I cannot recommend Arbor Pros enough! We’ve used them several times. Aside from our regular trim for our massive Norwegian Maple, we had an emergency situation when a huge branch broke and was nearing the roof. They came out immediately—no delays, no excuses—just jumped right in and took care of everything safely and professionally.

Their crew is incredible: skilled, friendly, and genuinely good people. They spent a long time up in that tree making sure everything was trimmed correctly and secured. Their pricing is very fair, especially for the quality of work they do.

Every interaction, from the people in the office to the crew on-site, has been easy and pleasant. Communication is great, everyone is personable, and the owner is fantastic: professional, honest, and truly cares about his customers.

If you need tree trimming, emergency cleanup, or just regular maintenance, Arbor Pros is the company you can trust. I’m grateful we found them and will absolutely continue using them!

I hired Alfa Tree for some removal and tree trimming. They showed up on time and did a great job at a very reasonable price. Any time I need that kind of work done I will get Alfa Tree to do it.

Alpha Tree has been taking care of our tree work for years. Everything from pruning new fruit trees to major removals. Their crews have always been on time, polite, reasonably priced, and above all safe. I can't recommend them highly enough.

Bella and her crew rock! They arrived on time and were kind, professional and thorough. They had my 30+ year old maple tree down in no time with the wood stacked neatly for eager family members and neighbors to haul away. The price was fair and even less than I had expected to pay. How often does that happen these days?! This company deserves 10 stars, I can't recommend them enough.

Bella has come over with her guys several times to help us with tree problems, pruning removal, etc. I recommend her highly. Honest and reliable.

I have many plants in potters near my entrance, i moved as many as possible away from the trees... i get home to 7 of my pepper plants/sunflowers either dead or seriously harmed. Your employee had the audacity to come up to me and say they tried  being careful trimming the trees. my front window camera shows a different employee dropping branches on my plants over and over again. The pots are 5lb max in weight, he could of easily moved it over if it was in the way! Now im heated! Not only did they harm my vegetables but they also lied to my face.

Very professional company, a pleasure to deal with, and excellent tree work. They gave me a fair quote, booked a date for the work to be done and then called me to move up the date when they were able. I’ve had tree work by several local companies and Alpha Tree was by far the most professional and the best to deal with. I highly recommend Alpha Tree.

Bella’s crew did a great job pruning our cherry trees and trimming up a large Ponderosa pine. They were very professional and made sure that we were completely satisfied. Highly recommend them and will use again for any future tree service needs.

Bella and her crew have serviced my property for years; several mature trees plus two very old apple trees. I've never had a problem, she has always answered questions promptly. Prices are on par with competitors (could be lower) but service and meeting promised schedule is well above average, which is why we keep returning.

Had work done at two addresses this week. Bella was thorough in making the estimates. No increased costs. Mason and his crew were equally thorough in explaining what they were going to do, how they were going to do it, and why they were cutting the trees that way. At final walkthrough he made additional cuts that he wanted my permission to complete. His crew left the premises totally clean of debris. It’s a great company to work with and will hire again.

Bella, Mason and the alpha Tree team were AWESOME. They were suuuper booked out but able to get me into their scheduled earlier than planned. They came and did a clean up on a big tree in my front yard, clearing the dead branches, cleaned the ground after they left and now my front yard looks great again. Pricing was also incredibly reasonable!!!

I received a bid to remove a small tree in the front yard of $600 - I COULDNT BELIEVE THE RIDICULOUS PRICE . I removed the tree & sectioned & loaded in my pickup in about 30 minutes. VERY EASY JOB.

Bella, the owner of the company has been working with trees a very long time. She came out and gave me epic advice about my junipers, fruit trees and shrubs. I have encroaching trees from my neighbors yard that is run & operated by a property management company. Bella came out, surveyed the issue and gave me the steps to take to organize everyone involved for the trimming of my neighbor's tree. Bella also referred me to a tree pest control service after noticing burrowing beetle activity in my trees. I had Alpha Tree come out and prune all of our mature trees last fall. I am amazed now that it is spring, how they are all thriving. The way Alpha’s crew shaped each tree and created the right space between branches, really made a huge difference from the other tree services I’ve used in the past. From the estimate/assessment to the tree trimming and cleanup - the whole crew is very professional and hard working. There are quite a few choices now in Reno for tree service, but Alpha Tree is definitely the best!

Jesse, Crysti, and Joseph did an amazing job trimming our trees in both the front and backyard…they were efficient, cleaned up thoroughly and - for an extremely reasonable and agreed upon price - trimmed with the health and needs of each tree, as well as our requests based on overall yard aesthetics in mind!

Landon, Red and Jesse did a great job removing a tree against the house that had been uprooted in a storm. They left the area spotless, very professional all around.
