I just had our annual service done. The office staff were very easy to schedule with and the technician was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He even helped me fill my salt tank because I have an arm injury!

Mark and the team were excellent. No need to shop around, this is the place to go for your water softening needs. Highly recommend.

Installed the unit in 2021, had a very good experience back then on the install. So now over 4 years later, I can report that I have had no issues with the unit. Also. I have no calcium build up in water heater, sink faucets, baths, or toilets. I highly recommend them and would use them again in any new home.

Serv-All is a company I feel founded and operates on old fashion values. They texted me a photo of the technician and he showed up when promised. Afterwards I had an issue with my RO system. Called Serv-All and Mark Galloway came back that day! The RO still had an issue, Mark came back first thing in the morning the next day and fixed it. To me the mark of a great company is how the resolve issues when it doesn’t go according to plan. Serv-All is one of those companies. They have my business for life.

This crew was easy to deal with, from my initial call, proposal, appointment, to the multiple follow up e-mails and texts and even a morning of update. Nick and Joe showed up on time, great attitude, geared up and ready. Courteous, polite, clean and neat…and I mean neat…looks like it’s supposed to be there. Great Company, Great Service, Great Teamwork!

It's been a year since the initial install of a brand new R/O system by this company. I'm very pleased that a year came and went with no R/O system issues! I recently received an annual reminder from the company about replacing filters. The scheduling process went smoothly. Notifications up to the appointment day were sent to me via email and text. A tech arrived within the time range. Initially I was told Nick would be the tech, but the morning of I received a text that it would be Mark G.
Mark arrived and took care of the filter replacement, inspected the system, and did all that came with the annual service.
He showed me the filters as he replaced each one and explained the 'job' of each filter. I was shocked at the visible staining of the 'white' filter. I was not expecting the staining considering it was just a year and a very small household. I was actually thinking I could have gone considerably longer before a filter change, but seeing the filter and the explanation of the function of said filter proved to me otherwise. Mark explained the value of changing out the filters to preserve the overall performance of the system, so I'm glad I was diligent about scheduling the service and plan on continuing the annual filter replacement/inspection service.
Mark answered my questions and I learned new things about the system. He made some recommendations that I followed up on and I feel even more confident with my ability to monitor and maintain the R/O system. I will continue to invest in the annual filter replacement and inspection by a plumbing professional (because I take no joy in dealing with plumbing myself).
Mark was able to take payment at the time of service and I received an email with my invoice [showing payment receipt] before he left.
I was very pleased with the services rendered once again by Servall.

This was such a refreshing experience. They showed up on time, actually early and completed the job sooner than anticipated. Very professional got right to work and explained everything before they left. I would highly recommend this company.

We decided to give ServAll Water Conditioning a call after reading all of the great reviews online about them. I must say that the reality lives up those reviews -- their customer service was top notch. We had our whole home water softener and reverse osmosis system professionally installed by their technician, Nick Reese, within two days after I called them up. Their head technician/owner, Jim Owens, was a pleasure to deal with and the price for the entire system was very fair -- I highly recommend them!!!
