We used Raydan Heating And Air conditioning service last week. I called and talked to Jay, who said he'll contact the renter the next day. Once there, Jay determined that the unit doesn't need to be replaced. He replaced the condenser motor and a few other things, including adding additional freon as the system was low. He got it done in one day. Tenant was very happy. Thank you for the quick response and for getting the system up and running again, Jay! We will definitely look for you guys for our air conditioning needs in the future.

Jay Kan was very friendly and efficient at his work. He fixed the unit that runs our AC in a very short time when other AC companies did not. He is a great listener and is very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Raydan Heating and Air Conditioning!

This company is QUICK to respond, professional, very knowledgeable, and courteous.
Jay, set up an appointment for the very next day. He also, notified me of his arrival time for that appointment.
He assessed my situation. Jay had foresight and BROUGHT appropriate parts for my unit with him. After completion, he took me outside to inspect the work. My unit is cooling efficiently and

Jay has helped my family with our air conditioning needs for the past 3-4 years and we don’t intend to have anyone else help us!

We’ve had others come out simply to give us a quote on repairs in the past and they have INTENTIONALLY misquoted us for unnecessary repairs, thankfully we found Jay when we did because these other companies would have taken thousands from us with unnecessary parts being replaced and not the actual problem as opposed to simply fixing the problem.

Jay has been consistent, honest, detailed in his work, and very knowledgeable!

Quick response time, easy scheduling. Very good tech! A different company told us the AC unit was toast and had to be replaced for a mere 22-26 THOUSAND dollars. After Raydan and an inexpensive capacitor, we are up and running great! Give them a call, you will not be disappointed.

All my AC dreams were solved by this company. Since I bought my home in 2020, my AC (one unit for 2000 sq ft) never worked to its fullest potential. All my problems were solved this summer. Jay came to our house today after another HVAC company previously came out and said we need an entire new system for $16,000. Jay replaced multiple parts & dual capacitor and cleaned the system. It is no longer making loud noise. All is working great at a fraction of the original estimate. He was very pleasant & knowledgeable. I will share my experience with friends & family. I now know prior company tried to scam us. If anyone is told they need to replace their system I recommend a 2nd opinion. Consider Raydan HVAC

Jay is an amazing and honest man! My Heater was down at the moment and before I called him I had been told by another professional that I had to replace my whole unit. When he came by he was very transparent and fixed the actual parts that were needed and my heater was back up and running like a champ. My ac wouldn’t cool down so I called a big company to come check it out they were trying to charge me $12k to repair some piper and then they were trying to sell me a new unit for $17k, I wanted a second opinion and that’s when I found these guys and gave them a call. Jay told me right away that he was gonna come check it out, and WOW he’s honest, he showed me what was wrong with my unit and had it working that same day, he came back on Sunday!!!!! (Mothers day) to finish the job. Super honest, hard working and patient guy. I can’t recommend this company enough, also their prices are amazing. He saved me $10k-$15k.
