos and the entire team are fantastic to work with and their workmanship is top notch! This is our second job with them and for this one it was a redo of poor qualify materials and workmanship on our pool. I should have gone with Nationwide to begin with! Don't waste your time, go to Nationwide for exceptional pool work!

Oh where do I begin? The entire process gets a F grade from me.

The highlights are...there was stagnant water left in my pool for weeks. There was cement left on the flooring and these guys decided to fill my pool up with water without fixing the issue even after I raised concerns several times , so the contractor had one of his guys dive in the pool to try and remove it with a wire brush...a disaster.

I had the pool decking done and in less than a year and a half, it's peeling up. I have contacted them on several occasions and have been told by Scott that they will get to me soon. That was in December. I've called at least 3 times to get in touch with a manager and have yet to receive a call back.

You will be impressed by the sales guy and disappointed by the work and response to your inquiries.

I spent $20k on this and it has been one of my biggest regrets. I will update to let you all know if they actually fix my issue....I'm doubtful.

Update…since posting this review….instead of explaining why my decking looks this way…they sent an email. Their “warranty” is good for 1 year. I spent $20k plus for a one year warranty.
I’ve lived in this house for 13 years without issues with my decking. I’ve had this new decking for a year and a half and this is what I get.

Last note…they didn’t have the decency to take my calls. Very disappointing…If I were you I would hire someone else.

Called and left two messages more than a week a part to get a quote - never received a call back!

It says that this place is open until 7pm on Saturdays on Google. We showed up at 2:35 and the business was closed.

We interviewed 2 other pool companies before going with LVPB. They had the best price and spent more time with us during the design process than the other two companies. Communication was excellent and Chris stayed on schedule for our entire project. We were actually out of town when the pool was finished but Chris sent us videos and pictures after they filled it. Top notch crew and business owners, thanks a ton guys!

The team at Las Vegas Pool builders are true professionals. From the first phone call with Kris, to our on-site appointments with Randy; my wife and I were blown away by the prompt scheduling and consistent communication. My wife had a specific vision of her perfect backyard and Kris and his team nailed it! We did shop around before deciding to go with LV Pool Builders and their price was about 10% less than all the other quotes we received. We definitely recommend them and would use them again if we ever decided to move.

Jeremy was superb - a skilled designer and absolute pleasure to work with. Chris, our supervisor really kept an eye on things for us. He caught a few items that one of the subs forgot to take care of and quickly made sure it was made right. He was patient with my husband and I. We're not tech savvy individuals, and we wanted to have a fully automated backyard with minimum maintenance, and that's exactly what we got! I highly recommend the Salt and in-floor cleaning system. It will add a little more to the overall price of your pool, however, we never have to clean our pool and haven't had to get a pool cleaning service. Definitely worth the extra money.

My husband and I are so happy with our new backyard. Chris and his team were so great to work with, from start to finish. We had a certain vision in our head and the design team nailed it. We received computer generated images and a video of the entire project before moving forward. It’s so nice being able to see what your pool and backyard is going to look like before starting. We definitely recommend doing infloor cleaners if it fits in the budget, our pool is literally always clean!! I have to mention price, because that’s what everyone always wants to know. We received a full detailed price sheet showing us where our money was being spent. That really helped when we were finalizing the small details. Just decking and coping can range from $3 all the way to $50 or more per square foot. Little things like that can help you stay within your budget. The two other companies we contacted gave us a total figure for the entire project and would not give us a breakdown. The other companies were also about 10-12k higher too. We highly recommend Chris and his team at Las Vegas Pool Builders!!

They are showing one of the top 10 in Las Vegas, but even though I have not used them, I would have to say I would not. I’ve left several emails and several phone calls and no response. Perhaps they are closed for good. If you can’t get good service before you start. You definitely will not get service after they start.
