Yesterday, as I was driving home from work NB 95 near Las Vegas Blvd, one of their employees swerved into my lane abruptly without a blinker nearly causing me to crash. Then he sped up, and did the same thing to a driver a couple of cars ahead of me. This is why we have so many accidents in our city. I didn’t get the whole plate number, but ended with LRD.
That is a reflection of the company. I’ll never use or recommend them. .

Both the Service and the personnel are 5 star worthy. Professional, enthusiastic, and sincere. listens to your concerns and their work ethics is above and beyond what you would consider normal.

Ashley, Robert and Patrick are always a pleasure to work with. Very knowledgeable and helpful. The board is very happy to be working with a great crew. We look forward to the continued relationship.

update: these people are up to no good. they like pointing the finger on people that has nothing to do with landscape unbelievable. they like playing victim and lie straight to your face that the things they did is your fault... like I'm dealing with kids that are tattle telling.

Live in a gated community these people hire smokers to do my lawn. Working on a project for the last month and refuse to come during working hours giving guards a hard time and not following community rules. Waiting in front of my house laying outside sleep on the lawn this is just awful.

We used them for our new home construction. I wish I knew before what I know now...they’re great salesmen but the quality of grass plants trees n workmanship are poor...they took shortcuts laying out our new grass shortcuts planting new plants trees n sprinkler placements were not thought out properly. My garden soil is not soil it’s sandy dirt. We’ve lived in the house for 1.5 years n have enjoyed dying grass n overspray most of that time. Some plants they ordered n planted were the wrong type...plants that r poor quality not sure where they get them. It’s too bad we can’t turn back time n choose another landscape contractor but u can. One good note the guys that came out to do the work we’re nice n professional just poor supervision n poor quality not their fault. I know a couple people who also used them had n r still having issues. Don’t fall for the “we have a helicopter n we’ll fly u to California so u can personally pick ur plants n trees...that never happened n was part of a great sales pitch. Run as fast as u can n yes the grass IS greener on the other side 🌿

Was driving on 215 w today shortly after 8 am and truck labeled 347112 had a trailer just dropping rocks all over the freeway bouncing up hitting people's cars damaging them and likely causing people to have their windshields chipped or cracked. It's unbelievable how these companies get away with this kind of negligence. I think the next step will be hiring a lawyer to sue them for negligence. Unacceptable

I am only giving 4 stars because I am just an observer and not a first hand customer. This company does the landscaping at a local park where I occasionally take a friends dog. The grounds maintained by the company are immaculate. The work is first rate in my opinion. I have a couple of times interacted with their staff on site and they are quite competent, polite, friendly and really seem to care about their work. So I think they deserve kudos for good work.

I just moved into Sun River, on Monday 10/9/23. I swept the patio and set down a rug, table and chairs and a BBQ on the patio. We sat out there every morning and evening. On Fridays 10/13/23 only 4 days later I went to sit out there and it had been literally vandalized. My rug was tossed and had debri under and on it, my seat cushions were covered in debris, my BBQ was cover with debris.... Pine needles, pine cones, dirt and rocks were everywhere, I was so exhausted from moving I wanted to cry .😢. Don't use this company they have no respect for your personal property. And all the do is blow the debris up under the bushes, agents the wall and onto the neighbors yard. When I find out who vandalized my property I'm filing a police report agenst him.

Truck is taking up 5 spots at oak leaf Park ALL DAY on a Saturday. Not even working in the park.
Try calling spent all day on hold.

How about not running your loud trimming and blowing equipment outside the window at 7AM!!!!!! Some people work late here in LV. Got home from work 6AM, in bed 6:45 am and holy NOISE - while I understand during summer heat trying to get done early, it is JANUARY AND 40 degrees!!! Have some consideration and do later please!!!! 😫

This is how their employees park their vehicles at Gardens Park. Watched him do this. There were empty spots 10 feet away. Despicable. BrightView, going to do anything about this?

Workers arrived @ 9:30 left @11:30, took a 1/2 hour break. I only saw 2 of them. This is Tarry Towne in Vegas. Welcome to the jungle.

Bright view landscapes my HOA but has skipped the corner by my house for 3 months now. I talked to Brian who manages the area and he doesn’t care. I am being fined by my HoA because trash and debris blow into my yard every day from the area they ignore. Believe all the bad reviews.

Horrible drivers. We almost pit maneuvered their driver because he decided to swerve into our lane to make an exit off the freeway onto Sunset Road at the last second, we got inches from him and had to stomp on the breaks. 9am December 30th.

I highly recommended Building Plus for their outstanding work also forcworkkng around my schedule.

He was prompt and fair. Definitely will use this company again.

Antonio is a really good handyman and a nice person. His price is competitive and his work is good quality. Highly recommended!
