I have had their service for about 2 years now. They really know their horticulture and how to take care of plants during the Summer and Winter. They take care of everything including the sprinklers, trimming my plants including my Palm trees, seeding, etc. Ramses, the owner, Is very easy to talk to and takes care of everything I asked him to do. I went through several other services who cost more and did a bad job. Visualized Landscape is very reasonable and does excellent work. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a landscape artist including my family and friends.

Ramses and his Team were awesome. They completed the work and was very responsive to questions and changes that I requested. The project turned out AMAZING!! I would definitely use them again in the future.

Ramses was incredible. He gave me a price that fit my budget. He provided me with a schedule and he stuck to it.

He had his guys do some irrigation repairs that were beyond the scope we agreed to. They leveled some raised planters and scarified the yard for me as well.

I asked him to match the existing landscape rock so I would not have issues with the HOA overloads. He provided me with size and color choices.

He brought sod for the backyard and his guys placed it wonderfully. you can believe the difference in how it looks and feels.

I am extremely happy with how it looks. I am selling my house and it looks so great now that I don’t want to move. Actually, It does look great but I am leaving for Texas as soon as I can get out of here.

On time, on budget, wonderful end result and he went above and beyond to provide customer service. I totally lucked out.

I contracted Visualized Landscape without requesting other bids after my initial meeting with Ramses and Leslie to discuss landscaping my backyard and sides of my yard and my ideas I wanted to incorporate. First impression is very important to me and is very telling of a company’s integrity.

The entire process from our initial meeting to completion of the work went without a hitch. The entire project required 8 days to complete, and during the construction there was always transparency and open communication between me, Ramses and his crew. The crew always arrived promptly and worked diligently to the end, a great crew and bunch of nice guys. You could see the experience of the crew and the pride in their workmanship. My backyard has received a lot of compliments, and people have commented on the quality of the workmanship.

Ramses and Leslie were very professional, honest, and communicated well throughout the project, as well as assisted me in getting my plan approved by our HOA. I always felt at ease working with them and always felt Ramses was going to ensure that I would be very satisfied at the end of the project. I couldn’t be happier!

I came across Visualized Landscape on Craigslist (yeah, I know) while searching for landscaping services in our area. Performed a Google search, read the reviews, and thought, "why not?" From the initial text to the final payment, I could not be more pleased. Ramses is kind and attentive. He and his crew performs excellent work and we could not be more pleased with our little backyard transformation. The price was very reasonable and the work was outstanding. I plan on having Ramses as his team come out for more work and I highly recommend their services.

Ramses and his team at Visualized Landscape went above and beyond with my backyard. Everything that I asked for they provided and I can't fault anything they did. Ramses himself is beyond professional - he provided daily updates in person, and made sure that we were happy with everything that was happening. Don't even bother getting quotes from other companies - just call Ramses and you will be glad you did!

Working with Ramses made the whole process a breeze! Out of all the other quotes, VL was the best price and added things that I didn't even request at no extra cost. Ramses was very responsive and was the only one who would follow up. His team was in-n-out within a day and a half, Wouldn't recommend anyone else. Also comes with warranty which was a big plus. Even though I did a basic back yard he managed to make me really happy with the outcome, more then what I had expected.

After countless conversations between 3 different companies, Visualized Landscape earned my business. Ramses and Dylan were very patient with me and were available to answer any questions I had. I kept going back and forth between concrete, pavers, and artificial grass and after seeing their concrete work from previous projects I landed on finalizing with concrete. Visualized Landscape was NOT the cheapest out of all 3 bids for me but the reason I chose them was due to their hospitality and communication from the start. The other companies didn't care for my time or questions and I appreciate the patience and respect Ramses and Dylan had during this project - and even afterwards! Kudos to Ramses and his team for completing my backyard as I had imagined it. Looking forward to future projects with Visualized Landscape!

I can not explain how fabulous the team at Visualized Landscapes is; from the initial quote to the finished product, the quality of work exceeded our expectations. Even after the work was done, they were sure to follow up and ensure everything went well. All while providing a level of customer service not seen today. Ramses and his team are the best landscape company in Las Vegas, and we have to recommend Them to everyone we know, including our neighbors who have also used them.

They were able to complete the job very quickly, and provide great results.Enjoyed working with visualized landscape. Came out and did our back yard quickly, and even worked overtime to have the backyard completed. Communicated with me promptly which I really appreciated. We had our backyard fence moved to the front of our property line to create more space and all the rocks that were placed prior to us moving in removed. Our project was not huge but definitely meant a lot to us to get started working on our home. We started our project with the goal to get us to a point to prep for future work down the line and we believe visualized landscape definitely got us to our goal. Ramses told us a timeline and stuck to that timeline and we are very happy for that. The landscape team were polite and professional and got the job done even though my wife and I threw them some curve balls they were always professional.

Great work. 4 days total for my project first call to finished product. My only criticism would be, just looking for something that could have been better, they could have cleaned up a bit better after they Finished.

My project started off good then several mishap along the way that was eventually fixed, a crooked step and unleveled step.
The latest issue was a paver falling off the steps a few weeks after my project was complete. Over 3 weeks I’ve messaged to get it fix and was told someone would be out, but nothing. I guess after paying over $10k and getting my money the problem can’t be fixed. I ended going to Home Depot to get stuff to fix myself. Not okay at all.

I purchased a new build and there was nothing but dirt to begin with. These guys were able to transform my courtyard and backyard exactly as I wished for.
