Great service. Very quick and detailed. They took care of a water damage and carpet cleanings at my rental property. I like how they took care of everything for me and was very prompt.

Kimberly when out to one of my properties for an assessment and gave me the approximate cost to restore. The insurance has denied the claim. She has been very helpful and knowledgeable in dealing with this situation. I appreciate her input.

The best restoration company! I worked with Carl on a job where mold had taken over a home. It was amazing to see how he and his team systematically went thru this hometo eliminate the mold. Readings went from crazy to non-existant with his solid plan. 5 stars!

My crawl space was flooded, and they came out within about an hour if calling, got everything set up right away.

They came and checked on the situation daily and got my crawl space back to better than before in less than a week. Can't recommend them enough. The crew were friendly and efficient and communicated will making it easy to accommodate with my work work schedule.

They responded quickly and professionally. Their prices are very competitive. First Call Cleaning was able to come in and determine how much moisture was in the walls and cane up with a plan to dry them out. Saved us many hundreds to thousands of dollars!

I called Carl and First Call after the drainpipe for the kitchen sink came unhooked inside the wall. It had been leaking for some time and developed a good amount of growth inside the wall and under the tile. Carl helped me with the insurance estimate, advised me when trying to negotiate with insurance and was working THE NEXT DAY after we gave him the go ahead.

His work is thorough, careful and contained. Any questions I had were answered quickly and concisely.

Discovered black mold in our water heater closet & was in a panic because we are new to the area. My contractor recommended First Call Cleaning and Restoration as the best place to call. Carl & Charlie arrived as promised, took care of the mold, cleaned, sanded, dried out the walls and left the infected area perfect! First Call Cleaning and Restoration is always there for our needs at Edgewater At Virginia Lake Apartments. They help us daily with carpet cleans, they are very accommodating to any schedule changes we may have and are able to get the toughest stains out. They are also very communicative and will inform us if a carpet is not savable per their professional opinions so we may then do a replacement. They have also been right on water loss jobs that we have experienced from a resident accident creating a leak helping immediately to extract water and start drying to reduce the amount of loss for us. They have done such a good Job we have referred them to our sister properties and they have been helping them out too! Great service all around!

First Call Cleaning and Restoration - The name says it all.

I was looking for a company here in Reno to help with some deep cleaning to refresh my carpet, rugs and flooring after all the snow, mud, dirt and junk they have been exposed to over the winter months. I made one call to First Call Cleaning & Restoration and I am so glad I did.

They had a crew out to me quick, on time and got my carpets and rugs looking good as new in a flash. They also helped deep clean some wood floors and surfaces, as well as my garage floor, which was something I have been dreading doing myself - but thanks to FCCR I no longer have to!

I am an OCD clean freak with very high standards when it comes to cleanliness. As you can imagine, its hard for me to release control to others but FCCR truly are professionals and I will trust them over and over with my cleaning or restoration needs.
