These guys do amazing work. We've had to call on them twice to do restoration after water damage. Very clean work, can't even tell that there was prior damage to walls and ceilings after water damage.

Some areas in my house were flooded with water, and I was desperate! But the guys from LFP came and fixed everything.The best part is that they worked with my insurance, and I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket. They are all very professional, and I highly recommend their business!

I wasn't able to complete the work I contacted LFP for, but the service provided by LFP and Jasmine were amazing. Very helpful and willing to explain things that other companies would scoff at you for asking.

1 star because I cannot put zero or negative stars. I would like to personally talk to anyone giving this company 5 stars. From the beginning to the end, it was a total nightmare. Literally, I have PTSD from my doorbell ringing early in the morning, waking me up after my 12 hour night shift. With no respect for the client or common business etiquette, they scheduled themselves without ANY communication and just showed up. EVERY single time they came to my house (which was honestly more than 19 times) they would show up, look around and leave to get materials. For HOURS. Sometimes they didn’t come back or even call. Often times they said they would be back and never returned, leaving me waiting, wasting MY time and money, until I called them!! After months of asking if they could actually see if I’m available BEFORE they want to show up, I was met with sighs saying they would have to reschedule. How can they reschedule something if they never scheduled it with the client!!! They left demolished pieces everywhere around my house and in the most inconvenient places. They took no precaution to not damage my home more. No foot protection was worn during a DEMO and REMODEL! The lack of communication of this company has left me speechless. I do not understand how they are still in business. I’ve heard of horror stories of contractors but I never thought I’d live it! The project was for quoted 10 days. It took over 6 MONTHS. The employees have no knowledge of what they are doing when they come to the site, often asking ME why they were there!! Workers complained about the company. Telling me how things don’t get done right because they have 55 jobs right now. The most unprofessional thing I experienced was interacting with Maggie. In all my years of customer service and management, I’ve NEVER encountered such a rude, disrespectful person working for a business. After an incident, she was asked not to return to my house. This child disguised in a women’s body had the nerve and unprofessionalism to show up again. Most of the employees were friendly but that does not make up for every other single aspect of this company being terrible. No communication between employees or clients in a job that has moving parts is just unacceptable. Having a leak in your house is a traumatic event. LFP has made this event catastrophically worse!

Water heater gave out & water got into the house. Huge hole between garage & house had to be cut. LFP worked with our insurance and (much quicker than I expected) came out & repaired the walls in garage & in interior hallway, looks like nothing ever happened! Talking to them either over the phone or in person was always professional & productive. I will recommend LFP to others!

LFP has taken care of three water remediation and subsequent repairs on unfortunately three water experiences in the last couple of years. they get there fast, have a craftsman for everything and get the job done. on two of my floods specific craftsman were needed for some out of the ordinary situations and if they didn't have one of their own people experienced in that trade, they found one. extremely happy with their services

This company was referred to take care of an insurance claim. They took the job to restore the property. They switched managers throughout project, had little foresight of what materials would be needed. Did not trust them any further after they tore out tile in bath/shower that they just installed. I specifically told them not to tear out tile and they did it anyway. No respect for the job or owners of property. Their "plumbers" apparently are not plumbers. After over 12 weeks the job is incomplete. Was supposed to be a two to three week job. They want there money and threaten lien but cannot organize themselves to know what they are doing!
Why put up tile to tear it down? Should have foresight as to what work was needed beforehand. Nightmares are what I am dealing with, hardly a restoration company.

First off, shout out to Jasmin and Edwin, both have been great to work with. Overall the process and communication need work and that's the missing 2 stars.

Bathroom needed to be gutted and restored after water damage. This was new to me so I needed a lot of help and guidance. Unfortunately, things have taken a very long time and I feel like a lot was done out of order causing me to have to make decisions that I wasn't prepared for.

At the end of the day, restoring to what it was before was not an option so things had to change. That's fine, but it would have been incredibly useful to have some sort of planning phase to pick the colors and what not all together. Instead I had to pick one part at a time which seemed strange.

At one point the bathroom got repainted but I didn't know what vanity or mirror or faucet/sink/counter that I was getting so it was very difficult to pick what I wanted. Therefore I didn't pick and the old color got painted. Problem is, it didnt match anything that was being put in so I had to pay for it to be repainted the color that matched.

Ill take the hit on that one cause like I said, this was new to me and picking that sort of stuff is not my thing, thats why it would have been much easier for someone like me to kinda pick everything at the start and go from there.

There are a handful of small issues with paint, scratches, etc but I'm confident they will fix them before the job is done.

My experience with LFP was very good.Freddy helped me to get my repairs approved with the insurance,they did all the demolition removing the walls and flooring that got wet.Then Maggie ,the supervisor was very communicative during the whole reconstruction process,the workers were very clean,worked long hours and did a great job putting my house back together. I will hire this company for any future repairs.

70's home with a flat roof ,Toa and Diego and crew did a great job ! Couldn't ask for more on this T.P.O. roof . The value and quality was outstanding ,Toa and Diego answered my many questions and put me at ease ,and I'm happy with my T.P.O. choice with no upkeep required

Miguel and his crew repaired water damage from a water heater,new drywall and painted. On time, at a reasonable cost and easy to work with. Amazingly responsive to follow-up calls.

Keoni and his team were top notch and always very professional throughout the project. A special acknowledgment and shout out to Alex as his workmanship and diligence to finish his piece of the rebuild exceeded all expectations. Thanks again, Keoni, for making a difficult time as pleasurable as possible.
