I don’t like to write bad reviews, especially on small businesses. I don’t want to affect somebody’s livelihood, but with that being said, I had a bad experience with Steam Pro Carpet Care. I contacted them because they had a three room special. It was around $100. I believe when they left my carpets looked new just like they did when I moved into this property five months prior when the carpets were actually new. Within about 48 hours every stain every spot came right back to surface. And the carpets looked identical to how they looked before they came to Clean them. I am disabled and I can’t walk. I live on a limited income and I’m a single father With a eight year-old autistic son because I use equipment to get around my carpets to get stained frequently. Unfortunately, I was involved in an accident a few days after the carpets were cleaned was hospitalized, then went to rehab and by the time I was able to contact the company to complain it had already been almost 2 months. I explained the whole situation and they told me that the only way they would’ve come out again to correct the problem is if I had notified them within 48 hours of the cleaning. It’s fine even though it wasn’t my fault I wasn’t able to contact them and I had more pressing issues to deal with, all I can tell you is that for $100. I got absolutely nothing! The carpets only looks good for 48 hours and it was a complete waste of money. I guess it’s true. You get what you pay for and in my opinion I would absolutely never use this company again there’s a lot of competition out there and I’m sure every one of them would do a better job than steam pro Carpet Care.

Amazing fast efficient outstanding service highly recommend

I give them zero stars. I had an appointment one morning and the technicians were running late, I received a phone call saying they would be about 30 minutes late due to a current appointment that they were waiting on. I waited for an hour (w/o another call) I finally left my apartment because i had things to do. Then I get i get a second call 30 minutes after I leave saying the guys got lost trying to find my place. I don’t think so!

Driving like an absolute maniac on the freeway - not a great idea when you’re representing a company. Putting people At unnecessary risk.
