Please take notice of all the negative feedback on this page. This company is out for money and nothing else. They will lie to your face, their insurance plan is a joke and I was very unhappy with my move. Please, please and please....do not use this company. They will try to add charges left and right and screw you over in more ways then one. Again, DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!

Alex and Wilder were very professional and courteous. These guys can be trusted. There was damage to one piece of furniture; however, it's unclear if the damage was done by the original moving company in Flirida.

They showed up late, by about two weeks. Then the crew foreman said that I needed to pay him $75 cash on the day they dropped our stuff off. I called the moving company and they told me I did not have to pay. When I told the crew foreman what they said, he threatened me. I would not use these folks ever.

Absolutely the worst!!! Not only did they arrive late they cracked my favorite mirror, my walls have scuff marks all over them. After trying multiple times to tell them which boxes were fragile they continued to ignore me and treated every box like they were bales of hay and threw them all on the truck. I will not use this company again.

I called this company this morning and that was as far as business got. The receptionist was EXTREMELY unprofessional and very rude. As the first point of contact you are a representation of the overall company. Lost any potential business less then 2 minutes after hello and would NOT recommend this business until the receptionist get better telephone etiquette. Have a Blessed day all!!

The 3 men that came to move were fantastic. The care they showed while packing, was exceptionally thought out. We want to thank New Planet Moving for caring for our possessions.

We needed a vanity moved within our home, downstairs to upstairs, and these guys were great. 100% recommend. Great pricing, friendly and professional.

After all the lies and manipulation and after handing over all our cash and after all the extra hidden fees were paid EVERYTHING came off the truck broken, smashed and completely scratched. At the end of it 3 college kids were left completely broke inwardly and outwardly and New Planet could care less. Multiple hang ups on the phone, threats and lies! One big joke. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!

I recently lost my mom to cancer and the furniture she left me to start my life without her came off the truck in pieces. Worst choise I could have ever made. If you are smart - go Pods!

Honestly, any good reviews of this company are CLEARLY fake. Don't make the mistake I just made of trusting the women at the call center or the people who pick up your furniture. This company seems great, cheap, and they tell you they'll get your items to you quickly. Well that's a bs lie. They made us ship our stuff out from California on the 22nd of July to get to Florida by the 3rd of August - we are yet to have any of our belongings. I have been sleeping on an air mattress now for almost a month. What they really do is take your stuff to Nevada and hold it in a storage facility until they decided they want to leave. They have no routes actually planned before that. When they tell you they have 21 business days to send it, they mean it. They keep calling us and emailing pushing the date back even further each time. This time it was supposed to leave today (Friday) and they gave us a new delivery date of the 10th through 12th of August. HA! Then they just now emailed us saying there was another "snag" and they'll get back to us on Monday. No delivery date even this time. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH NEW PLANET MOVING THEY ARE BACKHANDED LIARS. Seriously. Don't do it...

Moved our 5400 sf of home belongings in Salt Lake City to Tampa Florida. I've used Bekins, Graebel, and United Van lines for long distance out of state moves and this was by far the best experience. Having a driver and lead packer in the cab of any move far outweighs a driver sitting in the cab waiting for the labor to get it done. All of our high end furniture was cardboard and blanket wrapped with plastic holding it together. The others drape the blankets and think that is enough. 10 star service.

DONT DO IT!!! I was quoted a price $1350 for 2 bedrooms... And I didnt even have 2 full bedroom sets then i get a call AFTER my furniture was already loaded and on its way that the price after weighing my items went up to $1910. I then stated i dont have that amount and the ONLY reason i went with you guys was because the quote given to me was cheaper than the storage company my furniture was in, and the price for them to send my things from Missouri to Arizona was $1850...When my items arrived they were STUFFED on the back of a Semi truck, which i stated it was prohibited at my apartment complex. So i had to rent a truck to get my items tht was all SCRATCHED up 😡... SO IF YOUR RELOCATING DONT USE THEM!!! They dnt care anything about your items just Your MONEY... Not to mention i was told by an employee they had just lost a $250,000 painting SMH... I have other family tht wants to relocate, just know they WONT BE USING THIS COMPANY... WORST DECISION EVER!!!

Company tells you their providing 4 guys and 2 show. They also tell you it takes a day and it took 2 days. After I called and and told them 2 guys showed and they need to send more they said they would and again never showed up.
When they unloaded 3 guys came and 1 stayed in the truck from a hurt arm the entire time. We fed the 2 workers lunch and they left with couch and beds not assembled as promised. They also destroyed a $1300 picture. They quoted us $6100 and it turned into $10000! Also the owner, Moses, calls us after we complained to tell us we can't leave bad reviews as we signed a paper saying we wouldn't. Well I didn't. Also that just shows how unethical of a company you are. Also Moses the owner calls and says he's going to sue us. What a terrible company. Do not do business with them!

Really horrible company. The good reviews above are fake. If you pay attention to the bad reviews you will most likely have that experience. We certainly did. On the original contract they tell you that they will be at your new place within 7-12 business days. Unfortunately they change the contract when they arrive at your place to pick up your stuff. It changes to 21 business days from 'earliest possible arrival date'. Don't plan on getting your stuff for 30 days. The part that really made me angry was when you would ask when they were coming, the office in Las Vegas will not return your calls, they'll put you on hold forever and then once they finally respond they will lie to you on what days that your stuff will probably get there. For example, after they finally called me back they said between the 20th and 23rd, well we decided not to travel on those dates or make plans, then they never showed. They then randomly showed up on the 27th. Once they showed up they made it clear that we owed other random fees that they never told us about. The other sad part was it was a completely different company that was even more unprofessional who started yelling at me because I questioned why we had the fee. I would never choose this company. I know the price sounds great but you're better off selling all of your stuff then moving across the country.
