Thank you Desert Valley Contracting. My wife and I suffered a disaster in our home on June 3rd. We contacted several contractors for some help .
Desert Valley were the fastest and by far the most professional. Everyone starting from the front office with Ashley to the people in our home doing the repairs. A special thanks goes out to Rudy who oversaw the entire project and to Mauriceo and his fellow workers. This is what a great company is suppose to be. I cannot begin to express our appreciation for Desert Valley and the people of this fine company. My home now is not only as good as new. Its BETTER! Thank you, thank you, thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.

We underwent a full bathroom remodel with extensive plumbing and electrical work. Custom glass doors and shower.

My project manager was Dean and was fantastic to work with. He listened to what I wanted and made it happen.

Construction can be very stressful but if you understand going in that there may be problems and you have a good project manager, everything can be resolved. While I may have had to make changes, these were never at the detriment of the project. My cost came in just a little over budget, but not by much.

Bottom line, loved the work and will be a repeat customer.

This work was carried out during the COVID crisis. The team was extremely cognizant of the safety protocols.

Desert Valley handled the rebuilding portion of the flooding repairs. They were a great company to work with. Teresa, Rudy, Rene, and others did great work. They were flexible with scheduling and they did meticulous work from start to finish. They also worked with my insurance company. I would work with them again.

Desert Valley and their entire team did an amazing job renovating our entire house! We talked to five different companies before deciding on Desert Valley. It took them 58 days to make our home brand new! They were all so considerate, patient and helpful, especially Renee & Rudy!! There is not one bad thing I can say about our experience!!

Desert Valley Contracting was awesome! Anytime I had a question, they were always quick to answer with every specific detail to the work needed to be done. My kitchen was repaired and done so professionally, quickly, and with care! My family and I love the way the kitchen turned out! I highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to fix up any part if their home.

The absolute professionals.When it came time to move things into my hobby room,they took great care to be careful and neat.They were organized and very systematic.They got right to business.They covered things up they were not messy.These guys top-notch.Yesterday was a difficult day for the family because Capone our 100lb mastiff who had thyroid cancer was passing.Your gentlemen were very respectful and showed humility toward our baby.And they took time out to pat him on the noggin.Great guys.Today they knocked it out cleaned up vacuumed and did not leave a crumb.They are welcomed back here anytime.Again they were so cool to Capone I can't thank you enough.5 Stars 100 out of 100.We gave never been disappointed when you folks show up.And when juan said he would knock this thing out for us he wasn't kidding.Goid job guys!!!!!

The workers are great but the rest of the company not so much. Overbilled my insurance company by at least $2000 for a $500 patch and paint job. Getting them to revise their quote so that I can close the claim with my insurance and pay out of pocket has been impossible. Needless to say, I’ve notified my insurance of the fraudulent overcharge and will also be filing a complaint with why NV Contractors board.

I’m extremely satisfied with the work provided by this contracting company. They were punctual, courteous, and maintained excellent communication throughout the entire project. The craftsmanship and attention to detail exceeded my expectations. The job was completed on schedule and within budget. I would definitely hire them again.

I would not recommend Desert Valley Contracting. My experience with this company has been frustrating and disappointing from the start. Our insurance company assigned them to our claim in 2020. By 2022, the granite countertop they installed was already separating. When they came out to “repair” it, they simply glued it back together—a temporary fix that lasted only three years. Now, in 2025, the same issue has returned, clearly showing the repair was never done properly.

Customer service has been extremely poor. While the office can be reached, every interaction has been met with excuses and unhelpful responses. When I spoke with Diana Guido, she stated they would only send someone if a contractor “happens to be in my area,” which is completely unacceptable. Repairs should be properly scheduled—not dependent on whether it’s convenient for them to be in my part of town.

Rachelle Ellison was rude and unhelpful, claiming I had received a refund in 2022 (which I never did) and using that as a reason to deny service. Even after I clarified the situation, she dismissed my concerns and stated that no one would be coming out that week due to the holiday, showing no urgency to resolve the issue.

The most unprofessional interaction by far has been with Eyker Millan. Her email communication has been consistently rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. Instead of assisting with a warranty-covered repair, she has made the process difficult. Despite this being under warranty, her communication has only delayed progress rather than facilitated a resolution. I have escalated this issue to Contract Connections.

Overall, Desert Valley Contracting has proven unreliable, unprofessional, and difficult to work with. The same issue from 2022 has returned due to an inadequate repair. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

I hired Desert Valley Contracting after having water damage in part of my home that affected my flooring and baseboards. From the beginning, they were very responsive and came out quickly to inspect the damage. They explained what needed to be done, what the timeline would look like, and answered all my questions without making me feel rushed.

The crew showed up when they said they would and kept the work area clean and organized throughout the project. They removed the damaged materials, dried everything properly, and then completed the repairs. The new flooring and trim matched the rest of my house really well, which I was worried about at first, but they did a great job blending everything.

What I appreciated most was the communication. They kept me updated during each phase and made the whole process a lot less stressful than I expected. The project was completed on time and the quality of work turned out great. I would definitely recommend Desert Valley Contracting to anyone needing restoration or repair work.

They have done extensive work for us. They did excellent work and always cleaned up everyday. Proud of them for their hard work and dedication. Never left any mess for our neighbors/neighborhood.

4 months later the bad work done by KCG was finally redone correctly and the code violation they added removed. All it took was a formal complaint and many hours of my time.

I hope that KCG does better with future customers. No one should have to through all that I did just to get decent work from a licensed contractor.

What a great company do you do business with. God driven and customer service quality is a must for them. I would recommend it to anyone to do business with k&g construction.
