We recently moved to the Las Vegas valley, and begin looking around for a pool company to create a custom pool in our backyard.
Artistic Pool and Spa we liked because of their good reviews...Ace Beditch came out and met with us a couple times, and was able to design something very nice. We began the process and got things in the works. Our pool is all finished now, and we are very pleased with the outcome!

Estimated completion date was first part of August... was finally ready to swim the first of November (We ended up adding more concrete patio than was originally planned, but still it was way behind estimated completion date)
Ace always made himself available to us (when we asked), but it was hard to communicate, and it seems he was a little forgetful.

Summary:
Would use them again and recommend them, just have a watchful eye, ask questions, and stay on top of things, and make sure everything you've agreed to is remembered.

We worked with Ace and he is amazing! He was with us every step of the way, he is very professional and easy to talk to. He explained everything to us and was always very fast in answering questions, even after our pool has been finished he said we can call him for anything. With Artistic Pool & Spa you will get the very best of every step of the project! We are very happy we went with Artistic pool and highly recommend them for quality workmanship!!

Building a pool is not a fun experience. However, we love our pool and are very happy with it. After being screwed over by another pool contractor, Artistic Pool & Spa really tried to make the pool building process as painless as possible. Nate answered every phone call and text message, communicated about every single delay or possibility of a delay, and stopped by before and after hours whenever we had questions or concerns. He also went above and beyond to find random accessories I wanted built in to our pool.

Artistic Pool & Spa is a pool contractor- they will hire other companies to do portions of the work, which means that there WILL BE ISSUES. This will be the case with any pool contractor hired. Overall, I feel like everything went as well or better than could be expected. We LOVE our pool! It turned out more beautiful than we thought possible!

I couldn't be more pleased with the process of working with and the end result of our experience with Artistic Pool and Spa. They took our barren dirt lot and turned it into an oasis of fun that my wife and I regularly enjoy. The price was not cheap, but was on par with what other vendors were offering - I think building a pool is just plain expensive (and that's OK with me).

Ron was a delight to meet and I appreciated his expertise in expanding the vision for our backyard beyond our initial request. Ace produced an awesome design and was there every step of the way for us (and has continued to be there after completion of the project).

I would definitely recommend Artistic Pool & Spa to anyone looking to build a well-appointed pool and backyard in the Las Vegas area.

We had the pleasure of working with Trinity and his contractors in 2018. The design process took about a month as I kept changing a few details in the design, but Trinity was very patient and provided great feedback including many iterations of quotes, drawings and videos. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable of the entire process from design concept through excavation and construction to finished product. He also supervised every phase in the process stopping in almost everyday to ensure the contractors were on track and in line with his expectations. It is apparent he's done this for many years and has a lot of passion for it. Everything he promised as far as quality, design, features he recommended and most importantly timing, he delivered. This was our first pool build and he made us feel comfortable from start to finish.

Being it was our first year at this house, we hosted Christmas holiday and had guests from out of town including kids. I was concerned they would not finish our backyard in time. He completed the project on time and with a few days to spare. From excavation to completion, it took about 8 weeks. I was also adamant about using a tile for the waterline they've never used before, they made it happen and it turned out beautifully.

The contractors he works with were all respectful, professional, communicative and cleaned up well after themselves. There were a few issues I had with the water pots and plaster, which he took care of immediately even months after the pool was completed. He was very helpful throughout and after the process. He followed up for months afterwards to ensure we understood how to maintain our brand new pool and were happy with the finished product. I highly recommend Artistic Pool & Spa for their incredible designs, top notch quality of work and exceptional service.

Artistic was recommended to us by a neighbor who had used them and we decided to go with them. What a great decision!

Wade came over and looked at our back yard, which resembled a “moonscape”. We talked about our needs and he came back with a design. After our initial discussion, my husband and I decided we didn’t want a full-blown pool with a spa, but rather a large spa/small pool combo. We called Wade and explained our change and he had to go back to the drawing board. He did so with enthusiasm and developed a great design that matched what we envisioned.

He reviewed all the options with us and helped us understand the implications (both fiscal and practical) of decisions, given that we’d never been pool owners before. The pricing was reviewed thoroughly and we had no surprises. All our questions were answered and fully explained.

Construction was within the amount of time estimated even though we had a few unusual rain delays. The subcontractors used by Artistic were very professional and did their jobs with quality workmanship. Wade or Rick was there almost daily to ensure all was done correctly.

We had several questions after the initial install and all were resolved quickly.

We are super pleased with our spa/pool and look forward to many years of enjoyment using it. I wanted our back yard to have a resort feel and it does thanks to Artistic Pool & Spa, Inc. Do yourself a favor and save yourself headaches by going with them for your project.

What makes a great pool company is the associated contractors and suppliers that make everything happen and do it right the first time. These guys are amazing ....On time, courteous, & they clean up.
I enjoyed working with them all.
I was also able to use referrals of other contractors that work with Wade to complete my entire project and keep things all moving the right pace.
After completion of the pool Wade is still available to answer any questions we may have. I value our friendship and would refer Artistic pools to everyone I know. I now love my backyard!Thanks Artistic.....

Trinity from Artistic Pool & Spa was on spot from start to completion. He knows the pool business inside out. He also designed our fire pit and BBQ area. He made the decision process very easy. We love our entire back yard and pool. Several people have seen our pool and equipment and made comments on how much of a great quality everything is. Trinity did in fact make our back yard dream come true.

We had a wonderful experience with Trinity and Artistic Pool and Spa. Trinity was super responsive all the way from design to completion. Our backyard turned out just like we had dreamed. Pool, hardscape and landscaping all exceeded our expectations. Can't recommend them enough.

Worked with Wade to help design and build my pool / spa and fireplace / firepit. First time home buyer and did not know a ton about the pool design process. I searched other companies and ultimately chose Artistic Pool @ Spa because I felt I could trust Wade and he wasn't trying to sell me. Wade worked with me throughout the entire project to design the pool spa and the entire back yard. He was very on hands. He was there almost every day when work was being completed. When I decided to change the size of the pool after it was initially dug, he gave me the options / prices and his thoughts on how to make sure it was structurally safe. Couldn't be more happy with how it turned out.

Wade is an incredibly knowledgeable and passionate professional. Throughout our process, he spent a tremendous amount of time with us on design, site visits, and walking us through the details of our project with care and patience. It was clear that he truly puts his heart and soul into his work and takes great pride in what he does.

If you’re looking for someone who is highly involved, detail-oriented, and genuinely cares about his clients and the work he delivers, Wade is someone you can absolutely trust. We’re grateful for the time and effort he invested in us and wish him continued success.

Posted an Ad about a promotion, tech showed up for a quote and stated it was an old ad and didn’t want to honor the price. Hired them, different tech showed up, Joey was more concerned about if I was the owner or a renter only to tell me 10 minutes later he doesn’t work with Fiberglass pools. Hawk said he would show up the next day at 8am, we had to call at 8am to ask what time he’d show up, all these excuses to tell us he will show up at 1pm. Showed up, Didn’t service the pool, didn’t clean it, didn’t scrub etc… said he’d be back at 6pm. At 9pm he called giving all kinds of excuses…. After three tries, of unprofessional conduct and no communication we went with a better company, If you hire them, even after these reviews, I hope they treat you better!

The WORST customer service you will EVER experience. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE!

I've had nothing but trouble with my pool and had to replace equipment since they started Then they missed a week and I asked them to reimburse me for the week they didn't come they got mad so when they came to clean the pool they said they weren't cleaning it only putting chemicals and I asked why you can't clean it 1st damp of chemicals and all they did was put a tablet in the floater and threw it in there and I told them I could do that do not use this pool service they're terrible

Excessive delays to my pool construction. Broke ground January 2021 and still working on it in October 2021. There's been delays, changes in ownership, and poor communication throughout each phase of the project. I chose poorly.

Contacted seven contractors. Came down to two finalists. Erick came up with extra value options that gave them the contract. Even with the Covid pandemic, they got the pool installed and operating within the original time frame. Their attention to detail was great and the subs even said they have to do a better job for LVP&S than the other "big name" companies.

If you want really poor quality of work done on your property and have a lot of time to wait then this is a place to go! The staff is unprofessional and seems incompetent. You request something to be done and they will straight up ignore you. The owner and project manager, Justin, also doesn’t know what they are doing.

Just look at the last two reviews. I would give them a 0 out of 5 if I could. I’ve already referred a couple of my friends elsewhere as I don’t want them to go through the same ordeal that we went through.

Steer clear away from these guys. You have been warned!

Started this process back in March and has been a very painful experience. We are at a stand still and have been at this same stage for several weeks. You have to beg for communication and updates and now I'm not receiving any communication at all. I've even tried to reach out to owner to get answers and no response. Save yourself the misery as we have deep regrets of choosing this company. Many people in the neighborhood have chosen other pool companies and have already passed our stage. Also, we have basically managed our project from the beginning as several mistakes have been made and you would think you are dealing with a very inexperienced and unprofessional company. They are incompetent, never cleaned the filters. Consequently, I had to drain the pool and needed an acid wash. They were so unprofessional. I do not recommend this company. They charged a lot to replace valves and never worked.

I hired Las Vegas Pools and Spas to build a pool in my backyard. It took my HOA longer to approve my application than it did for my pool to be completed. Damon and his team did an amazing job. They addressed any questions we had during the build and more importantly, he continues to answer our questions after the project is done. We love our pool. Thanks Damon for everything!
