Nothing but 5 stars for WFM, very professional and very well organized. Specifically Rigo is the one that took care of us. Just going above and beyond making sure everything is very well taken care. I would 1000% recommend.

Our plumber recommended WFM, called last night and out first thing this morning. The lady that called so nice and pleasant. She advised that the tech would contact me when he was enroute, sometimes I feel that is hard to believe. Well, I was proven wrong this time. Jonatan M advised me of his eta, and not only that but was patience and informative. Very easy to talk to and did not make me feel as another appt. I hope I never have this issue again, but just in case WFM and Jonatan will be my go-to and my #1 recommendation!

Update: Miguel and his team finished the remediation of the damage and communicated with our Insurance Claim Adjuster to help ensure our claim would be covered. Miguel was there every step of the way and always kept himself available for a phone call. The team sealed off the workspace very well, so we didn't get additional debris in unaffected areas. My brother who's a Licensed Electrician for 30+ years came by and complimented on how good of a job the team had done. Being a new homeowner, Miguel and his team made us very comfortable in choosing WFM Restoration for this service. I would recommend WFM Restoration to anyone who encounters a water leak in their home.

Luis came over within an hour to assess the water damage. He explained well about what insurance would cover and what it wouldn’t cover. He even demonstrated the cases that get covered and don’t get covered. He made us feel comfortable in his assessment. We look forward to having their team come next week to begin the work.

when it come to great customer service Rigo is the man. He is a very nice young man this is the second time that he assists me with a water damage problem in my home. They did great work the first time and I know they won’t disappoint me

It's been a pleasure working with Rigo H. He took his time to explain the process step by step. Giving us peace of mind that the job would get done properly. He came to our home regarding a leak in my bedroom, once there i brought up another water issue that we had in the past. And now also in the process of getting that fixed as well. He's been very helpful and always ready to answer any questions I may have. Hope to not have any other issues in my home. But if I do, I know who to call knowing the great costumers service they have provided.

Jonathan Miranda was absolutely fantastic. Noticed some water in front of our dishwasher, Jonathan came out on a Saturday within 15 minutes of us calling. Jonathan was very impressive the way he took control of the situation and made my wife feel better. Jonathan called and filed a claim with our insurance company. Jonathan handled everything from start to finish in a very professional and thorough manner. I would definitely recommend Jonathan and WFM Restoration for any water damages. WFM Restoration LLC responded quickly in sending Mark to inspect or house for water damage coming down from master bathroom into kitchen ceiling area. Mark did an excellent job with inspection and going over the damages and readings from tools used. Also, stood by us whilr on call with insurance company to ensure claim submitted promptly and correctly. Then, Johnathan came to go over the process and timeline for repairs and everything was clear to understand which assured me was in the best profesional help one can get. This whole experience with WFM has relieved me of my anxiety and fears of dealing with water damage in our home, the last thing we needed after a turbulent 2025 year, but calling WFM was the best decision I made, glad they got my back!

Discovered a roof leak in our new home that flooded our primary bedroom. Call WFM and Rigo answered our call late on a Saturday night. He was able to get a crew out the following morning to tarp the area and prevent further damage.

The crew that showed up to do the dry out process was effective quick and extremely thorough the quality and care that they took while at my home was extremely appreciated.

On Christmas Eve we found water leaking through the roof again and called Rigo immediately. Despite having extremely limited availability due to the rainy season, he was able to get a crew out here within an hour. They took extensive photos and were able to apply new tarp to cover the old leak that had been exposed while we’re waiting for the roof to be repaired. Rigo is amazing when it comes to customer service and Diego did a great job covering the area.

Rigo and Jonatan were very kind and helpful. They explained everything very thoroughly and answered all my questions.

Victor and team came out to check and handle all of the maintenance. It took 3 days of air to dry out the ceiling! Everything was very well done and super professional. They did leave a bit of tape stapled to the ceiling that was an adventure to try and get off but that’s more funny than anything, you should have seen the amount of construction these guys did on my kitchen. Everything went great and so far we are just waiting on insurance which WFM has said they handle.

Vinnie and his crew have completed several projects in our home and garage. Fair pricing, excellent work ethic and great results. Would definitely recommend them.

Vincent and D2V remodeling helped me as quick as I called him. There was a pipe that busted in my attic, made a mess the ceiling came down. And the homeowner insurance payed for material and said I was responsible for fixing it myself. So we called D2V remodeling services and Vincent had it fixed on a Saturday and only took him a couple hours. And the cost didn't break the bank. Super pleased with his service.
My daughter used his services when she bought a home. And he did everything from move a room to building closets laying carpet to painting walls. Amazing job.

We are so thankful for the amazing work that was done on our home. Before moving into the house we had just purchased, we needed quite a bit of remodeling and were honestly overwhelmed with where to start, especially with having a 6 month old baby. From the very beginning, Vinnie and his team were dependable, hardworking, and truly cared about helping us get everything done the right way.

They handled demolition, created extra space, helped guide us through the right resources for carpeting, and completed bigger structural projects like widening the wall opening, raising the height of it, and adding a support beam to completely transform the space.
