There are many water treatment companies out there and after doing some extensive research I settled on Serv-All. From the moment I contacted them, I knew I got it right. Michelle gave me an excellent run-down of the RO and Water Softener systems, which allowed me to easily choose what i needed for the house. Dimitri and his partner showed up to the house and let me know exactly how the install was going to proceed. They explained how to work the system and shut-off valves if ever needed. I am amazed as to how fast they worked to install the system. Demitri's extensive knowledge showed and his partner answered all remaining questions. Compared to other systems, they were priced very well. The water is flowing well and is as advertised with the softness. I highly recommend Serv-All.

Servall services our water softener and changes the filters in our reverse osmosis system every year. I love the annual reminder they send the customers. My son bought a new construction home and we called serially for a quote. They were friendly, professional and affordable. We highly recommend Servall for all water needs

Serv-All Water Conditioning is great. They kept me informed and their technician Nick Reese was outstanding. He explained the problem and showed us the broken part. He told us about our options. Given the age of our water softener, we decided to purchase a new unit. We were extremely happy with the experience.

I’ve been with All Serv since 2021 and the service has always been great. The techs really know their stuff. This year I had Melwin Rivera Gonzalez, and he actually explained things in detail that no one had before, which I really appreciated. Never had a problem with this company and I’ll keep recommending them to anyone who asks.

Mark Galloway was the technician who was sent to my home. He changed the filters on our water filtering system and also replaced a defective meter on our water conditioner.
More importantly, he spent a fair amount of time explaining to me how to maintain the whole system. I had no clue how to maintain the system but after Mark’s explanation, I feel very comfortable.
I have used Serv All to install a reverse osmosis system in the past. Their service was beyond Excellent back then as well.
I will continue using them as long as I own this house.

Nick was excellent. He explained everything he was doing and he was very personable. Highly recommend him.

I have been a satisfied customer of Serv-All Water Conditioning for 2 and a half years, but have been lax in writing a review of this amazing company. The technicians (from earliest to last) Jim Owens, Shawn Johnson, Mark Galloway, and Nick Reece have all been professional, patient, and knowledgeable. They clearly explain how the system works and answer all questions with words and demonstrations that are understandable. The employees who communicate via text and by phone are excellent. (Sorry, I don’t remember their names.) Appointments are made and kept promptly. I can’t make enough positive comments about the great customer service given by Serv-All Water Conditioning.

While I was renting a home this company was able to install a water softener for rent. I then purchased a home and because of their exceptional customer service I scheduled for one to be installed in our new home. The installer was very thorough with any & all information I needed to operate the water softener.

Mark was extremely helpful showing me what to do when on vacation and how to reset system. He also check the performance and mad the appropriate adjustments.

They provided Excellent customer service! Mark, the installer did a fantastic job and cared for our property like it was his own. The water in our home is very soft now and we can feel the difference. The only thing I can recommend is it would have been nice if they tested the hardness of my water to give me an idea of how hard it was.

Nick sold/installed a new Softener/Conditioner unit, and he did a quick and professional job. I feel confident that they will stand behind their work, but I don't anticipate any issues.

Mark was cordial. Mark went on to explain the service call and showed me the parts and functions of my RO system. Mark tested the water and the numbers were within the acceptable limits. Mark helped to empty my water tank and also re-pressurized my water tank. Mark also gave me tips on the replacement of the water filters and when it is recommended to change them out. Mark was a true professional. The cost was very reasonable. Thank you Mark for your excellent service and expertise. I will call Serv-All again should I need help with my water filtration system.

We are thrilled with our new water softener. The installers were on time and professional. We had a bit of a problem but it was solved quickly. We would recommend ServAll to anyone considering a softener.
