I have videos, pictures, text, email, estimates, and the invoice, that show what a horrible Company Ultimate Choice Restoration really is!!! And proof of them charging for stuff they never did !!!!!!!!! They never had us sign a contract and they damaged our cabinets, we will now have to replace our entire upper portion of the cabinets as well!!! From them leaving the bottom portion outside for the summer, damagiyng the faces of the cabinets.

The employees of this company in my opinion are completely careless and basically unsupervised, Especially for their employees to be attempting charging us for things on the side. But then wouldn't take the money when, we said we would only pay him in a check!! (which were covered by the insurance). They left expose wire sockets, carpet nails sharp pieces of wood around KIDS! . This company did not handle Mold correctly. They did a horrible paint job!!! They told my mother-in-law to move large glass items, so they wouldn't damage them. Almost never showed up. The Project Manager Brendan Trails only came twice for less than an hour each time. (our new Project Manager comes every day) From the beginning the owner has done nothing but threaten to sue us. we contacted Steve (The owner) through email and we never got a response until we posted a review!!!!!!! They should be paying all of this stuff, back to our insurance!!!

Even if you decide to do business with this company make sure it is all in writing, everything!!!!!! Verbal agreements mean nothing !!!!!!!!!! get a contract!!!!!!!
At least learn from our mistakes!

Dealing with Jeff and the entire staff at Ultimate Choice Restoration was a great experience. They were always prompt in their responses, and their work quality was perfect.

While I hope to never be in a situation where I HAVE to use their services again, I know that I can trust Ultimate Choice Restoration to provide quality work for me and my family.

Ultimate Restoration is a great company. Their technician were timely and professional. They did a wonderful job and everything was clean when they left. There pricing was competitive with no hidden cost. I would strongly recommend them for any job but especially the ones that involve water damage.

You can't judge the quality of the work in the short term. In the short term, everything seems to look good. I had this company clean out the mold, and fix up my bathroom a few years ago. They did the tile flooring, remodel the bathtub, and install new toilet. A few weeks ago, I notice the sealing along the toilet is breaking down, and it was a little wet. I didn't think it was a big deal, I thought the seal is suppose to break down anyway. I was gonna to re-seal the gap, prior to doing it, i clean out the toilet and tighten the toilet bolt, it turned out the bolt was rusted and broken completely. That explain the toilet micro-movement, breaking down of the seal, and leakage. I had to remove the entire toilet itself, it was moldy, nasty underneath, the toilet flange wasn't well secure to the floor, only 2 screws were used, and the dam toilet rocks, that's why overtime, the bolt broke. That's un-acceptable shady work, had the worker placed a plastic shim to prevent the rocking, none of these would have happenned. These are unscrupulous people, who are out to get your $, and screw you at the same time, they think they'll get a chance to come back to get your $ again. BEWARE, SCAMMERS.

I have had 2 floods resulting in severe water damage in the last 18 months. Ultimate Choice Restoration took care of both incidents for us. These people are complete professionals. Each incident resulted in about 2wks of work to repair it. The guys cleaned up and mopped my floors each day when they left, and the work quality was superb. I am in the remodel business, and have a lot of experience in dealing with contractors. These people are the NICEST, most professional, eager to please group I have ever worked with. The office staff took care of most everything with my insurance claims department making the entire process as painless as possible. Thank you Ultimate Choice!

These guys are the BEST! The owner is extremely professional, knows his stuff and is terrific to work with. He is very customer-focused and guides you through the process at every step. Here's an example: we had a huge water problem under our house (many inches of water) which his team removed and dried out completely. They got it done fast and efficiently.

I called Ultimate Choice Restoration and they had such a quick response to my needs and were so professional and they made me feel at ease since I have 3 little kids and I was afraid my family and I were exposed to the mold. The technicians were so knowledgeable and understand to my concerns about my family's health and safety. They came and removed all the mold and replaced everything in such a timely matter. If I ever need restoration or construction in the future I will being calling Ultimate Choice again!! I had mold remediation done at my home. Someone came to the house right away. Everyone was professional and very thorough in their jobs (mold testing, drywall repair, cleanup, painting). I was impressed and met some nice people (Jacob, Jeronimo, Joseph, Steve, and Bobby to name a few). They were very responsive on the phone - Shelli and Leaha were extremely helpful. I would recommend their services to my friends and family.

I called and asked for an estimate for some damage that a home inspection had show and Steve was amazing! He asked great questions on the phone, setup a time and was ready to take a look at the concerned area. He went above and beyond and pointed out things I never knew to look for, and explained a lot of the repair process and concerns he had based on what he saw. Ramone, the contractor, did an amazing job on my bathroom, and kept me updated all throughout the process. He made sure to verify what I wanted done throughout his work, was very friendly, professional, and efficient. I would absolutely recommend Ultimate Choice Restoration.

Ultima choice was a life saver when my house flooded. It was a very scary situation specially with small children in the house one had to worry about their health due to the fact mold can grow quickly.
Being in the health care industry I knew that I needed to act fast to prevent my children to being expose to mold. I needed a company that could take the proper precautions and deliver good service.

Ultimate Choice delivered a highly quality service, the crew arrived on time, which was impressive considering I'd only made the appointment the same morning. The person in charge came in first while the others got their equipment out of the truck, and went over the paperwork with me, they even helped me with my home owners insurance. Steven took a look around, and presented an estimate, he was very knowledgeable and explained the process step by step.

Their crew removed and repair the damage areas and deliver high quality service. My children and I where able to move back into the house feeling safe thanks to Ultimate Choice Restauration.

We hired Ultimate Choice for both repairs and renovations. We had previously left a positive review, but recent events have changed our minds. We had a warranty issue where a previous repair needed to be addressed. We tried for months to contact someone in order to get this issue fixed. We called the main office, and got a runaround on finding the invoice for the repair. The receptionist said that if we sent them the invoice, they could honor the warranty. We sent it, with no reply. We attempted to call the owner, Steve, and no reply. We emailed the Steve the invoice and the information on their website stating that there was a warranty. After two tries, no response at all. Finally, we left a voicemail (no answer at the number) saying we would address the issue with the contracting board if we didn't receive a response in 24 hours. No answer on that.
While the initial work was done well, this lack of even an attempt at a follow up destroys any confidence we have in the business. Highly recommend you look somewhere else.

I had a horrible leak from behind my refrigerator that went on for weeks without my knowledge. My insurance company recommended Ultimate Choice. They came out the same day I called for an estimate. They started and finished the work in a little more than a week. They were very professional. They were in contact with me by phone and email and kept me informed every step of the way. Recently I had major water damage. Ultimate Choice with their team of professionals combined a repair with a new kitchen remodel. This extensive remodel was completed on time and exceeded my expectations. Any small problems were handled with professional courtesy. My kitchen is beautiful!! The cabinets were refinished and look like new. The team was honest and reliable with exceptional skills. The owner stands behind his service and that is a major selling point for me. We recently discovered a slow leak under our kitchen floor that had taken place over a long period of time. Ultimate Choice Restoration was AMAZING!! They came out immediately after the water incident in my home and were very thorough in their inspection and analysis of the problem and what to do to fix it. Once the water was addressed, Joe Meddaugh came and did the repairs and he was amazing too! Did phenomenal work - can’t even tell there was a problem!! Must say that everyone who I dealt with at Ultimate Choice was so nice and courteous. Hope I don’t have any more issues in my home but if I do, they are truly my go to!!!

I’m the victim from a water damage from upstairs unit. The property management company hire Ultimate Choice Restoration. For a small job it took more than 1 1/2 month At the end of job I was told the toilet flange was rusted needs to be replaced I need to pay $250 to finish the job. When their worker removed my toilet no one said anything. I offer to pay for the parts but the answer is no ( parts is about $30-$50 since they were paid to put back the toilet already )
I used to work in construction I know this bathroom water damage job can be done within one or two weeks. They come multiple times and always something new needs to be done they can’t do it right away coming back next week. They make good money from insurance company but don’t work on a timely basis and ask for any more money even from the home owner.
This is a money hungry company will take more time to finish work from my experience.
I paid another plumber to finish the toilet because I don’t want to deal with Ultimate Choice Restoration anymore.

They came to take care of a flood issue in a condo due to a neighbor’s water tank leak.
Ultimate Choice was very thorough and professional from start to finish!
I can’t say enough about how well they took care of the job at hand.
I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone needing a remediation or remodel.
They do it all!
