Kenny from Dignity Plumbing was Awesome....He came to my house immediately to assess my leaking toilet and had his guys work on my issue the very next day, including redoing my damaged floor. Kenny, Scott and Chapo were Punctual, Friendly, Knowledgeable and Sincere. They really Cared about getting the problem fixed. I Highly Recommend these CompanIes and will Definately be using Dignity Plumbing and Thomason Construction in the future!

I always know when my office tells me that one of the Thomason divisions got the job, I no longer have to worry about that part of my jobsite anymore. I have had the pleasure of using all of their divisions on different projects and they all run the same. They are on time, on budget and I don't have to spend my time managing their employees because they have adequate supervision for their projects. You can't go wrong hiring Thomason Construction.

Really pleased with our recent drywall work! Had to get some decent size squares of drywall cut from our ceiling over the weekend. Thomason was able to send someone out quickly to patch them up. He did such a great job with the texture and even matched the paint for us. I look at the ceiling now and can't even tell that anything happened to it! Thank you!

We used Thomason construction for an existing bathroom remodel and a home addition. I picked Thomason because of their reputation for good honest quality work. I could absolutely trust the workmanship and know that they would provide the best quality work without cutting corners. It is hard to find a company that is honest and trustworthy but they did everything that they said they would do to the best quality possible and always responded quickly and professionally with any concerns or issues. I couldn’t be more happy. I would use this company again and again for the peace of mind of knowing that everything would be done expertly and without a bunch of hidden costs. Everything was very up front right from the beginning. Would highly recommend this company. We are super pleased with the quality and professionalism of this company.

I have never had a better experience than with Thomason Construction and no, I'm not getting paid to do this. I hired them to remodel my casita. Kenny came out and brought some new ideas and insight that I was had never thought of and was thrilled with. He was honest and fair which I really appreciate. When construction began, I was surprised to notice after each days work, everything was swept and cleaned up. This company dotted all the "i's" and crossed all the "t's." They were precise, professional and every person that came to work were kind, considerate, professional, hard working and above all, completely trustworthy. Scott was fabulous in my plumbing going over and beyond his call of duty (no pun intended), the framing guys were ingenious helping me create new space and Matt was a little gem coming to check on progress and make sure my every need was met. This company aims to please. I decided very last minute and after a door had been installed that I needed a large window in it. I didn't have to deal with any grief or disagreement. Instead, I came home to the most perfect door I legit almost cried. They also made personal touches i.e. crown molding my ducts and adding a darling mirror as a surprise in my new bathroom. I could go on and on, but I"ll end with saying you will NEVER regret hiring with this company. I will use them for my every need from here on out. Watch out boys...I have you on speed dial!!!

Thomason Construction is the real deal! We had a bit of a nightmare contractor experience that led to me firing another company. After making a phone call to our plumber (Dignity Plumbing, also highly recommend!), Scott referred us over to Thomason Construction. Johnny showed up the next day, took a look around and said no problem, we are going to get you taken care of and make things right. Johnny and Abelardo did an awesome job. They were at my house when they said they would be and communicated clearly and frequently with me. They made our bathroom beautiful! Absolutely professional. I was really impressed with Abelardo’s drywall repair skills. You can’t tell where the old and new drywall meets. Antonio, from Dignity Plumbing made quick and easy work of putting in our new shower enclosure and hooking up the vanity. We will be using them again in the future!

Conceptos Concrete built our pool deck in 2021. Some of the paint peeled up in a few spots after about five years. I called them just to get the paint color because I was going to repaint those areas myself. Conceptos offered to make the repairs at no charge. They said it would look better if they made the repairs and the repaired areas came out perfectly. Incredible customer service so many years after building the pool deck!

Did the concrete for the pool and laid pavers in the back yard. They were professionals, did the job on time and a pleasure to work with crew and owner. I would highly recommend this business.

This company does work for Desert Springs Pools. Not only do they do bad work, Desert Springs is not a builder you want use either. They do not care about the consumer. Once they have your money, they never return calls about issues with the pool.

NEVER use this company! They will not warranty their work. If you try to call them no one will return your calls. If you can't speak to someone at this company, then you can never get a concrete repair scheduled. I have filed BBB and CPA complaints against this company as a result of their refusal to return my phone calls so that I can get cracks repaired on concrete decking that they installed.

Conceptos Concrete provided my new pool decking including soil prep, forming, pouring, finishing and cool deck coatings. It was extremely professional and literally so flawless I decided to contract with them to pour a 71’ long driveway for my RV. Again the job was flawless and I receive nothing but the highest compliments by all who see it. They removed excess soil, brought in Type II road bed dirt, tamped it, and formed the driveway with a free form design I chose. They have an absolute state of the art cement mixer which mixes the concrete on site ensuring the freshest mix possible. Their cement finishers are unmatched and I couldn’t be any more satisfied with the entire experience.

My pool construction company used Concepto Concrete for all of the concrete jobs in our backyard project, including the pool structure and patio. I can't say enough good things about the service and quality of their work. The entire concrete portion of our project was perfect. Also the crews that came out to my home were professional, courteous, and always respected our yard and those of our neighbors. I highly recommend Conceptos for any concrete projects you're considering.

I used Conceptos Concrete to pour patio and cool deck around a new pool we built. I did an owner builder and being new to the process, Victor was helpful and accommodating to my timeline and needs. They offer competitive prices and great work. Not sure of the negative reviews… I had nothing but great customer service and work done. Have recommended to friends and would definitely use again.

Conceptos subcontracted for the company who installed our pool. It’s been 5 years since the install and I had some of the cool deck peeling off. I reached out and they came and did the repairs for free. Customer service like this in 2025 is very rare.
