May 2022: Still very pleased. We had to relocate one of our pineaple palms (original owners had it smashed in a tiny 3 foot space touching the wall/fence) and needed fertilizer support to enourage transplantation (root growth in new spot). We asked like a million questions and were treated with great kindness and respect.

We are still learning how to care for these beautiful trees and the associates at Moon have been incredibly helpful in this educational process. Note: palms are not intuitive-care trees (lol) Hoping and praying this guy lives through the relocation -- thank you to the guys who have guided us to this point -- and can i say, our other 2 pineapple palms look so happy and healthy and GREEN!

We have bought 4 fruit trees and happy with them. They have all grown nicely and produced. The staff is very informative.

Love love love it here! I see so many photo opportunities here! I wanted to pick every single orange and lemon and grapefruit because I’ve never had them off the tree before! They were all so dang gorgeous! They also have kitties running around all over and love it! Only bummer is they didn’t have wisteria or Japanese blueberry trees! But loved the nursery, it was all trees, no household plants! Also did you know palm trees have thorns??? Because I did not know this and went to touch one and OUCH!!!!

Great experience with Moon Nursery. We have visited both Las Vegas locations a few times and never felt pressured to make a purchase. Received a ton of education from the team including that all plants sold are acclimated to the Vegas Desert. When we did decide to proceed with a tree purchase we worked with Cienna who had great energy and knowledge. The process was smooth and we really loved the free delivery and planting option provided at that time. I had some irrigation concerns and the day before delivery I was lucky enough to speak with Gino and David who went above and beyond to provide me with the best possible guidance and ensured me their team would take care of it. Upon delivery we were given expectations and Luis and his team did an excellent job and went out of their way to ensure we were set up for success. We were followed up with within days of delivery to confirm we had a great experience (which we did). I highly recommend Moon Nursery for all plant needs.

Rafael and his crew were absolutely AMAZING!!! We had 14 large bushes planted over two days to create a privacy barrier...we back up to a street. I honestly have never seen such a hard-working, polite and efficient crew! From start to finish they took care to do exactly what we wanted and cared for our existing landscape like it was their own. The clean up at the end was above and beyond!!! Rafael even took time to put our solar garden lights back in, but we were the ones that removed them to prep the space.
The thing that struck me more than anything was how much they cared about their crew. It was over 110 degrees both days and they went out of their way to make sure the guys got extra breaks in the shade and even brought them a case of water so they stayed hydrated. We made sure they had plenty of cold drinks as well and every one of the guys personally thanked us. That doesn't seem like much, but these days hardworking polite professionals are becoming a rare breed. NOT with Rafael's crew! When we go to the next stage of landscaping we will be asking for him personally.

Great customer service and the manager (Dylan) is truly the very best! The service was out of this world and all the plants we got is out of this world. He helped us design our backyard. thanks Dylan!

Came in for a tree and ended up coming back to finish the whole yard! Houghton was very knowledgeable and helped us pick the best plants to complement our yard. Can’t wait to see the results once everything is planted!

An absolute 5 star experience from start to finish. We wanted some shade for our backyard so we went in and spoke to Alan. He was a huge help and extremely knowledgeable. Alan helped us pick out the the perfect tree for us and was very thorough in explaining everything we needed to know and answered all of my annoying questions.
Then Oscar and his crew did a phenomenal job in planting the tree. They were very efficient and paid careful attention to every small detail. They were very friendly and professional.
We are super happy with our new backyard and couldn’t be happier with the whole experience.

Fantastic service today helping us select multiple trees for our property. We didn't know much about the various trees but Houghton was really patient and spent the time to explain the pros and cons of each tree. Highly recommend speaking to Houghton if you visit.

They have been GREAT!!!!!! The guys that came out (2x now ... 2 different orders) have been SUPER friendly and VERY helpful! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend! We live in Littlefield, AZ so a little pricey for delivery but we'll worth it!

I just had a great experience with Christopher Sosa and his crew. They were here to install/plant a new tree. Our yard was bare, so having the "only" thing in the yard in the right place was a MUST! They were so helpful, gave me excellent feedback about where to place the tree and where it looked the best. Pleased to say the tree looks amazing and working with them was equally as amazing.

Incredible service! Always enjoy coming to Moon to look and buy plants. They provide great insight into all the plants we ask about, odd questions and are considerate of our concerns (poisonous plants to pets!)

This place is a great place to buy trees, shrubs or just take a stroll thru. They have a great variety. The amount of citrus trees was impressive!

Wow! Just WoW. Called and got scheduled to see trees the next day. Our helper was David Geounds and took as on a golf cart to see our options. We ended up with 15 year old African Sumac and already planned date of installation.
Planting happened in 15 days ( we live 1 hour away from Vegas)
Plannting team did awesome job! Gave us full instruction on how to take care of the tree for successful growth.
We purchased this tree for our two donkeys, that needed shade this summer.
Ps. Although mature trees can get pricey, David was amazing on working payment plan for with with zero interest rate!

We had a great experience meeting the team 3 weeks ago on Feb 2. We spent considerable time, took pictures, shared our needs.
MUCH TO OUR SURPRISE AND DISAPPOINTMENT, we have been waiting ever since that day for an estimate. We do not deserve to be ghosted, and I don't believe its fair to us as potential customers to continue calling for an answer. We are not only terribly disappointed, we are shocked and frustrated. We thought we could trust Moon Valley.

I had a credit issue at Moon Valley Nursery, but manager Lance resolved everything quickly and professionally. I felt so relieved and confident to move forward with my purchase of a 15 gallon grapefruit tree and 28 inch pot. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service. Thank you.
