Thank you for your quick reponse and professional help. Enrique was knowledgeable and went right to assessing the problem. He was able to clear to clog and also run the camera through showing me the issue with the old pipes.

Responsive and professional company.The mini-split install was done with perfection as was the cleanup. It was nice that the technicians welcomed questions during the install without interrupting their flow of work. They were polite and very helpful which has not always been my experience with other tradesmen. On another call, Guillen sent Ivan to check our AC heat pump and he found that the unit had a bad fan motor. Ivan quickly replaced it and everything is working great as of September 26/2024. Great company with great techs and communication.

Just 2 Days after contacting Guillen regarding Installing my New Reem Hybrid water heater, 3 great guys were at my house and in less than 3 hours I was once again in HOT WATER!
Compare this to TLC, where I stopped by their office 3 days ago to ask about cost to purchase the same unit and/or the cost to install one------STILL WAITING FOR REPLY!

Great service so far friendly people and great prices. Had my new system installed today they were great on time and got the job done quickly and efficiently finished before I thought it would be and cleaned up. I would recommend this company to anyone

Enrique showed up early for the job. Great customer service and communication. The job was completed quickly with no issues. My only negative feedback were boot prints, left in the tube left after job completion. Happy with repair.

Oct 1st feels like the right anniversary date to finally write this review. A year ago, I hired Guillen Heating, Cooling and Plumbing to install an inline humidifier on my A/C system (they had previously installed my system and did a wonderful job).

This time? A nightmare. Instead of a functioning humidifier, I got a water leak. Not kidding. They admitted it was a miscommunication between the installers and plumbers over who was supposed to install the drain, but the result was a hole in my roof and a serious mess.

To their credit, they were always polite and cooperative. But the word that kept coming to mind over and over was “incompetent.” It took forever just to get the humidifier working, and the damage made everything worse.

And here’s why I’m finally writing this review a year later: it’s still not resolved. I’m still waiting for a proper air intake vent cover. Last month, a tech came out, but the vent was an inch too small. A 20x40" vent — about as standard as it gets. He promised I’d hear back within a week. Weeks later? Silence.

So here I am. Two stars — not one, because the staff really are friendly and they do seem to work hard. But nice isn’t enough when the work just doesn’t get done.
