An almost catastrophe from water! We had a VERY positive experience with Ultimate Choice from beginning to end. We are seasonal residents in a two story condo community in LV. In early January, we were at our home on the east coast when our condo association manager contacted us to say that there was a “significant” water issue in our unit. It was first noticed by the adjoining neighbor as water was seeping under the adjoining wall. When our manager arrived and arranged entry into our unit, there was almost 2” of standing water on our tile floor. Water was cascading out of our heat exchanger in the attic. Within a few hours, UCR was on the scene with many commercial dehumidifiers and fans to begin the drying process. When we arrived the following morning, we met Steve Feris, UCR President, who clearly had ULTIMATE experience. His team had moved and/or covered our furnishings and cut out and removed large sections of drywall and insulation. Steve thoroughly explained his mitigation strategy to circulate hot air under floors and through the ceilings. It was effective and efficient, with the least amount of drywall removal, which would save us money on the rebuild.
The rebuild was conducted during our absence. When we ultimately returned, we were amazed at how flawless the work was completed. We can’t see the drywall seams. The rough-coat finishes and the paint on the walls and ceilings blended and matched perfectly.
During the entire process, Steve and Ashleigh were responsive to emails and phone calls. Highly recommended.

My HOA sent this company and right off the bat dealing with Shelly in the office made the whole ordeal go smoothly. The first crew was Geronimo's' crew and they all came ready to work and they did. They found the major leak caused by the upstairs unit and fixed it promptly. For the rebuild they sent Joseph and Christian and on the 2nd day they called them away 😔and sent someone who showed up but just didn't care like the others. He assumed and didn't ask. Steve the owner is great and listens and understands. He sent Joseph to fix the mess ups and Joseph is the right guy and he can fix anything. I'm still finding things Jeff did badly but I will just live with them. I would totally recommend this company but just speak up immediately if you don't like something. Thanks UCR for putting up with me.😉

Unfortunately, our experience with this restoration company has been extremely disappointing.

From the beginning, there was a lack of clear direction, communication, and follow-up. We were left unsure of what work was being done, what to expect next, and received little guidance throughout the process.

Most concerning was that an individual who is not directly employed by the company was sent to our home to perform work, especially concerning given that we had given this company permission to enter the property while we were at were but then they sent an “independent contractor”. This alone was unsettling. During that visit, he entered our master bedroom multiple times with no explanation or reason, and when questions were asked, he avoided answering by repeatedly walking away downstairs. This behavior felt unprofessional and uncomfortable.

After remediation work yesterday, our home was left with an overwhelming bleach/chemical odor, and no recommendations or safety guidance were provided regarding ventilation, air quality, or whether it was safe to remain in the home, especially concerning given that mold remediation was involved.

This has been an incredibly scary situation for our family. Recently learning there is mold in our home, and having a 6-year-old child. In a situation like this, transparency, communication, and simply being treated like human beings would have gone a long way. Unfortunately, that was lacking throughout this process.

Overall, the lack of transparency, poor communication, and concerning conduct have left us feeling uneasy and dissatisfied. This is not the level of professionalism or care we expected when trusting a company with our home and family’s safety.

I was very pleased to Sonny, Eddie, and Cornell they did a Great job, I have no complaints, keep-it up Gentlemen.

Both Sonny and Jacob, the men that did the water damage cleanup at my house, were at all times professional and courteous. I would recommend Service Pro the company they worked for.

This has been the best service I have received by far. The crew that came to my house was very helpful and answered all my questions and where very patient with me through the whole process.

During my SERVPRO experience my firearm is now missing-Police report was filed and contacted owner of business with no resolution. Never again would I let them in my home! If you have no choice you best shadow them everywhere. My wife in her haste signed a document that told her to put away all personal items, but she was not thinking clearly due to flood damage, and the document was never explained to her. Don't trust them!!!

Their team really goes above and beyond. They really care about the customer and go the extra mile to provide great customer service. They don’t just clean up after situations but they understand many situations are tragic to the customer and provide a level of attention to detail which in invaluable.

Could not have been more professional or courteous. Kept us continually advised of what was going on, when and why. This was our first experience with extensive water damage, and we had no idea of the process. I would definitely hire this company again.
