I have no idea how this company doesn't have more negative reviews. They have to be filtering them out. I've never worked with such an unprofessional and unreliable company in my life. Save yourself the time, as they will leave you waiting all day for them. We fired them for the job and went with someone else. Trust me, don't waste your time.

We called to fix 2 bathrooms, water was backing up in both washbasin we were charged for the snake and teplacement of a hose, but the tech didn't have a book to accept my cash. I was told that I would be given a receipt by email. I had to call several times before I received my receipt by email several days later. Leonard wouldn't provide me the name of the owner or his telephone #. Will not recommend or use them again. Not very professional.

From first phone call to completion of a water heater replacement in less than 12 hours, now that's what I call amazing service! Dion was professional, easy going, and so very nice!!!!! Highly Recommend!

My niece called me panicked because the hot water shower valve broke off & scalding water was coming out the stand alone shower. It couldnt be shut off. I tried to engage the cartridge but it couldnt be fixed ... Or so I thought. Anthem to the rescue, when I called Dion walked me through, shutting off the hot water until he could arrive. Then when he got there, he was IN-OUT & most of all affordable... So appreciative! Thanks Anthem Plumbing!

This is a Company that is truly honest, competent, professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I have used Anthem plumbers twice. Leonard is just wonderful. He is as courteous as can be and a top notch professional. On each call Anthem came right out and did the repairs. They are among the most honest and competent home repair Companies I have yet found. I recommend them highly. I now only call them for my home repairs.

Our water heater went out on Wednesday Night. My sister in law gave us Anthem Plumbing #, I called Friday and Leonard set us up for Saturday Afternoon. Tim called at 11am said he was at the house 45 minutes he was done! He did an amazing job. Very nice guy. I would highly recommend them again.

JJ came to fix a leaky pipe. He was very courteous and upbeat which helped to ease my stress over the whole process. He was here on time and very informative about what was being done and really set my mind at ease. He got the job done quickly and even cleaned up after. Thank you JJ and Anthem plumbing. Had a horrible issue with outside underground pipe clogging. They had to dig most of my front yard up to replace pipe. Dion and he crew were amazing. They work efficiently and did a wonderful job. They kept me updated with the progress great customer service and respectful. No more clogging issues and my front yard looks amazing after they were done with completing the job. I recommend them.

Leonard, Dion and the crew are the absolute best. I have used Anthem plumbing on multiple occasions for my water heater replacement, a toilet flange replacement, faucets, maintenance on my water heater...etc. Every time I need a plumber I call Anthem. They have never disappointed. They are reliable, professional, fair in price and HONEST! I recommend them to anyone needing service. They are excellent. If you need a plumber definitely call them.

Submitted a request for new construction and they wrote back saying they are not taking on new work. Felt like they didn't even want to talk about my project. I don't even need services for several months, I was just looking for pricing.

3rd time that they got my information then never came never called. The third time they asked us to wait for the call till 8am- 5pm - 30minutes before they come they will call. They did call but only to let us know that they will not make it and reschedule for tomorrow again 8-5pm. Wasted day. We are repeat customers too . Just so sad that they

God forbid if they are coming to your house to fix anything. They will hit everyone on the way there. One of their trucks license number 238A11 cut the person off in front of me to avoid the people stopped in the turning lane. Causing them to slam on their brakes and almost having me ram into the back of the car. Then proceed to almost hit another car less than a mile down the road. Very bad drivers not sure how they do fixing stuff.

Our home had a symphony of plumbing noises, humming bathtub drains, whistling shower heads. They quickly located the problems and came up with reasonable cost solutions. I'll use them again for any plumbing need. We use them for our business too.

I've had nothing but the best from rakeman. We had them out for a main line clog. They got it cleared out in no time.

Excellent company. Honest as can be. On time, great prices and reliable. Will use again if I need to.
