Guillen a/c came out and did a service on my AC unit and they were awesome. The rep from Guillen was through, very prompt and explained everything he was doing. He was never in a rush and took his time checking everything out. I would recommend these guys any day.

Tyler came and replaced our garbage disposal today. He was professional and very pleasant. Cleaned up after himself, so there was no mess for me when he left.

I called Guillen plumbing and they not only came out, but worked late till about six pm in order to finish my water heater replacement. I needed them to get it done for personal reasons and Miguel and Tyler accommodated by request. Thanks guys you are awesome 🤩.

Small job (dryer vent cleaning). Jose did a very thorough job and put everything back together well. This had been a snowbird condo for 20 years, and the vent had probably never been cleaned; removed a large pile of combustible lint.

Drip water line burst, multiple fittings failed at the same time sending a flood of city water across the property and into the street. After only 1 day in the new house, I expected more from a new house built by the 3rd largest homebuilder in the us.
On a Saturday, Guillen arrived within 10 minutes of my call, shutoff off the water main and had defective pipes replaced and water pressure restore in amazing time.

They installed a water softener for us and helped with our water heater. Super friendly and super nice. They also had great communication and were there when they said they would be. Would 100% recommend.

Derrick was excellent at explaining all that was involved in the HVAC tuneup, and the condition of our heat pumps and air handlers! He was also very knowledgeable on adding a mini split for our RV garage! I would highly recommend them!
