As the office manager, we had the property manager find a plumbing company on our behalf to fix a blockage in the bathrooms. Turned out the main sewage line was so old , it was made out of cast iron from the 40’s and breaking apart. The owner Albert provided a reasonable quote and was able to fix the problem without having to open up the flooring in the office. Albert and his team were able to cut into the cement to connect the main line to the city line. Plus he provided photos and videos of the work which is helpful for the insurance. He was able to provide a photo of the water main, which was just as old rusting and about to be a future problem. He was able to provide another reasonable price to take care of the water main now, instead of spending more money later to re open the cement to fix it. Albert did a walk through with the Owner and I, with details of the work and did a fantastic job, and had the work done in exactly a week as promised (1/14/25 - 1/22/25). Would recommend this company to anyone.

Tech Albert was great called to confirm appointment and called prior to arrival, troubleshooting issues report finding to Home Warranty and install new unit. He was professional and courteous, this company I would recommend this company Second Opinion Plumbing to friends and family.

The pvc loop that is connected to the system saver water softener split and water began to spray everywhere, so we had to turn off the water valve until the line could be replaced. In a timely fashion, Albert came over to the house, cut off the copper water lines back to the wall, and soldered new fittings to a new flex line. Now we can discard the system saver and save some room in the garage. If you ask my opinion, I recommend Second Opinion, and I appreciate Albert and the timely response and service. One Love.

Albert and his assistant, Albert, were thorough, efficient, and kind. They got the sink unclogged and fixed the leak in less than 20 minutes. I will only call them for plumbing issues, as finding a trustworthy plumber is no easy task.

My water main had a big leak on the home side of the water meter. I had a plumber out, got an estimate and they only gave me a bid to replace the entire line and no option just to fix the valve as my plumbing is old. I called Second Opinion Plumbing and I told them I was looking to just fix the valve due to budget concerns. Albert gave me a price to fix the valve (my budget option) and also to replace the line (the correct way to resolve the problem)…I chose to do the job properly and I chose Albert because of his pricing and willingness to work within my budget! Knowing nothing about plumbing I didn’t know what a big job this would be!!! Wow! I was very impressed and satisfied with the process! Albert and his team came out first thing in the morning, did the job, and left everything clean…in fact if he hadn’t sent me videos of the project, I would think they hadn’t been there at all! We called Second Opinion Plumbing to help us replace a main line for our rental property that kept getting backed up and couldn’t be happier with our decision. Albert showed up earlier than we expected to make sure he had everything needed and set up. We were removing a tree that we thought was causing the issue with the main line. He explained what he believed was the issue and jumped right in to confirm where the problem was by using the camera and locator. Our issue was a belly in the main line. He saw we were struggling with removing a tree trunk and went above and beyond by helping us remove it. Shortly after the tree was removed he was digging with his excavator and quickly found the main. Prior to calling Second Opinion Plumbing we considered doing the digging ourselves but we would’ve spent all day digging that much with our shovels and picks. The main sewer line dropped to below 5.5’ at the tie-in connection to the street. Albert was very professional and friendly throughout. I called Second Opinion plumbing and they had someone at my house within 30 minutes. The field manager Albert was very knowledgeable and his experience was second to none. He diagnosed the problem and gave us a fair estimate. Then the next day showed up and did the job. We had to wait another day for the city inspector to approve the work and that went smooth. Then Albert and the crew returned and did the landscaping to complete the job. I can't recommend second opinion enough. From the professionalism of the workers to the handling of the permits and etc.
They were constantly in communication and very prompt in there work.

I received a notice from the water company that I had unusually high water usage. With the risk of a heavy leak somewhere, I wanted to get someone out the same day to do an assessment. Second Opinion Plumbing and Albert were the only ones available after multiple calls. Albert came out within hours of my call and was able to determine where the leak was coming from in minutes. He also noticed some other non-leak issues with my main shutoff line and my water softener. He was diligent in showing me the process and explaining things to me. I felt confident in trusting his expertise. The issue ended up being something outside his scope but I did have him replace the piece he noticed. Again he was quick and efficient. I highly recommend him and this company.
