THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! I cannot stress enough how much this place changed my life. I had a water pipe leak and overflow and they came in ON TIME, PROFESSIONAL,. NICE and HELPFUL. thy understood what I was going through and they did the best the could to help. Jeff, Hector and Jake was the crew and they were awesome. So nice and fast. I especially like "D". She was soooooooo nice and considerate. I got my bathroom back with 2 DAYS!!! IF YOU EVER NEED A PLACE THST HAS PROFESSIONALISM AND WORKS GREAT GO TO SERVPRO!!! 😀😀

Baldo and his crew were thoughtful and respectful of my home and family. Under the circumstances it was a pleasure to have them in my home.
Luis’ crew was diligent at packing everything up for us, carefully putting our belongings into boxes.

Working with Servpro of Downtown Las Vegas has been a great experience for me and my family. They know what their and how to do it. I had a great deal of water damage to my house after coming home from vacation and they really took the stress out of my hands. Great communication and professionalism from all employees involved. ServPro helped me with a water damage problem with mold today in one of my bedrooms and were very professional and courteous. Andrew and Luis arrived on time, set up quickly, analyzed the issue and treated everything in my home efficiently. Thanks for a great job. The staff sent to my house came in a timely manner. They were attentive to my concerns and acted quickly to help fix my problem. They were polite and respectful, knowledgeable and overall it was a reassuring knowing they were doing a thorough job. I am very please overall with the service they provided and would definitely use their services again if needed.

24hr company which is great and what makes it better is how amazing they are. I first spoke with Josh on the phone he explained the entire process. He told me the name of the tech that was coming to our home. Edward did a great job of assessing the situation, taking action and in the middle of the disaster he kept us calm. Josh and Edward thank you so much. Theres not that many people left with good work ethic and we appreciate it.

The customer service at this branch is superior (truly A+). They didn't even have to come out to my house. I was forwarded to Terrell, their specialist, and he gave me tips to try out on my wall to see if it was mold before I waisted money to have them come out and check. He was patient and genuinely seemed like he wanted to help. I will recommend them over anyone else in the city because of the excellent customer service and attention to detail. Thank you Terrell!

Baldo and his team are great. They are not only professional but they put their heart into the job and went above and beyond for me when they did the remediation for a pipe burst in the ceiling. I highly recommend. Nice people too. It can be tricky being a woman alone in the house with a bunch of men, but these guys are easy to be with and make you feel at ease right off the bat. Very respectful and knowledgeable. I hope no more pipes burst but if they do I would want these guys again. Seriously the best service for any kind of work I’ve had done in the house in 16 years in Vegas.

Manuel and Lance were amazing! These two gentlemen were professional from beginning to end. They explained everything that they were doing as they were doing the demo in my home. I felt extremely comfortable with him being here and doing all the hard work that they did. I’m truly grateful for Servpro but even more so for these two men. If you ever need your home demoed after an accident flood or otherwise you need to call Manuel and Lance those two are amazing. Alejandro and Orlando came out to clean my air ducts after mold remediation. I didn’t know what to expect. They were both very professional and did an outstanding job. They covered my belongings with plastic before they started. Every vent cover was thoroughly cleaned and sanitized. They cleaned the ducts for mold, cleaned up meticulously afterwards. I am very happy with all the work they did and will be using this company again.

Rico and Charles did a great job in my house, hardly knew they were there. They were fast and did a fantastic job cleaning up when they were done! Highly recommend this company.

Due to the major rain and windstorm that we had on February 13, unfortunately, our roof sustained damage, allowing water to pour in and go all the way through the walls to the first floor of our home. My husband got a hold of ServpPro the very next day on Friday. They came out that Evening. Anthony was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, and very efficient. He immediately got fans set up to start drying out the water damage and assisted us with any and all questions that we had. He has been out additional times to verify the drying of our walls and to continue to answer all questions that we have. Anthony is a great asset to ServPro and I can’t thank him enough for his expertise and professionalism. I will definitely be recommending ServPro and Anthony for anyone who encounters water damage. This company makes fictitious line items on your invoice to inflate the cost. I got an inspection done on a bedroom adjacent to my water heater closet by the patio, and they found no moisture. My invoice came, and they want to charge $208 for an emergency call (just for them to come out and do an inspection), and $130 for 1.75 hours of “equipment set up, take down, and monitoring”. The inspector pointed a handheld scanner in the room and found no moisture, but want to charge this fictitious line item. Very shady business from the get-go since they initially said they sent a sample for asbestos testing, and when I told them no samples were taken, as they said no moisture was found, they still threaten to put a lien on your property if you don’t pay. Don’t deal with this company!

This team including Yesenia did a fantastic job and made quick work of our water issue and treated the mold as if it was never there ! They also took care of working with our insurance and getting us all of the other people we needed to finish the job. Very professional and I highly recommend.
