We had a huge broken limb caught high in our elm tree that I was very concerned about. When I saw the team working on a neighbor’s tree, I asked them to take a look at our issue. I was given a reasonable price quote and an offer to take care of it the next day. Fantastic work! The deadly limb was brought down safely, some additional trimming was done, and the cleanup was awesome. Thank you Russell’s Tree Service- Artistry in Trees!

Russell and Joseph were professional and did a great job with a giant limb that was hanging from my elm. They also pruned and cleaned up all the dead branches and the trees looked great. Very fair pricing and great work. He also took pride in making sure the cleanup was better than when they arrived leaving the property looking tidy.

Russell did an outstanding job for us in trimming badly overgrown trees and shrubs along one side of our home. He communicated regularly, respected our privacy and was pleasant to work with. We couldn’t be more pleased with his work ethic, reasonable prices and overall integrity.

I hired Russell's Trees for a lot of tree demolition work on my five acres. Russell is outstanding!! I really appreciated his communication skills in making sure everything was done to perfection and it was! Great prices for the amount of work being done. I called numerous company’s over a two week time period and Russell the only one that picked up, and on the first try. He came promptly for a quote and gave me an estimate on the spot. He booked me only a couple days later, showed up when he said he was going to and did a fantastic job.
Our tree was hacked at by our neighbor and looked mostly dead. He got it even and round and in imperfect health so it will grow nicely in the spring. We will use Russell for as long as he will do business with us. He’s a precious man with a strong work ethic.

Russell is AMAZING!! I came to Reno to check my home and had to fly out the following day. I had several tree branches from neighbors tree in my yard. I called Russell's Artistry in a panic. He came to my home in an hour. I got so lucky!! He and Mike were an absolute pleasure. They quoted me an great price and the results were PERFECT! I highly recommend and will absolutely call Russell for any future tree trimming, branch clean up need I may have. I was so concerned about finding anyone on a Sunday afternoon. He came, was an absolute pleasure and the results were exceptional. Mike came with him and the relief I felt after speaking with them was great. The following afternoon he sent me pictures and I was very happy. His price was very fair and the job was absolutely perfect. If I could give 10 stars, I certainly would. I’ve used Russell’s tree service for more than 20 years. He recently trimmed and shaped my fruit trees. Two years ago he removed a 50’ Austrian Pine that was dropping pine pitch on my patio. I highly recommend him any job, small or large.

Fantastic service!!! Has been doing this tor years, Definitely knows his work. Explains work and price up front. Cut down tall tree and was cautious not to damage anything around area. Bery plrasant person.

I have used Russell for several years now and he always responds quickly and his work is outstanding. This year I could only afford 2 trees, but he gave me excellent advice on how to do the others myself!! My two trees look fabulous and great clean up!! Also, his suggestions were perfect!!!

Michael was our tech for this past service. He was also our initial tech as well. I cannot praise his professionalism or customs service enough. From remembering my son and their interaction from that visit, to the conversation he had with my wife after this past service where he went over a mice control service that we could add. (I wonder if our queen mouse had another litter and he found them on his visit, but it'll be a service we will add since this little mouse is smarter than me). Theirs is a service we have been very happy with for the years we have had their help and visits.

Eric greeted me with great energy and smile, and listened to my requests. He was able to add a bait system to address an interim issue and provide a helpful suggestion to remedy the issue.

Jonathan was very professional and informative about what he was going to do. Asked questions about any issues that I thought we had around my property with pest control. Cleaned up spider webs and Sprayed. Quick and efficient. And made sure to close and lock up all the fence gates he went through.

Eric Madrigal was our technician and he was very knowledgeable and helpful in addressing our concerns. He was very friendly and respectful of our property. I would recommend Eric to service our property again.

Found Spidexx at a Home Convention. Michael was friendly and knowledgeable. Prior yo the first service I received contact from Spidexx which let met know they were tracking my appointment and wanted to be sure I understood the service. When Michael came out to do the service he was professional, knowledgeable, and provided great service.

Eric is always incredibly friendly and thorough with his work! I always enjoy seeing him!

Cheyenne was great! She came out for an earlier than originally scheduled service to replenish the bait boxes and even put extra bait boxes in the garage to monitor mice activity. I really appreciated the quick response to my call and the extra steps she took to help with the increase in mice activity in the garage.

Very friendly and easy to talk to. Got a deal when I signed up which swayed my decision to give them a chance. Jonathan came and sprayed and also set up traps. He was timely and he sprayed the house and shed.

Eric just left our home, and I have to say how impressed I am with the knowledge and service he provided! He helped us with our wasp problems and how to prevent it from coming back! He was also super friendly, upbeat and easy to approach. Thanks for your help we appreciate it!

Eric was very thorough, walking my house and explaining to me what he saw. Eric also showed me areas of concern and areas that needed to be addressed to avoid future issues.
