The team over at Sandfox Roofing. Did an extraordinary job on my roof letting me know when they were about to arrive on-site being careful with my shrubbery. And my landscaping also cleaning up made sure that no small pieces of roof were left behind Zachary, The sales manager was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. They made the whole process smooth as possible. I would highly recommend this team for doing your roof.

Save yourself AAALL the hassle of multiple estimates and call Sandfox first. They’re so amazing @ what they do & can be half of some of the other companies bids. Zach did all the legwork to get this approved by my homeowners insurance.

Zach was absolutely fabulous, I called with a roof repair request. He showed up promptly exactly when he said he would be there inspected my roof told me what was needed and took pictures of everything. He fixed some loose tiles and then showed me I had a few broken ones, he took the broken ones so he could match the color when he replaced them. He guaranteed his work. What I appreciated the very most was his honesty.

Paid $150 for an estimate which already is crazy considering most do it for free. When I got the estimate back I was amazed $2,200 to replace 2 pieces of wood. I got the work done with someone else for $300 and it took him 2 hours. Im not sure if they charge $1000 per hour or if they were planning on using gold instead of wood, what ever the reason if you use these guys get a second estimate before you start any work

Worked with DVC and Nick, General Contractor. Had a leak under the sink that turned extremely bad and needed a complete remediation/restoration. Entire kitchen island was down to studs. Working with homeowners insurance was a pain, but Nick was able to help out and we got our kitchen back and looking better than the original. Was recommended DVC and glad I was. Highly recommended!

My mom (no gmail account) recently used DVC and was very impressed with the quality of work. Everyone went above and beyond in their professionalism. Everyone in the office and the field was respectful, kind, accommodating, careful and courteous while working in her home. Diane Efthimiou wanted to give a special "thanks" to everyone that helped on her home. After she had a flood, her floors and kitchen had to be completely remodeled. DVC did a wonderful job and she would recommend them in the future to anyone doing a remodel !

I called and ask if they can do an estimate for my bathroom renovation. They said they charge $275 just to come out. They won't even accept pictures for them to get an idea. Then if you decide to hire them, that $275 cannot be applied to the total invoice. Poor customer service. They should come up with a better way to give people an estimate, at least accept photos or videos sent to them.

Nick Johnson was prompt and professional thru the entire restoration process. He was available to us and our Insurance Adjuster to answer any questions. The office staff was extremely helpful . The work was completed timely. Our home looked like the water damage never happened. Thank you for a great experience.

Thank you Desert Valley Contracting. This company is great I love the work they did in my home after water damage. After working with this company I would recommend anytime. They are extremely detailed oriented and high quality workers.

Worsts Company They said they would be done in four weeks. They were done. Two months later I was out of my house, had to live in a hotel. Worst company ever do not recommend them and then after they were done, they added extra charges and was going to put a lien on my house for $700 I was in the hospital fighting for my life and this is what they do. I would highly not recommend them for a company unless you plan on one in the work done in six months instead of a two week also things were missing out of

My mother's unit flooded a few months ago, The entire ceiling, and floors were about a inch plus of water. Desert Valley contracting moved everything out of the way to assure there was no damage to the furniture, they put it all back together and you can not even tell it was damaged. My mom is extremely happy.

We had a huge mold removal and rebuild of a bedroom and bathroom. Rene and his team were the best. I definitely recommend this company. I give them a 20 out of 10.

I had such a great job done with Desert Valley Contracter. They did a very professional job putting my bathroom and garage back together after my water pump exploded. They provided the mitigation team and everything just went so smoothly.... I would definitely use them again if anything like that happens or I just need a remodel 🥰

When my water heater ruptured I called 3 places. The Desert Valley Contracting (DVC) team was the only one that had the professionalism to get me in touch with field works right away. In fact I still have not heard back from the other 2 places. DVC had people to mitigate my water damage, conduct the needed repairs, and worked with my insurance company to submit work orders on my behave. It did take a little bit of time from start to finish. I would recommend when mitigation starts schedule the repair consult right away. Something that was my fault. They left the garage and room closet like nothing ever happened. Hopefully I won't have to call them in the future but I know they are there if I need them.

Desert Valley contracting is a great company! They were thorough and professional, kept me in the loop the entire time making a very stressful time not so stressful. Definitely call them for all your contracting needs.

Our insurance company referred Desert Vakkey Contracting to us so we went with them. Ultimately satisfied with the end product. Only reason why we gave them a 4 star is it took a while to schedule an appointment.

I had a damaged second floor bathroom including the living room ceiling directly below it due to a water leak. I contacted several contractors to give me an estimate. Three of the ones I contacted were terrible; they couldn't even give me a break down of the costs involved. Knowing the cost will be paid by my insurance, seems they were counting on getting big money. Finally, I contacted Desert Valley Contracting; very professional company from Miguel who worked on the estimate to the contraction staff to the office personnel, I couldn't be happier. I am very happy with the whole experience, especially, during this COVID19 induced challenging times!

I love these guys. First they showed up for an estimate when they said they would and called beforehand to confirm. Then they actually emailed me the estimate later that day when they said they would.

When it came time to do the work they showed up, taped off everything in the room, and did the work fast and beautifully. They were repairing an area in the ceiling that had a leak and the ceiling in that room is textured. You can't even see where the leak was anymore. They matched the texture perfectly! And they cleaned up after themselves. I think the room was cleaner after than when they arrived.

Desert Valley is super professional and I will totally be hiring them again.
