These guys were great, professional & personable and best of all VERY REASONABLE! BEWARE HOWEVER, THEY ARE NOT LOCATED ON CONDOR, GOOGLE REFUSES TO UPDATE THE ADDRESS, CORRECT ADDRESS IS 551 Duchess Lane!

The man was very easy to work with and is willing to help with anything! He agreed to come back if the issue is not fixed. Prices are good as well.

I had a leaking toilet. I called Justin, he estimated his arrival time as 1hr. He phoned when on his way. Repaired the leak in no time. Great service and a reasonable price.

Justin came from Drain Man Plumbing, for our water heater. Justin repaired hot water line that was leaking. Also replaced our water heater that was bad. Justin was was very professional & excellent customer service. Also was very reasonable with quotes & prices. My wife & I strongly recommend Drain Man Plumbing in Mesquite, NV.

The Drain Man sucks.

Justin is unreliable and dishonest. He failed to respond to over 2 dozen calls after taking pre-payment for work. I had no choice but to get the credit card company to reverse the charge. Justin then asked a friend of a friend to convince me to pay him despite his no-show, no-response. The nerve!

If you want to drain your wallet and faith in humanity, call The Drain Man. If not, use Guillen Heating, Cooling and Plumbing, they are awesome!

Called to book prepaid fall service on HVAC system. Receptionist extremely accommodating. Very quick and easy to work with. Knew exactly what I needed. Nice to work with knowledgeable companies.

Called for service late in the afternoon. Prompt arrival by early evening. Honest diagnosis of a loose wire connection. Tightened connections and tested all components. Very pleased!

BEWARE! They placed a Heating and Cooling unit in my Attic that’s unserviceable. I’d literally have to remove the ceiling to service the unit. When I contacted them, they quoted me well over $4000 just to remove the DEFECTIVE COIL UNIT THAT WAS UNDER WARRANTY!!!!!

DONT USE THIS COMPANY - YOULL REGRET IT!!!

I would like to thank Larry, the service man who initially gave me a verbal quote to repair my AC unit. Larry initially quoted me $700.00 but after the installation, the company charged me $1300.00. Larry went to his bosses and explained about the orginal quote and the company is refunding me the difference. I was incredibly impressed with Larry, and company's character and integrity with honoring their orginal quote. Thank you.

We have been clients of Silverado for several years having signed up for their annual maintenance plan. The twice annual service has always been completed timely and professionally. However, recently our a/c stopped working on a very hot Sunday. We called Silverado expecting to leave a voicemail. We were pleasantly surprised to talk to an actual person! In a word the experience was exceptional. A great technician named Saul arrived at our house two hours after our initial call. He quickly diagnosed the problem, went to get the needed replacement part and had our a/c back on in no time. In addition to great service, we received a discount on the part and service call since we were on the ongoing service plan.
In this day and age this type of service is unheard of-kudos to Saul and Silverado for going the extra mile.

At this point in the process, I'm giving Silverado Mechanical a 2 star for the complete lack of communication at every level, once I signed the contract to complete my job. Once my contract was signed, they were two + weeks late on their promised install date, they don't return phone calls or emails to provide status updates, and even sent the final invoice to be paid right way, before the work was even completed. How do I pay the final invoice, when they can't even return calls or emails and for work isn't completed. You'd think with project managers and foreman that they'd have enough time to keep track of jobs but maybe they're overworked. I rarely if ever write negative reviews, but this one couldn't be ignored. Save yourself some aggravation and look elsewhere.
