I saw water on my kitchen counter but thought it was from a leaking plastic cup. Boy was I wrong. My shower upstairs apparently decided to send water down my wall to the ceiling below. And drip, DRIP, DRIP. I had heard of WFM Restoration from a friend and gave them a call. They came out quickly, evaluated the issue and took pics and used very professional equipment I had never seen before. It was like they were able to look thru my walls with their equipment and show me exactly when the water had ​​gone. Because of their expert employee Nate, I am now able to move forward in fixing this. I highly recommend this company, and Nate, if you want professional results to make a bad situation easier to handle.

SCAMMERS! The technician that we were sent had NO CLUE what he was doing. He took over an hour to START the process of documentation.....literally sucked the life out of my husband and I. We will NOT be using this company ever.

Jonathan is very informative and professional. He arrived at our house super quickly. He made a stressful situation, very less stressful and doable. I highly recommend him for your restorative needs.

This restoration company needs more experience with their job and how to communicate and deal with their clients. I had a water damage emergency and they were referred by precision plumbing. Nice Dominic came, assured you with your home insurance coverage, did inspections and so prompt to answer questions. But after I signed the emergency work contract, he was a ghost nowhere to find and never answer your call or messages. He turned you over and never look back. 2 stars(not one) for other “nice” guys trying to save good communication and understanding but still money or business matters above all for him than satisfying a disappointed customer. You will be left broke and doubted their work. My first water damage ever and now I find that there are better restoration companies in town. I already have one in mind in the future for me and my relatives.

I had a leak in the ceiling above my kitchen that had spread and caused pretty bad situation. I got in contact with WFM and they sent out Rigo. I’m very pleased with the service and customer care that was provided, and I would happily recommend anyone who may unfortunately find themselves in a similar situation.

Rigo and the team have been awesome to work with! Rigo answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns during the entire inspection process. Thanks Rigo!

Great company to work with. Started and finished the process way faster than expected. They were very thorough and communicative through the whole experience. My favorite part is how easily I felt I could contact them and how well they communicated updates on the project or when people would be coming to and from the house. Thank you WFM!

Nate came out and got everything started and I just want to say I cannot believe how awesome this employee is!! Not only is he friendly but very polite and professional!! I think he deserves a raise and more!! He is very good at explaining the process and making sure we understand what’s going on. Also he let me know exactly when he was going to arrive, which is great because I have a small child who could have been a sleep. Great job Nate!!!

***Update****
Well today was the first day of demo, the 3 workers who showed up were extremely helpful!! They packed our whole kitchen up and made sure to ask if we needed anything left out. Of course I couldn't think of anything but when I did and needed to find said items the crew was on it, they insisted they recover it which they pretty much knew where the items were that I needed... they worked extremely hard today and went above and beyond expectations!!! They let me know everything through the whole process they had to move furniture around and asked me to make sure where they were moving it was fine. Considering the state my living room is in they made sure I still have access to everything I need access to. Well done I'm still in awe of the helpful, friendly, and hardworking staff that works at this company!!!

We wanted to personally thank Rigo from WFM Restoration for coming to our home to assist us with a water line issue. Rigo was very informative of the problem that we encountered and was very professional and friendly. we highly recommend that you ask for Rigo from WFM Restoration for all your needs when it comes to your home!!

Had a tub/shower flood into the wall space behind the spout and my dining room ceiling was falling to the floor...! Called the plumber and he recommended WFM for mitigation. Raul, Anthony, all the guys who worked on the clean up and demolition where great!
It was truly a very stressful process with homeowners insurance, but at least the people at WFM were responsive when needed and Maria in the office was exceptionally kind and helpful.
When our claim was closed they were so helpful in working out a payment plan, and when we had the claim re-opened, again so accommodating... she helped us with our very high deductible and let us know that she/they understood and could work with us.
You can not imagine how nice it was to have a voice of support and understanding in such a stressful time. We had never had a homeowners claim in our 4 homes... and what a learning experience.
I HIGHLY recommend WFM Restoration.

Discovering a water stain on my kitchen ceiling was devastating. Within hours, Moises from WFM Restoration came out to assess the situation. He was thorough and went into great detail of what the reparation process would entail. Not only knowledgeable, he patiently addressed all of my questions and concerns, putting my mind at ease. He then set up an appointment for the demo techs to come early the next morning. Jonathan and Roberto arrived exactly on time. They were so respectful of both me and my home. Steps were taken above and beyond to protect the floor, cabinets, any breakable items, etc. They worked nonstop, taking no breaks, until their job was done. It's a shame all companies don't exhibit the same work ethic that WFM employees display. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. If in the future a similar situation arises, hopefully not, my first and only call would be to WFM. Couldn't be more pleased!

Jonathan and Rigo came out to my property we had a major leak coming from a supply line it was running for a while caused a lot of damages we are some thankful we called WFM and they were quick and responsive. I highly recommend them.

I had a leak in my ceiling. My plumber called them to come out and they were there in less than 30 minutes. Dominic M was so knowledgeable and walked me through everything step by step. He also got a team to come back to my house to start the whole process the same day so I didn't have to miss any work. Highly recommend!

Jonathan Miranda was the man!!!! He came out within an hour and diagnosed the problem, helped me navigate the mess that is homeowners insurance and set me up with next steps. He explained exactly what happened, why it happened, and best course of action to remediate. Scheduled the work to start as soon as possible and let me know when it would be finished. Can not recommend WFM but specifically Jonathan Miranda enough.

Today we had a technician named Jonathan come out, and he was absolutely amazing. He was friendly, professional, very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. We felt completely comfortable with him and truly appreciate the excellent service. While we’re still waiting to see how everything works out with our insurance claim, I can confidently say that I’m very impressed so far and would highly recommend this company.

We had a leak in our laundry room and it turned into a mess fast. WMF Water Restoration showed up the same day and honestly took a lot of stress off us. They explained what they were doing and kept everything really clean while they worked. House is dry now and no smell. Really appreciate their help.

I thought I had a leak from the corner of a shower stall. I called the plumbers who then contact WFM for a leak detection and possible remedy. Very soon (within the hour) Rigo from WFM came and checked everything out with his infrared camera and was able to correctly assess everything. Rigo is awesome and he put my mind at ease and answered all of my questions. He was patient and professional. Totally recommend Rigo and WFM for any restoration

I noticed water stains on our ceiling and found water leaking under our upstairs bathroom sink. We called WFM Restoration and Jonathan M. got to our house within the hour on New Year’s Day. He was extremely thorough. He walked us through the process and even helped us file a claim with our homeowner’s insurance. He answered all of our questions and made a very stressful situation much easier.
