Anthony and Alonzo were very professional and courteous. They took care of the toilet leak that caused some damage to the dry wall and ceiling below. Although it was a small job, I felt confident that they would do a good job because of their knowledge and they didn’t disappoint. Anthony even called me back to see that I was okay. The owner of Downtown Servpro will not do business with me because I mentioned my previous contractor's lies and not willing to communicate with me regarding my insurance claim. He's taking another person's word, just like how the police protect their own. Look elsewhere for a respectful, truthful contracting company.

Juan L and his team did an amazing job at my home. Dealing with any kind of unexpected home repair is stressful and often confusing, but Juan and his team were so professional, and they gave a lot of attention to detail. Juan made sure that everything was as good as it possibly could be. If the need should ever arise again (and I really hope it doesn’t!) I would absolutely use SERVPRO.

Juan and his team made this "not so great" experience, bearable. They were on time, very professional and friendly. They proficiently did the work that needed to be done. They explained everything that they were doing and had answers to all of my questions.They were careful with moving furniture and left my home neat and clean. They came out at 10pm after an unexpected water leak and installed fans and helped to mitigate the damage. Daily checks (except Sunday) and good communication and measurements to ensure everything dried out with no mold. Thank you!

Job well done!!! I always appreciate attention to detail. I had Juan and Jesus out to the house to do the demo after a flood and they left the house spotless. They took great care to ensure no mess was left behind. They put up protective plastic everywhere and sealed off the entire area so there was no residual dust or filth. Yesenia and her whole crew at servepro were amazing. Yesenia went above and beyond as her crew did, including Karen and her crew who did the pack pit. Yesenia came in and actually found the water leak which was the water line to the refrigerator and something with our dishwasher as she pulled it out to find the water line to the refrigerator leaking. She is amazing, and my wife and I really appreciated her, her crew, Karen and her crew and Josh their Supervisor for everything. Now we are just waiting for contractor to come out and estimate the rebuild. Thank you Servepro, you all are amazing.

This is a really good company. There company service is really my brother just moved in his new house. He needed to change the walls of his bathroom. When I call up this company they were very useful

I would give this a ZERO STAR if I could. The quality of the work, the timing, the attitude of the employees were all horrid. The work is worse than a 2 year old child's work. The installation of materials was incredibly the worst I have ever seen. The lies told by the company, the charges made by the company....STAY AWAY from this company.
