Unfortunately, I tried using them for basic yard clean-up a couple of times a month. The quote seemed too good to be true, and it appears it was. The initial service went fine. I even pre-paid for the first month. After a month of not hearing from anyone, I called and they came to perform 1 of the 2 services I pre-paid for. They haven't been back since. Numerous calls and txts, many promises of "be there tomorrow" and "running late, but we're coming today", but no one shows up. When I call the office, they're usually "in a meeting", and I'm told I'm rude for not understanding that things come up. I have no idea what came up, since no one bothered to alert me that they won't be able to make it. All I get are empty promises. Lesson learned.

UPDATE: According to the reply they left on my Yelp review, there have been "Hostile or abusive language when speaking to an Johnson's tree service employee. Threats of violence, foul language, and targeted insults were used in a few recent voicemail messages and phone calls." These are lies. Neither of their lines are set up for voicemail, so I couldn't have left one hostile or otherwise. There were no threats of violence, foul language or targeted insults. As for the refund, Eddie called me within minutes of this review being posted and offered the refund. Shortly after sending it, he then requested my honest review be taken down in multiple txts and phone calls. Thought about it, but since they want to fight honesty with lies and slander, this review will now be on every site I can find.

If you still want to work with this company, I recommend you to clarify the price (he gave the price verbally as $800, but claimed that he said $1800 to me after removing the tree). Also, discuss the details of the job because they may not do the whole job.

Carmelo, from Soto Tree Service, gave us a quote last November and when we called them to finally cut down the giant cottonwood tree this past June, Carmelo honored the November quote. It was by far the lowest quote and the tree was cut down quickly and neatly. I highly recommend Soto Tree Service and would do business with them again!

FAKE COMPANY!!! This company does not exist. The call is answered by Home Advisor but they don't tell you that. They gather your info and email and then spam you with a TON of emails and have a bunch of landscapers email and call you. It is very deceptive and not trustworthy!

I just completed a job with Captains Tree Service. The entire process from quote to permit to job completion was both seamless and fantastic! The team was professional, conscientious and super friendly. (They even let my dog say a quick hello!) The price point was also competitive. I highly recommend them and will absolutely use them for my future projects.

Thank you to Royal Tree Service. Had a couple of palm trees removed and had some synthetic turf added to my back yard. Got a quote and work was done very quickly. They took all the trash dirt and all the grass they removed. Third or fourth time I use them and would highly recommend them.

Royal Tree Service is an awesome tree removal service. We called on a Tuesday and they were there the following Thursday and finished on Friday. Excellent work!!! Professional and courteous gentlemen. We would recommend them to anyone.

I hired Royal Tree Service expecting a professional crew, but what I got was an absolute nightmare. The workers showed up and started smoking on my property while they worked, which felt incredibly unprofessional. Not only that, but they ended up damaging part of my yard and a small structure, and when I pointed it out, they acted like it wasn’t their problem.

When the job was “done,” they left behind a huge mess – branches, sawdust, and debris everywhere. I had to spend my own time and money to finish cleaning up what they should have taken care of in the first place.

I’ve never left a review like this before, but this experience was so bad I feel like I need to warn others. If you value your property and want a job done right, do not use Royal Tree Service.

I had a palo verde tree that was growing sideways and at risk of falling onto my neighbor’s car. I reached out to Royal for an online quote and received one within an hour. They arrived the very next day and removed the entire tree—root ball and all—in under an half an hour and sent payment instructions all before I even woke up! The price was fair, and they even cleaned up all the leaves and flowers, which was a pleasant surprise. I’d definitely use them again for any future tree services!

We're incredibly impressed with the tree removal service! They skillfully cut down two very tall eucalyptus trees, handling the job with evident expertise and safety. Not only was the work completed quickly, but they also did a thorough clean-up, leaving no trace behind. Excellent work from start to finish!

I found them via Yelp when I sent out a request for quotes through the app.

Douglas was quick to respond and was equally responsive throughout the work day.

They were able to squeeze me in the same week I reached out which was so great since I was up against a travel deadline.

They came in and took out a big tree in the back of the house and cut and shaped a very large tree in the front of our house then hauled everything away and did a final cleanup with their blower. His team including Glenda and Daniel were so friendly and we worked together to make sure everything met our expectations.

Stellar job and stellar team! We will be using them again in a few weeks to remove a final tree at the house after this positive first engagement with them

I found Green Man through ChipDrop, and their reviews were excellent.They did a great job pruning and trimming my tree as well with reasonable price. I really loved the idea of using the wood chips as mulch for the garden as a nice cycle of life instead of just throwing it away. Hopefully, I could get a batch of wood chip before spring. Thank you.

Remove three trees some roots were still left, but did a large majority of all 3 trees. I am providing before and after pictures.
