I got 3 estimates for black mold. Voda was my last estimate. The guys came back the next day and did an awesome job. They also had the best price! Very professional and polite.

Just moved into new home in Sparks NV and when moving in air flow was very weak. I removed the grills from the ducts and could see they could use a cleaning. When they came out they pulled out nest with mice in them. It was disgusting. We are fortunate that they came out. Most people say, it's a waste of money but don't understand the importance of having this service done. It improves the air flow through the ducts. If you have not had this service done I highly recommend you consider having it done. They came out the next day. I am 100% thankful I did this. Thank you to the team for being friendly and yet professional.

They did an amazing job and their customer service is outstanding. Fairly priced, and got the job done in a timely manner. My carpets look brand new and they were able to remove all stains and odor. Would highly recommend!!

Service tech (Cody) showed up on time and was was very thorough and efficient. Cody was also very pleasant and friendly, all in all, it was a great experience. My carpet looks much better and the wine stain on the couch is gone.

We are dealing with water damage that has led to early signs of mold growth in our hall closet—an issue that requires prompt and professional attention. Based on Voda’s strong reviews, I scheduled an appointment and received a confirmation email with a designated time slot for today. However, no one arrived, and we received no communication. After following up by phone, we were told to expect a call back, which has yet to happen.
This lack of follow-through is disappointing and has resulted in a significant waste of time, especially given the urgency of the situation. We expected a higher level of reliability and responsiveness.

I had a hot water line burst earlier this year and, in the time it took for my insurance company to approve my claim, toxic amounts of mold and mildew built up in my crawl space. Initially, I hired a different company (big mistake) to do the remediation. They basically just sprayed some chemicals and left. Within a couple months I was experiencing the same issues and breathing toxic air again. So I did some research and decided to call Voda. JR and Christian came out, conducted a thorough inspection, told me exactly what I was dealing with and what needed to be done. Afterwards they showed me pictures of all the work that was done in the crawl space and needless to say I was extremely pleased. And to put the icing on the cake, they threw in a free duct cleaning so I can get my air back on and breathe safely again. Highly recommend their services to anyone going through a similar situation!
