Called to book prepaid fall service on HVAC system. Receptionist extremely accommodating. Very quick and easy to work with. Knew exactly what I needed. Nice to work with knowledgeable companies.
Called for service late in the afternoon. Prompt arrival by early evening. Honest diagnosis of a loose wire connection. Tightened connections and tested all components. Very pleased!
BEWARE! They placed a Heating and Cooling unit in my Attic that’s unserviceable. I’d literally have to remove the ceiling to service the unit. When I contacted them, they quoted me well over $4000 just to remove the DEFECTIVE COIL UNIT THAT WAS UNDER WARRANTY!!!!! DONT USE THIS COMPANY - YOULL REGRET IT!!!
I would like to thank Larry, the service man who initially gave me a verbal quote to repair my AC unit. Larry initially quoted me $700.00 but after the installation, the company charged me $1300.00. Larry went to his bosses and explained about the orginal quote and the company is refunding me the difference. I was incredibly impressed with Larry, and company's character and integrity with honoring their orginal quote. Thank you.
