Ultimate choice did a horrible job!!!!

They don't know how to properly handle mold. They had a fan drying it in my house with the doors closed and the AC was on. now we are showing symptoms of mold related issue like runny nose, coughing tightness in the chest, throat irritation and my 18month old had nose bleeds. 😡

I am a Board of director, President in a large CIC consisting 327 condos. In January a resident in a ground floor unit reported water leak from the floor making the carpet soaking and it was a wednesday late afternoon. We did an inspection and couldn't figure out the cause of the leak. On thursday the water leak extended to another room and the laminant flooring was getting damaged as well. On thursday morning a major Plumbing Company was called and after inspection they reported the cause was due to a slab leak from a common water line supplies water to 5 units and we have to wait for 4 days to get asbestos report completed before any repairs. The major concern was this repair was of urgent nature and must be taken care of in order to avoid flooding the entire unit. So on friday morning Ultimate Choice was called for a second opinion in order to see if this repair can be accelerated without further delay. Steve Ferris showed up immediately with his crew and in a few hours found the cause of the leak, ordered the asbestos test for a quick turn around results and managed to slow down the leak immediately. The common water line was replaced without digging the condo floor in a reasonable time and the unit was restored to our complete satisfaction. Steve is extremely knowledgeable and his crew were awesome. Steve's honesty and integrity is highly commendable.

Steve Faris who is the owner of this company does everything he can to ensure his customers are satisfied and happy with the services he and his staff provides. You always feel as if you are well taken care of and confident I the work they do.

This company is run by a bunch of con artist!!!

If you still decide to go with this company make sure you.

1. See the contract first make sure you read it
2. Try to get different estimates ( if it's going through the insurance is going to take time anyways!! don't rush !!!!!
3. Make sure everything they say is on paper, verbal statements will be broken!!!!
4.a Make sure you keep an eye on these guys, because they were literally do nothing.
5. Make time to look over everything they give you and I mean everything that's actually on paper !!!

And then maybe they won't screw you over that much !!

I used them when I found out that the water damage that occurred was due to a plumbing problem that had created roots to grow underneath the concrete in two locations. They were able to locate the problem and repair. I had two individuals Hector and the owner here doing the repairs and couldn't have had two more knowledgeable and competent individuals.. Due to other vendors this delayed the procedure..

I had a terrible hot water heater leak. Ultimate Choice gave my estimate the same day I called, and had everything squared away within 2 days. I definitely recommend them and will use them in the future.

I had a very positive experience with Ramon Ochia. Ramon was always on time and used the hours that he was there wisely. He was very detail with his work. I was also satisfied with Steve Feris who was there to answer my questions and to meet my requests.

From no regular work hours to inconsistency of quality of workers my simple shower repairs stretched to 8 days as workers were moved from job to job. Communication between office and workers was lacking. Waiting daily to see who would show up and then having them work for 1-2 hours shows a lack of respect for customer. Final cost was excessive. No final cleanup of tiling and lack of pride in work of the job shows a review of how this business is run is needed. Cannot recommend.

Ultimate Choice Restoration recently did a home remodal for my husband and me. The remodal was not due to any damage, we just wanted to update, remove some walls, and make our bathroom more convenient. We were very satisfied with the work done, the quality of the materials, and the ideas for building in our television and surround sound. Overall it was a very smooth remodeling experience. I have included a before and after picture.

You are in good hands with Ultimate Choice. Their employee Joe Meddaugh helped WIN us over as customers, as he is hard working, diligent, and extremely helpful. He is real, honest, and energetic. Great positive upbeat personality which helps ease the worry while going through a stressful house emergency disaster.

Called them for a estimate on damage from a leaking pipe. They came out and then never got back to me. I called three times to ask for the estimate. Each time I was told they would get it out to me and never did! The last time I called them I told them if I didn't get the estimate by the end of the day I would move on to another company.....still nothing. Would not recommend them at all!

I called for an estimate for what I thought was a leak from my water heater. Brenden came to my house within the same day and not only gave me a reasonable estimate but also educated me on the root of my evil leak as well as how to prevent this from happening again, because i have no clue on the Maintence that goes into the up keep other than the obvious for my home i felt very comfortable with the extra knowledge.

Steve who is the owner and his team started on my house right away, which I was impressed because the owner of the company was actually there and cared about my situation.

What I thought was going to be a nightmare turned out not to be so bad, I would definately use Ultimate Choice if God forbid I have another water leak issue.

The home we rent had a slow and unseen water leak until much damage was done to the kitchen. The dry out, removal of the damaged floor, cabinets and some wallboard was done appropriately and in reasonable time. The workmen were very professional and the workmanship was stellar. There did seem to be a lengthy down time midway evidently from the contracts being verified and signed by out of state owners. Overall we were pleased with the results.

Excellent customer service! Most companies I called made me leave a voicemail or wouldn't even get back to me, but Ultimate Choice was the only company to answer and give a great estimate and answer all of my questions. They sent a technician out right away and gave great service. 5 stars for sure!

We searched the internet trying to find a drywall repair company around the Vegas area. We called four different companies and only one of them returned our call (no one picked up the phone). The one individual that returned our call showed up to give us an estimate. He looked at the work to be done and said he’d get back to us. He left and that was it…never heard from him again.

We then combed the internet again and found Ultimate Choice Restoration. We had to expand our search because they do not come up on a search engine for drywall repair. This company did five things that not one other company had the ability to do:

1) They answered their phone (a freakin’ miracle in the Vegas area)
2) They showed up at the time they stated (a another miracle in the Vegas area)
3) They gave us an estimate in the time they stated it would take (yet another miracle)
4) Once work was approved, they showed up and performed the work in the time they stated it would take.
5) Once the work was completed, they stuck to the estimate they gave down to the penny (yup, again another miracle)

The quality of the work was second to none. Samuel did an outstanding job repairing our drywall. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for drywall repair. The texture matched, the paint matched, there was no mess left behind, and they were courteous and respectful.

I believe based on the research we did and the companies we contacted, Ultimate Choice Restoration is the only company in the Vegas/Henderson area that’s not afraid to tackle drywall repair.
