Ura & Sam freaking ROCK. - Took care of our emergency first thing. Used some really clever methods to bleed the valves because the mains leaked. They are both fun-loving, organized, answered all the questions I had. (Bonus! Have Sam write the invoice because he has really nice handwriting! lol)

Kaydin was my project manager. He handled everything for me. My floors, kitchen cabinets, countertops, painting, plumbing, carpeting. He's a great communicator understood, explained, and made sure all the things I asked for were done. A perfectionist and he always did exactly what he said he would do.

Excellent service. Edwin found a leak that was missed by everyone else. Fixed the same day. Completed job efficiently and professionally.

After some really stressful water damage our entire bathroom was gutted, Casey and his team absolutely defied expectations by restoring a dream bathroom. From the plumbers and electricians to the painters and everyone in between every person was knowledgeable and went above and beyond, seemingly making the impossible possible on multiple occasions. I’m a really particular person and they were super helpful with every detail, answered all my questions thoroughly, and made me feel confident in the direction we were going. They are seriously wonderful, talented, and some of the nicest people you’ll ever meet. I cannot express my gratefulness enough.

The guys were great. They were very professional. I was pleased with all three of them, Alfred, Noel, and Marco. They even showed me a picture of the work they did and said if there’s any problem give them a call and they will come back.

Joe and his team took care of everything we needed from start to finish. We had some extra things we wanted to do while our bathroom and kitchen were torn down, new countertops and a new custom shower, and the team really made our ideas come to life. We were treated like family and everything went smoothly. Would recommend and would use them again.

The Mitigation Team were two guys that came to my home to appreciate you guys. addressed the mold issue from water damage. They worked for 3 days and were very professional.

Thistle DKI just completed some interior garage work for us after a leak, and our experience was a 10/10. Ed was my project manager and he was great, the crew did a flawless job with the repairs too. You can’t even tell there was damage.
The real star of the experience for me personally was Amara. Every time I called (too many times lol) she was incredibly helpful, kind, efficient, and just made a super stressful experience so much easier! She’s exactly the type of person anyone would want to speak with at any company. So friendly, understanding and kind. Thank you to Ed, the crew, and Amara! Wonderful experience!!

I cannot say enough good things about these guys. We had extensive water damage in an upstairs bathroom, behind the shower walls and under the floor tiles. These guys came on and handled the demo and mold remediation, and two of their plumbers came out to put caps on the leaking pipes until the remodel happens. They were so efficient and did an incredible job. They got it done in 2 days and it passed inspection on the 3rd day. Everything was taped off perfectly. We had a fantastic experience with these guys. Highly recommend!!

This is coming from a Marine Corps Veteran. Experienced a major water issue and thankfully USAA sent out THISTLE DKI to take care of the mitigation issue/repair. The mitigation team consisting of Alfred, Joshua, Alex A. did an exceptional job with educating me on the work that would be conducted and also answered any questions or concerns I had due to the nature of the water damage. They were extremely professional and very efficient when conducting the mitigation. As a result when the inspection took place the inspector gave high praise of their work and gave a passing score of 0. If you have any major water damage,/repairs needed, THISTLE DKI is the go to company.
