Great time working with these guys very friendly and professional

I recently hired Martinez Landscaping, and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out! Their team was awesome, super friendly, hardworking, and detail oriented. You can tell they really care about what they’re doing, which made me feel great about the whole process.

The owner Raul was wonderful too. He listened to all my ideas, gave really helpful suggestions, and made sure everything turned out exactly how I wanted and that I was happy. You don’t see that kind of personal care too often these days, and it really made a difference.

One thing I loved is that they offer financing, even with 0% APR. I’ve never seen another landscaping company in Nevada do that, so it made my project a lot more manageable.

The only hiccup was that the crazy Reno weather pushed the schedule back a bit. Honestly, though, I didn’t mind at all because it meant nothing was rushed. They took their time and made sure everything was done right, which I really appreciated.

Overall, Martinez Landscaping blew me away. If you’re looking for a landscaping team that’s professional, talented, and genuinely cares about their customers, I highly recommend them!

Warning warning!! Do not trust the owner, Raul Martinez! He is not a man of his word. Lied multiple times to my face. Did not do what he himself said would get done.
I am surprised he has a business at all considering his incompetence. Please heed my warning

I have a company that gets reviews, which is why it pains me so bad to leave this review. Action lawn and landscape showed up out here on a parking lot property directly next to mine where my employees park their cars. My employee has a 30 something thousand dollar Toyota RAV4 that they just got. Action lawn and landscapes people who I might add do not speak English, have no idea what they're doing, decided to blow debris all over my employees car covering it in dirt and debris so bad that he had to take it go wash it immediately. I called the company and placed a complaint to which nobody ever got back to me, nobody tried to resolve this or make it right. This company clearly does not care about your vehicle or any of your property when they're working around your property or on your property. That's the image that's been drawn to me. Highly recommend you do not call this company they will probably damage your vehicle or something on your property and there will be nobody there that speaks in English to say anything about it, furthermore when you call and complain and say hey we've got a problem out here you get a secretary calling you back and nobody follows up! Don’t hire them, waste of time and money. They don’t communicate well and the work is not worth the cost. Just don’t even bother.

100% pleased with Action. They do what they say, the do it quickly and they completed my job to exactly how I wanted it. They are the greatest.

I contracted with this company to plow our driveway. There was a storm with snow. They charged me but NEVER SHOWED UP. Never answered the phone until snow was melted.
Skip this action lawn, don't hire them.

Terrible. Unprofessional. Demanding and bossy on the phone. Ali the receptionist needs better customer service skills. I would NEVER use their services due to this experience. I will spread the word about this awful experience on social media as well. When this complaint was escalated to the manager she was no better.

Saul was adamant that my whole system needed redone, wouldn't even discuss the valve repair I called about. Told me that my system could not have ever worked properly, and that the original installer had no idea what he was doing. All this without ever seeing the system that's been in excellent service for 27 years until one valve failed.

If their drivers are any indication of their work, do not use! I was going down Lymberry and they were at the Lakeside stop sign. I didnt have a stop sign, they did, which i assumed they knew since they had no problem with car in front of me going but then pulled right out in front of me, causing me to slam on the brakes. And best of all, when i honked at them, they honked angrily back. Like, damn, take responsibility for ur eff up, dont get angry at the guy you almost caused an accident with! AND you are in a vehicle with ur info plastered all over it? Not very bright.

Action lawn did an outstanding job with my back patio. I needed something nice and simple but I never thought it would look as great as it turned out! Great price as well, I highly recommend them!

2 weeks for an estimate meeting. 4 weeks no estimate. Tried emails
Tried calling. Said he would call back... Didn't say when... Still waiting. We wanted them to do our landscaping but they dont appear to want our business.

Sent an email to schedule to have someone come out to measure and to my surprise got back to me to schedule within that week which was nice.... but when the day came, a guy came out took a look at my back yard and asked if he could come back the next day to take the measurements (supposedly was double booked). Its been a couple of weeks now and have yet to see him come back or even have the company try to reschedule something.

Job well done! they came with a plan and got it done!
Hard-working team, great to work with. Beautiful healthy trees and shrubs. I would recommend Action landscaping!
