I HATE TO DO BUSINESS WITH PEOPLE WHO LACK INTEGRITY AND MORALS STAY AWAY FROM THIS CARPET CLEANING SERVICE THE EQUIPMENT USED IS OLD AND DOESN'T REALLY GET UP THE DIRT WAS QUOTED ONE PRICE OVER THE PHONE BUT QUICKLY CHANGED AFTER JOB WAS DONE BAD BAD BUSINESS

I am not satisfied with the service I received. I was quoted a price through Facebook and confirmed the total cost of the job with them twice before I agreed to proceed. On the scheduled day, the team started cleaning the couch and dining chairs, but I noticed they began to pack up their equipment afterward. This raised my concern because my priority was having the carpets cleaned in two rooms.

I informed the workers, and one of them responded, “Oh don’t worry, we’ll take care of it right now.” However, they claimed they hadn’t been informed about the rooms. A few minutes later, I received a call from their office stating there would be an additional charge of $35 for the extra room. We had initially agreed on a total of $189 for two rooms, the couch, and the chairs. I provided proof of our conversation on Facebook regarding the pricing, yet was blamed for misunderstandings.

The extra cost shifted from $35 to $10, and by then, I was already frustrated. I was asked if I was willing to pay the extra $10 for the room, and while I reluctantly agreed, I felt it was unnecessary to dispute the amount. I didn’t want the job left unfinished over a mere $10.

Overall, I was neither happy nor satisfied with my experience. It felt problematic from the start, and I sensed that the job was rushed, with no real effort put into doing it properly.

As a property manager/ service supervisor for over 10 years here in Las Vegas I cannot recommend a company more. From the ownership down everyone is professional from the office to the field team never an issue scheduling. They show up on time and prepared to take care of your needs .a few years back we had a storm destroy multiple units at the bottom of a hill and the owner showed up with multiple trucks and was right there with me at midnight taking care of the issue .. if your looking for a company that goes above and beyond for there clients. I called Steam Pro as a spur of the moment decision on the Saturday of Memorial Day Weekend. Their team arrived in about an hour, dressed in company attire and in a company logo vehicle. They were very courteous and professional. They wore shoe protectors and had wall corner guards which is very important. I called for 3 rooms of carpet to be cleaned then added an additional room with no difficulty. They cleaned up as they moved about. I’m very satisfied and will use them again. I highly recommend them. One other thing, their service vehicle left no evidence that they were ever there. Thanks guys.

I got my hallway and stairs cleaned by them, since the texts asking for quotes they were helpful and honest about prices, really good price by the way. The two guys that came I forgot to ask their names were super nice and respectful to our home. I’m so happy with the results. And I will contact them for the future for sure. Don’t forget to tip them!
