Our hot water heater was leaking. We called Guillen after Next-door gave good reviews. They showed up promptly to give us an estimate and the install was completed the following week. The fellow that gave us the estimate answered all of our questions and concerns and the installer was timely and professional. This is a first class company. We had two techs out to do some work on our heating and replace a thermostat. They went above and beyond, answered all our questions and were just excellent, honest people! Will use again definately!

Guillen did a great job finding and fixing a leak in our main water line. They showed up within an hour of our call and had the job completed quickly. The communication was excellent and they sent us photos and videos of their work since we were out of town. We highly recommend Guillen and will definitely use them for all our future needs. Tyler was very kind in explaining what he was going to do and how it worked. He cleaned up after the installation and explained the water filtration system to me. He also told me that if I had any problems, I should call and they would come to check it out.

Enrique showed up early for the job. Great customer service and communication. The job was completed quickly with no issues. My only negative feedback were boot prints, left in the tube left after job completion. Happy with repair.

Guillen installed a gas line into my house for a propane tank to run my kitchen cooktop. They did a great job. The bid process took a while, but once that was resolved they hooked me up in no time. They even billed me for less than the bid as they didn’t end up needing as much time & material as originally bid. They were very professional too. Thanks Guillen!

Choosing a company to trust to work on your house can be stressful. I know it was for me! It’s my 1st house & 1st time something needed to be fixed. A friend recommended Guillen to me. Jose was wonderful. He showed me a picture of all the lint that had built up. Recommend how often I should get it cleaned. Very professional and courteous.

Our first contact was for a Hot Water Heater failure, where Enrique came late in the afternoon, identified the issue, gave us a detajled estimate to repair/replace and completed the replacement in short order from there.
Our next call was to ask someone to stop by and discuss possible turning up the thermostat and getting our water just a bit hotter. It was a simple and quick process, but completed in a professional way by Dylan...
