Lewis was very professional and scheduled my appointment right away. Daniel and his team came the very next morning. They worked and cleaned very fast. They even chopped down a dead tree in my uncle’s yard next door. Very polite and kind people. The price was a little high, but you get what you pay for. They have great service.

Luis his son and crew did a great job on removing my trees. They were next to house. They were fast and efficient.

Louis from A Cut Above Tree Service was trimming my neighbor’s trees so I asked him for an estimate to trim my trees. The estimate was fair, so Louis came back the next day and trimmed my trees using a boom with extension. He did an excellent job, and my trees look better than they have ever looked. Thank you Louis for the excellent job, and it was a pleasure talking with you. I will use your tree trimming again when it is time to trim my trees again.

Very satisfied with Claude's work and professionalism. I have a 60 ft or larger eucalyptus tree that was very overgrown and becoming a danger to my home. He had to do some major trimming and clean up. Our tree looks so beautiful now and we can sleep soundly on windy nights! Definitely recommend AAA tree trimming! Thanks again! 👍😁

I called to get an estimate for the removal of 4 Cyprus trees. I was shocked to be told the trees are not to far gone, that they could be saved! Most people wouldn’t talk someone out of paying for one of their services and give information about DIY treatments. The love of trees that is apparent with Claude, has given me hope and mine, now, may have a second chance.
If you have a question regarding your trees, give AAA a call, I could not be happy that I did!!!

When other tree companies were telling me there was a 3 to 5-week wait for tree service to be performed, Claude Langlois (AAA Professional Tree Service with 30 years of experience) was able to come out and take care of this job in less than one week from when I first contacted him. He also happened to have the best price overall, $300.00 total.

Claude and his employee arrived about one hour earlier than expected on 09/02/2020 (a good thing since I had another service call scheduled later that same day) and promptly got to work. While other tree service companies that I have used in the past have had to physically climb each of my Mexican palm trees, Claude came with a boom truck and quickly and efficiently trimmed both these palms, near the back wall on my corner lot with street access, doing a great job overall.

The large Canary palm required more hands-on work. but it too was whipped into shape, in particular removing all fronds protruding into my neighbor's property (roof, etc.).

Afterwards all debris was removed and I liked the overall job so much that I sent Claude on his way with a large package of Australian cookies, something that I do not do with every service provider.

I plan on calling Claude once again next year or for any other unanticipated tree service needs that may arise in the meantime. Perhaps you should consider using Claude and his tree service company too?

I've included a picture of the tree removed (before removal). There was no reason for an after-removal view, as the tree is gone and looks like it was never there before.

We're still new to the area as home owners. My husband made several calls to find a company to trim our 19 trees. My husband was so impressed with Claude that he decided, right then and there, we were going to utilize AAA Professional Tree Service not only for their tree service but for his knowledge! It is not often that a business meets or exceeds expectations, but Bernie and his team did that without a doubt. We hired them to remove and stump grind a huge 25' palm tree that was right outside our living room window, and was surrounded by an expensive cactus island. They got the tree down flawlessly and without any damage to our cactus. The area was left clean and level for grass to be put in...a perfect job. We will use them for any tree service need we ever have!

They showed up on time and finished way fastener than I expected.awesome workers and service.Very nice and respectful could ask for any better work,especially for the price.

I used them a year ago, and they did a good job removing our tree. This year, they sent a postcard reminder for tree services, so I reached out for a quote to trim some trees, and they emailed back requesting photos. I sent photos and even another email to ask for an update, and they never responded. Unfortunately, I will not use them again.

3 stars for palm trees. Negative 4 stars for woody trees. Palms look got and cleaned up. They tried to keep 2 sticks but told them min 9 and 3.

They destroyed my Ash tree. My ash has a disease. Every year we used another vendor to trim the dead out. Worked for 4 years now. These guys came in and have zero idea what they are doing. Not cutting at proper areas and creating die back. Wish I stayed with old vendor but tried to do a favor. Now I have to replace a full size tree. Palms, no issue, woody you need to RUN!

I used this company in the past and was satisfied. Not this time. I specifically asked them to trim and shape the crown of the tree for crown reduction. They trimmed only what they could reach with hand tools never using the bucket to address the top of the tree. The tree is taller than my home. When they announced they were done, I pointed out they hadn't reduced the crown. I also pointed out there were branches still encroaching on my home, extending over my neighbors property and extending over the sidewalk. Aren't these basic issues to address when tree trimming that the customer shouldn't need to point out? So now I'm not feeling confident they know what they are doing. The crew was three men. Only one of which acted like they could understand English. He told the other guys to get the bucket, they didn't. He asked them, "Do you understand?" They acted like they couldn't understand so I had to walk around the tree pointing and gesturing. The top branches of the tree were never taken care of. No longer feeling confident in this crew and seeing they couldn't communicate with each other, I gave up. I called the office and left a message asking for a call back. I never got one. I sent an email complaining and Raymond Gutierrez responding saying he drove by and took pictures and was of the opinion the tree was fine. He did admit that the crew did not see the shaping on the work order and offered a $40 price reduction. Half the job was done and he thinks $40 off is the proper resolution? Michelle then followed up with a passive aggressive, condescending and sarcastic email. She said she was sorry that I found it inconvenient to have to check the crew's work (I never said that). She said they can't put branches back on once they are removed. Really, I had no idea, Michelle. And then she told me the crew has been together for a long time and can communicate with each other and that Keith is just a joker and his humor is not to everyone's taste. So I'm supposed to find it funny that they pretended not to be able to communicate? I'm supposed to appreciate that clown show? After much back and forth, Raymond did offer to send this crew back to my home. Are you kidding, no way I'm letting this crew back on my property. How about a REAL reduction in the bill to reflect the fact the job wasn't completed properly? Oh, and next time you drive by once a complaint is filed, how about a knock on the door for a face to face discussion? Do not use this business!

These guys are awesome, I have a large backyard (1,500 sqr ft) and had new sod installed as well as a massive eucalyptus tree trimmed, they did an AMAAAAZING job on everything, the staff is very professional and the owner himself came out to quote me and is a very stand up guy, and is extremely reasonable on price, much cheaper then other tree trimmers have charged me. If theres anything I need in the foreseeable future I am definitely giving these guys a call.
