Jay came to look at my air conditioning system through my home warranty. My regular maintenance company said my system wouldn't last the season, & I was hoping Jay would recommend the unit be replaced by my home warranty, before it actually died in the 115° heat. He didn't. However, after reviewing everything & cleaning the outside of the unit (which my regular company hasn't done), Jay said my unit should actually last another 2 to 3 years. He also said if I had any issues within 60 days he would be here the same day, within 2 hours. It's been almost a month, & so far, so good. I will be having Jay & Raydan do all my maintenance from now on.

My home warranty company sent them out to get a second opinion after the first company they sent claimed that my AC stopped working due to negligence of not being serviced/kept clean which he said is not a covered repair from the warranty company. Mind you this is a 32 year old unit and we just bought the house last year so it's not our fault that it was never cleaned or serviced prior to us buying (that's why you buy a warranty!). The first company Wave Heating & Air, gave me the run around and initially wouldn't even do anything to repair the unit, not even bothering to open it up to see if it was actually dirty as he claimed. The guy finally put in some freon and it worked for about an hour then quit working. I then had an outside technician to come out and clean/service my AC but that still didn't fix it and he couldn't figure out why it wasn't working.

I called my warranty back and they called Wave Heating and Air back to send out again as a recall service and apparently the guy refused to come back out so they contacted a new vendor to come out. The second company said the soonest they could get me in was 2 days later (we were already on our 3rd day of no AC working in 110 degree Las Vegas heat) and we were supposed to be priority service because I have young children and my mother, a senior citizen, in the house. So I called warranty back again, and asked for a new vendor that would come out immediately.

Here comes Raydan to the rescue. Not only did Jay, I presume to be the owner, come out on apparently his day off as he wasn't wearing a uniform and apologized for (I don't care just fix the AC!) but he was very knowledgeable. He spent time actually taking apart the unit and found the issue with some frayed coils or something (a non covered repaired). He told me he would contact warranty to see if they would cover it and they did and that was the problem with why it stopped working. He said the AC probably only had about 1-3 years left of life and then we would need a new unit. Jay saved us from dying of heat stroke in the house and saved us a lot of money from having to get a new AC right away. Thank you for your awesome service!!

They came out same day to get the AC working on a 100 degree plus day. The job required more parts which took a week but very efficient and did a great job.

If I have any issues with my ac unit in the future I will definitely be calling Jay. Jay was amazing, he answered all my questions. He kept me informed about everything that was going on with my unit. He was very professional. Would definitely recommend to all my family and friends!

My AC compressor went out and triggered my breaker so I called Jay and he showed up within a couple hours and fixed my problem within hours. I was amazed! Very knowledgeable man who told me every option and route I could take. I had two different companies come see my AC before and neither found the problem but Jay did. Would 10/10 recommend him for any AC job you need done. Thanks again Jay!!!

Great customer service. The service tech was amazing. Had a heating problem. When he arrived he told me I would need additional repairs to bring the system up to date. At first I was skeptical, until he showed me the poor quality of work the previous company had done. It was nice that he took the time to show and explain what was needed. Once I understood what was necessary, I felt better about the additional costs. Thank you for an awesome experience. I will definately recommend your services.

I had a cooling emergency and was able to book same day appointment from Raydan. My technician was Jay and he was kind enough to let me know he was in route. He showed up, diagnosed the AC Unit, gave me info on what it was going to take to finish the fix and then he got it done.

I’m very happy with the workmanship. Jay is personable and relatable. I appreciated the work done and thankfully my home is cooling off again!

Jay is the best. 5 different people looked at out AC unit and he was the only one who could fix it! Wouldn't call anyone else.

Jay called me the day after I submitted a request through my home warranty. He was able to expedite his service and get the whole job done in two days. This was a fairly large repair so the speed seemed impressive. I’m planning on having him come back to clean the outside coils.

We have a home built in 1989. Still on the original A/C unit. So when I came home today and it wasn't working I expected the worst. I called Raydan, Jay Kan (lead tech) answered and told me he'd be able to arrive same day and test my system Within 4 hours he had arrived, assessed, and fixed my issue. He was knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. I highly recommend these guys for any hvac issues in the future. 5 stars!!!

Had my home warranty call in for an HVAC issue and Jay contacted me right away. I was surprised to hear that they've been in the business in town for seven years— but it shows. While Jay's work is by no means fast, there is an efficiency to it and he spoke to me of why things weren't working. Would highly, HIGHLY recommend them if your home warranty has them available.

Awesome customer service! Came out very quickly and fixed the problem in the same day. I’ve had multiple people come out to fix the a/c from our landlord’s home warranty, and Jay was by far the best and most efficient. Other companies took several days to “fix” and it was broken again in a couple months. Will request again if we have any further problems!

If I ever have an issue with my AC again I will 100% be calling Jay at Raydan! He was super responsive and understood my my concerns of having the AC unit go out in a summer month. He was able to tell me what happened in terms I understood and most importantly he delivered the service when he said he would. Definitely recommend!
