I had a slight emergency to upgrade my malfunctioning circuit panel. Troy answered my call came to see it exactly when he said he would and moved around his schedule to help accommodate me to get power back to my home. Very responsive to messaging and did exactly what was promised and on schedule. Definitely recommend

Too busy for small jobs. Called to schedule an outlet change or ground problem. Left a voice mail. No response. Called back the next day, he replied, “ Oh yeah, I need to get you scheduled.” Texted me back at the end of second day saying he could come by after work a week later for my “ small job.” I texted him back asking why he waited 2 days to tell me this… His parting shots and quoted response is attached…

“ I work 60 hours a week. We work very hard to take small jobs like yours to take care of the customers. Sorry, we are not up to your standards. Good luck.“

I’ve had bad experiences before with contractors, this company seems to be the same.

Called on a Friday and was able to get an appointment for the following Tuesday. I am not presently in town and despite this an Electrician was sent out to look at my panel and provide an assessment. They concluded no work was needed and everything was good. Despite it taking time from their day, they did not ask for a callout fee, or try to contrive a reason to do work. Overall very satisfied with their integrity and availability would recommend!

Troy replaced an old panel on our house with a safer and higher amperage new panel. He was great helping me figure out all the details to coordinate with the NV energy and city permitting. Highly recommended, we will definitely use T Squared again

Great service at a great price. Despite electricians being in high demand right now he was able to get out to me within 24 hours and get my electrical back up and running, multiple other companies wanted me to wait over 10 days just to get someone to come troubleshoot my issue. Would have definitely been a hot couple of weeks without my HVAC having any power!

I contacted Troy based on reviews I saw online. I discussed with Troy that I needed some electrical work performed quickly. He informed me there would be no issue in getting an estimator to my location and scheduling the work to be done within 7 to 10 days after the estimator visited. I thanked Troy and let him know again the sense of urgency of the job. The estimator arrived December 14. He was very pleasant and thorough and indicated he would prepare the estimate that day, and was available to perform the work the next day (on December 15th). From that conversation forward, it has been grand silence. I did not hear back from Troy and thus sent text messages and voicemails. Here I am, 15 days later, and just received a text message stating that he has a small company, has taken a big job, and cannot provide any services. Steer clear of this company if you need honest communication, follow through on work, and your work actually performed. I lost 15 days of being able to start the process with another company, which has left me in a complete lurch.
